Fritzie enjoyed her coffee and the hot chocolate she mixed for me was magical. A good balance of sweet and chocolate flavors while boasting she added no whipped cream. Today we ordered crepes from the holiday menu. Fritzie enjoyed the WINTER COMFORT BREAKFAST CREPE. Cheese blend, smoked ham (she got bacon) scrambled eggs, roasted garlic pesto, cremini mushrooms, spinach and feta. I ended up getting their WINTER NIGHTS CREPE with white chocolate chips, homemade blackcurrant filling, French vanilla custard and graham crackers. Both delicious and wonderfully made! We went 45 minutes before they closed today. The ambiance at that point was very quiet--chill. Glad we went on impulse and stopped by today. When I'm in a part of town that I seldom visit it calls for a new food adventure. Well I found that at Tallinn Creperia. The crepe is huge and hot off the grill. The savory filling of Brie cheese, basil pesto, grilled chicken, fresh tomatoes, arugula, and balsamic glaze was incredible. Many drink options, I chose root beer. The only issue with Tallinn was the 3.50 for the drink, but that is the world we live in. The counter service was perfect. She offered help with the menu and asked questions to get the order right. Also checked in to confirm everything tasted great. Just so you know it was so good that I took my wife to the sister location she told me about, Kaffee Crepe, the next day. This is a small, but cute little shop. Every time I go in I am never disappointed. The food is always great no matter what you get. I personally love the virgin mojito with any of the dishes. Tallin Creperia is one of those hole in the wall places that you definitely want to try out. My friend and I went and decided to order one savory and one sweet crepe, along with drinks. My friend ordered an iced coffee and the very friendly cashier offered to make her a caramel coffee, which isn't on the menu. My friend said it was wonderful. I had the Cherry Vanilla Italian soda, which had the perfect amount of sweetness. We had the Cowboy Crepe and it was done to perfection. I am glad we decided to to split our crepes because it was too big for me to eat alone. It tasted amazing. We also split the lemon curd crepe. Due to my allergies we had the raspberries removed and I absolutely loved how aware and how accommodating they were about allergies and cross contamination. Love this little crepe shop. Had lunch here and tried the cowboy Crepe. It's delicious and so filling. Carnitas, ham, potatoes, bbq sauce and I didn't taste them but there was supposed to be fried onions too. You order at the counter and then they bring your food to you. Wow. We were looking for a place for lunch, so I fired up Yelp to see what was open and close to me. I saw Tallinn Creperia, which had excellent reviews. Even better, it's close to home in Sparks/Spanish Springs. The Crepes were amazing and exceeded our expectations. My wife got the Parnu Crepe, and I got the Cowboy Crepe. They came out pretty quickly--less than 10 minutes--and looked good. Once we cut them open and had a taste, we knew we'd want to come back again. The Parnu Crepe blew my mind. It has so much flavor, including the brie cheese, basil, chicken, arugula, and balsamic glaze. There was so much flavor that all complemented each other; I couldn't get enough. The Cowboy Crepe was excellent, too, and had so much flavor, especially with the pork carnitas and smoked ham. The crispy potatoes were good, but the crepe could stand independently without it. You will pay at the counter and sit down. It is open, but it works. The setup with the staff and the hours makes sense for this business to function well. It makes it easy if you want to sit or do takeout. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. There is also plenty of seating, and tables can be put together for larger parties. We will be coming back, as we only touched the surface with the lunch crepes; we still want to try the breakfast crepes, dessert crepes, and other menu items. We had so much fun this morning at breakfast here. There was plenty of seating inside with me and my friends, that came to visit from out of town. It is located inside of a shopping center with plenty of on-site parking available. They had a limited time menu of new items. I ordered the raspberry lemonade off of that. It was really good and not too sweet. My friend ordered a coffee with the Alaskan crepe, savory crepe. It has salmon inside and my other friend got the panu, which had arugula, chicken and pesto inside. I opted for the cookie butter crepe, sweet crepe. This has bananas inside along with biscoff cookies and cookie butter. Leslie helped us at the counter. She was awesome. Really made us feel welcomed. She said when we come here, we are at home. We had a Carnitas Crepe and one their seasonal specials the Green Chile Chicken Crepe, along with that we also enjoyed a delicious Apple Cider Mimosa and Baileys Coffee. It was slow this morning and the server was attentive and kind, the Ambiance is lovely and European esque inside with two stone pillars adorning the front entrance and Estonian inspired decor. I have been here several times now. These crepes will have you feeling like you are in Europe. There is something so decadent about these crepes. The crepes are thin with a soft interior and a slightly crisp exterior. It makes these crepes all the more tastier. My favorite savory crepe is the New Yorker. It is a tasty crepe with pastrami. Full of flavor. The crepes are plump and full. My husband and I often share a savory and sweet crepe. Two are enough to fill us up. My favorite sweet crepe is the Old Fashioned Crepe with strawberries, vanilla custard, and lemon curd. The creamy vanilla, strawberries, and lemon curd go so well together. The menu options are rather limited, but for what it lacks in quantity, it definitely made up for in price and quality! I ordered the Sparks Delight Crepe, a recommendation from the kind server. It was a very different type of food than I'm