I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

We have had work done on all of our family cars here. Air conditioner repairs, brakes, oil changes, radiator, purchased tires, and most recently had a flat repaired. We appreciated them letting us know it was a small leak and not advising us that we needed a whole new tire. My daughters radiator repair was minimal too, when the other shop she went to recommended major repairs. We trust and value having this location in our community.
