When the technician arrived he was pleasant, listened to what I wanted, and offered some great suggestions. A couple hours later I had what I wanted. It couldn't have gone better. We'll use them again!

There was also a difference in how people communicated, some people were borderline rude and could care less, but not Bob George. He was not only responsive and professional from beginning to end, but also one of the best prices I was quoted. He was also flexible with the time, was able to accommodate me when I was available earlier. As opposed some of the other bigger companies that have millions of customers and you are dealing with admins, random staff and call centers, here you are always dealing directly with Bob. The install went super smooth, Bob came on time, he was in and out in less than an hour. He is also a local small business, just 'a man with a van', a genuinely nice guy with decades of experience doing this type of work so I was happy to support a local business owner. He told me that he is semi-retired, however, so if you're looking to get more labor-intensive work done in your home, he may no longer do it, but standard things like a disposal install, it's no problem. I told him it wasn't an issue, but I'd truly booked someone else. Then he started complaining that he was getting attacked by AI and it was a crime, and it was hard to know if potential clients were real. I said I was real, and he must not have have put my voicemail and my email together. Then he asked me again for my name and city so that he could put it together. At this point, it was getting ridiculous, but I complied, I was trying to help the guy out, and get off his list. Then he starts cussing at me. I blocked him. What a jerk. I'm telling you, I was never anything but kind and helpful to him, the only thing I did "wrong" was ask him for a custom quote (which he never gave me, because he clearly still had no idea what work I'd asked him to do - he only gave me his 3 hour minimum shtick) and later had the courtesy to tell him that I'd hired someone else. Instead of blowing him off. I was nice, and he is throwing four letter words at me. I would find someone else who is more trustworthy, reliable, knows the difference between a computer and a real person, and knows how to treat potential clients. How will he treat you inside your own home??

Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. One of the reasons for selecting JG Tile was Joel's expertise in plumbing, which he demonstrated when working with the powder room fixtures and gas oven. Joel offered some excellent advice, such as taking the opportunity to replace the out-dated fixtures with new ones, rather than re-installing the old ones. I took his advice and ordered a new toilet and vanity/sink which Joel picked up and installed without any up-charge. The price I paid for the entire project was very fair for the quality work I received.
