This franchise gets better every time I visit! Very good service from Joshua! Really liked the effort to do as much service work as possible as quickly as they do. Waiting room is comfortable

But they provided an oil-change first for me: when I got into my car to leave, i found a fresh carnation on my dashboard!

Jiffy Lube - 1 Star…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my car in for a routine oil change, and they managed to strip the drain plug threads on my oil pan, which I only discovered after my car started leaking oil all over my driveway. When I took it to a real mechanic, they confirmed Jiffy Lube's careless work ruined my oil pan, forcing me to pay $800 to replace it. If you care about your car, go anywhere else for an oil change. Jiffy Lube's incompetence cost me way more than I ever saved by using their services. Never again.

They also tried to tell me my brake fluid and coolant needed to be flushed and changed. My main mechanic, Sam's Automotive Repair, told me they're fine and I didn't need any of that. They either didn't know what they were talking about or they were trying to scam me. I think they were trying to rip me off if I had to guess, they showed a low level of coolant in the overflow reservoir, if you took off the radiator cap then the fluid was 100% full, I couldn't even put any more in. So I wouldn't go for any reason other than an oil change or to get washer fluid topped off. Find a quality mechanic for anything else. Sam's is great and always saves me money, they legit talk me outa spending money on services. They have also done work for free on little things!

I will never comeback to this company again. Went in for an oil change, the employees talked me…read moreinto a transmission fluid flush but then stripped the drain plug so sat there for 4+ hours to then have to go sit at a dealership for hours to get it fixed. the manager (or asst manager I am not even sure anymore) came in apologizing and told me I would then need to go to a dealership to get it fixed and that I could drive around for a month and I would be fine (with my drain plug stripped), was told they would pay the entire thing since they should have known it was the wrong size tool (and they kept trying with the wrong size tool), and they obviously knew this could lead to serious issues. They are now only trying to pay me a portion of the bill. Have called countless times since, was told the original manager/asst manager was let go and that the regional manager would call me and then he was apparently let go as well. Each time I have called was told the new regional manager would call me or email me. It has now been over 4 weeks with me calling them countless times every week and still haven't received any contact from them other than an email with no context just an the amount of the partial reimbursement of what was promised to me. Called the store again and was told by their manager that that is what he was willing to offer me. Was very patient and kind in the beginning as I know we all mess up but after 4 weeks of just being told "the regional manager will contact you" every time I call has really flipped the switch. The fact both of the regional managers in this time period of 4-5 weeks refuse to talk to me says a lot about this company as a whole. Will be contacting their corporate office as the regional managers refusing to talk to me is completely unacceptable and unprofessional

Misdiagnosed for $2,016, paid for parts I didn't need. I…read moregrew up in a household of mechanics and know my way around a vehicle. I came to this shop purely paying for convenience because I was on vacation 500 miles away from home with my family and didn't have my tools or a garage. Instead of receiving professional service, I experienced a clear case of predatory misdiagnosis and sloppy workmanship. I was told I needed a brand-new radiator and thermostat, quoted at $2,016. I authorized the repairs out of necessity because my family was stranded. When I returned at 5:30 PM to pick up the vehicle, it was actively leaking coolant in their parking lot. Only after they pulled the car back into the bay did they realize the true issue: a defective radiator cap. They replaced the cap, and the leaking finally stopped. However, the store refused to refund me for the expensive radiator and labor I did not need. To justify the charge, they claimed I had a "pinhole leak" in my radiator fin. Any competent tech knows that a leaking radiator cap will weep fluid down the filler neck and side tanks, pooling at the bottom and creating a "wet corner" on the radiator. This is a textbook misdiagnosis--they saw a wet corner caused by the failing cap, failed to test the cap, and unnecessarily replaced the entire radiator. Had there actually been an active pinhole leak in the core, the vehicle would have overheated or sprayed constantly during my 15-minute drive on the interstate to get to the shop, which it never did. The absolute smoking gun: My official invoice explicitly states that the shop would pressure test my radiator cap. Not only did they fail to do this, but the staff openly admitted to me that they do not even own a radiator cap pressure tester in this store. They charged me for a diagnostic test they physically could not perform, which directly led to a completely unnecessary $2,000 repair. Furthermore, the communication was completely dishonest. During the day, I was explicitly told two different times by staff that my vehicle had passed the pressure test on two different tests. When I confronted them about this later, they completely denied it ever happened and claimed they didn't know who would have said that to me. It is incredibly obvious that a major diagnostic mistake was made due to a lack of proper equipment, and the shop is trying to cover it up at the expense of a stranded traveler. To top it all off, the pride in workmanship was non-existent. I had to explicitly ask them to put my skid plate back on the bottom of the car. They also left the rubber weather stripping seal under my hood completely twisted with broken plastic retaining pins. While they eventually refunded an unauthorized extended warranty they snuck onto my bill and offered a small credit for the broken pins, the store is still refusing to refund the money spent on an unnecessary radiator and the labor to install it.
