Absolutely do NOT spend your money here. Screen replacement did not work for my phone and he also destroyed the phone in the process. At an official Apple Store they discovered "panic codes" coming up repeatedly which meant the phone would inevitably be unusable very soon. It would not stay on and continued to restart and get hot. The price difference for a screen replacement from this place was $260 compared to $315 at the Apple Store but if this happens to your phone it will void the warranty and you'll be out of a phone and need to spend way more to get a new one. Do not go here. Period. He also tried to get me to pay in just cash and when I came back and said I could only do card he magically was able to run the card at that point. Awful awful experience, don't believe anything this dude tells you at the counter. I had a cracked screen and needed it replaced so I went here because they were recommended by a friend, even though it was a little far from me. Day 1 I chat with the man at the booth who tells me that he has to order the screen, but no problem it comes tomorrow and I could just show up at around 3pm tomorrow and they'll take care of it. I pre-pay and go on my way. Day 2, I show up around 4pm, wanting to give them some extra time for a potential late shipment. The guy at the counter just sorta shrugs and says oh, ya it's not here. Sorry. Maybe tomorrow. now this is a 45 minute drive each way for me, so I'm not super thrilled. A simple call, or text would have saved me 1.5 hours of driving and a lot of headaches, but that would apparently be too much effort for this guy. Day 3, I wait a few days, wanting to give them the most time possible to receive the shipment. I show up at the time they open and the guy just looks at me, shrugs, and says "oh ya sorry our tech isn't here today. come back tonight maybe. Again, no call, no message, no service, just 1.5 hours of my time, gas, and headache. Day 4, I am finally able to get my phone fixed. This was a full week of nonsense, 6 hours of total drive time, traffic, gas, going to a mall etc. I could have bought a new phone for this much headache. Sure it was cheap. It wasn't very quick, not was it high quality. The sceen they put on my 14 max failed quickly, it wouldn't touch the right things and the colors were off. Plus after the repair my battery died super quick. Had to have it fixed elsewhere, went to Cellairis and had an amazing experience. Don't waste your time here. read more

Needed a simple issue fixed. Sim card tray cover broke off leaving me without a way to remove the sim card. They two nice guys working there pulled the tray out with ease. They even showed me where to get a replacement tray without the need to send the phone in for repair. If you have an iPhone 5, they'll fix it in less than 30 minutes. If you bring a novel phone such as a Google Pixel, they'll fix it for you after two weeks (They don't stock parts) and this more than you can say about their neighbors who won't even try. Their owner himself was really bad at communicating with me on delivery date (It took an extra week than promised on the Pixel) The owner seems to have some sort of attitude when he's busy... However if they mess up by not delivering on what they promised, his attitude will improve drastically. I must admit that their commitment to go through with fixing a phone they don't have experience with (And it ended up not being properly closed and with some scratches) is admirable and had it not been for the lack of communication I would have given them a 4th star. read more

He realized that wasn't the problem and didn't let us know and we paid 50 and still have the same problem. Not professional at all. Miguel is a SCAM artist. Do not go here! We dropped an iPad off with a broken screen on Saturday night, being told it would be done in an hour and the repair would be $100. After coming back an hour and a half later, the iPad would not turn on at all - the screen replacement was done without him ever advising something else needed replaced, and Miguel advised it would be done Sunday and to come back. I came back on Sunday, only to be advised he had to order a new part (meaning it was damaged after he had "done the work" Saturday) and it would be in on Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday, Miguel advised me the part should be in today, and a few hours later told my wife that the part would be in on Wednesday, and that the damage was his fault and it happened during the repair. That makes *three* seperate conversations after he ordered the part, where he failed to mention he would now be trying to charge more for the repair. When I went to pick up the iPad, he tried charging me $180 - after ordering a part, and installing without ever advising us the cost. After he called me a bastard and a cheat because I advised him I wouldn't be paying more than the $100 we had agreed upon, we finally made payment and I get home with the iPad, the screen is lifting already and the touchID on the home button does not work. I was there before 10am, the time at which the mall and the kiosks open. Kid shows up, takes down the kiosk curtain, then disappears for 30 minutes, leaving me and at least one other customer to stand and wait, with some colorful commentary regarding their "Back in ten minutes" sign. Kid finally returns from his lunch, tries to call the manager. Received a promise that the phone would be back by 11am. (They take some of the phones to work on overnight). 1. They are just bad. I went there FOUR times asking to fix the rear camera for my iPhone 5 and I still haven't fixed it yet. First time I went there they told me they were out of iPhone 5 cameras and told me to come back next week. Then the next week I went there again they were still out of cameras. So I left and went back there the third time. They guy told me they couldn't fix it "today" and asked me to come back "tomorrow" (which is today). So today I give them the last chance. Bad experience. I had my screen replaced and noticed a hairline crack in the new display after leaving the mall. I wasn't terribly worried about it because I plan to purchase the iPhone 6s in sept/oct. A few days later the crack continued to spread throughout the glass. I brought my phone back to the kiosk and they refused to honor the repair warranty. I didn't drop the phone or physically damage it. It's either a faulty display or a bad installation. For my initial repair I planned to go to the Apple Store but it was slightly more expensive and had a longer wait. However, lesson learned as I'm now back to square one and out $100. read more

This place was recommended to me by brother, and so I went there to have my iPhone 7 screen replaced. I was charged close to $100 dollars, I think a little more. The place was a little sketchy, they didn't have me sign anything beforehand. The replacement screen was buggy, sometimes areas of it wouldn't work unless I turned my phone off and on again. The screen wasn't very bright either, and had a blueish tint. I later had my screen break again, this time replacing it at Cellairis, which was just a few yards away. The screen is much better in quality, and $85. I'd definitely recommend it over talk and fix. read more
