Image Customs has saved me from driving miles on a donut many a…read moretime, and even helped get me back on my feet after having to have my car towed because I got ANOTHER flat tire while driving on a donut (ah, the glamorous life of a starving artist). They usually have what I need, and even if they don't have my exact tire size they've been able to match me up with something that will do in a pinch. Unorthodox as that may be I appreciate the flexibility and haven't had any major catastrophe (yet?) from driving around with the wrong sized tires on my car. Most used tires are $25, a steal in comparison with anywhere else I've priced in the area. I've never had an issue with any tire from Image Customs and even pre-loved they usually last me about a year (I drive a lot). This place is a one man show, and he's always busy working on other cars when I pull up (they do all sorts of auto repair and service). Still, I've never waited more than 10 minutes for him to replace a tire. I love this shop and will definitely be giving them my business whenever I need new-to-me tires and am in the area. The gentleman who ran the service technicians was very friendly, professional and thorough. He had a trainee. He patiently worked with the gentleman to make sure things were done right. He double checked his work and did some professional hands on training. The tire pressure guy was helpfully when I put a couple questions by him. The shop manager came over to make sure things went well before I departed.