used to. Any bite of only the flour was quite bland, but any bite of the crepe with all the fillings was a very sweet and flavorful surprise! But, we ordered a Cowboy crepe and a California Breakfast crepe and took half home because we were so full. The crepes were truly well done and the fillings were stuffed full of (for the California Breakfast crepe) tomatoes and fresh spinach (not wilted at all) and melty cheese! The Cowboy crepe had pork carnitas, smoked ham AND crisped-to-perfection potatoes. See what I mean? It's easily splittable or saved-half-for-lunch-the-next-day. Well, well, well!! Sparks really needed this little gem. I was super hangry and I was afraid it would be closing up by the time we arrived. It was around 8:15 on a Friday night. Nope. We were lucky. Got in no problem with plenty of time to spare. I had a glass of perfectly chilled fume blanc and the Pärnu Crepe with Brie cheese, basil pesto, grilled chicken, fresh tomatoes, arugula, and balsamic glaze. It was amazing! Very fresh, cheesy creamy, and tasty! My husband had the Tallinn Crepe with Basil pesto, classic hummus, fresh tomatoes, avocado, arugula, and balsamic glaze. He had never had a crepe with hummus before and really enjoyed it. For dessert we shared the Olde Thomas Crepe which had fresh strawberries, bananas, Nutella, and condensed milk and a side of whipped cream. Oh boy did it hit the spot! I was surprised we were served the crepes on disposable paper plates with plastic utensils. This wasn't a problem and didn't even think about it because the food was so good! I would suggest to class it up a bit and offer real plates and utensils for dine in. I'm guessing most do take out hence the disposables. The place is small with seating available for around maybe 28-30. The front door was open, it was a beautiful night with a warm breeze. I kept wondering why I smelled something like car exhaust. Ahhh, the culprit was the cigar lounge next door. Not the best scent if you don't care for cigar smoke. Again, not anything terrible just made me scratch my head for awhile. When our check came, we paid with a card, we didn't have to sign anything as we were automatically checked out. Hence we couldn't add a tip to the total. I found out about this place through a facebook post and it coincidentally was a good time for a sweet treat. After a nice brunch downtown we made our way out to Sparks to have some crepes at the new Tallinn Creperia. The space is clean, sleek and nicely appointed. Not too fancy. A quick serve style, where they give you a number to take to your table. There are no garbages around. I ordered up the Lemon Curd crepe and my wife got the Sparks Delight. We really enjoyed both. The crepe was thin and light. So many places make a heavy and thick crepe by these were perfection. Big chucks of fruit and just the right amount of sweet sauces. Man. I didn't want to leave this place a bad review. The first time I had it, about a year ago for Mother's Day brunch, it was good, not great and the vibe was kinda off but good enough for me to want to comeback and try again. I'm also a big fan of Kaffe Crepe but I was getting tired put on my car next door and came here to eat while I waited. I truly wish I went somewhere else and I'm sorry to say, I will never be returning here. The service was so disappointing. I wanted to read the menu and the girl hounded me with 10 questions while trying to read the menu and I was trying not to get frustrated. I currently can't have cheese or pork which I explained so when ordering the salmon crepe I asked if I could sub the cream cheese for hummus and of course, I couldn't. She went and grabbed the cook from the back and asked if she could do it and he looked at me and said yes but It is an up-charge. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I would never do that and just sub it out, especially if the ingredients are similar in cost. Plus I'm already paying for one of the more expensive crepes on the menu... but continuing. Then as I'm sitting and waiting, I see they have wine and ask for a drink menu. A mimosa is listed at $8 with LaMarca Prosecco. Most of the time places overdo it with orange juice and I'm picky about my orange juice so I ask if I can just get a glass of champagne. Once again, the lady at the counter goes and ask if she could do that and he said "yes but don't fill the glass up. Only do maybe 3/4". Okay... so I get another thing without an ingredient and get not only charged the same but less of a drink. $8. EIGHT DOLLARS AND SHE SETS DOWN A DIRTY, HALF FILLED GLASS. Now. I know what you're thinking, is this lady serious? Yes. I am. Why? Because a bottle of LaMarca is $12 for the bottle size she was pouring out of and I couldn't even get 3/4 of a clean glass full of it? Wow. Then it took her over 20 minutes to see if she can do anything for me, I show her my dirty glass, that I definitely did not drink out of and she apologized and gave me a new, clean glass that was LESS THAN HALF FULL. My favorite part was when I ordered it, she poured it and then she said she'd bring it to me, when I could have just grabbed it at the counter but she proceeded to help everyone behind me then brought it to me. My least favorite part is that I explained to her that I was going to sit and eat here since my car is getting serviced and was handed a salmon crepe in a Togo box while I watched everyone else get served on plates. I also don't understand why this place is squeezing money out of everyone, or maybe just me, and they give you plastic cutlery. Overall an extremely disappointing experience. Waited until I got home to then plate my food properly and to eat it with some actual silverware. The hummus that I had him replace the cream cheese with was basically scooped into the crepe which made it mostly hummus and nothing else when it should be spread thin along the crepe. I'm glad I didn't get the cream cheese because I wouldn't have wanted a cream cheese filled crepe. My first job was crepes for 2 years and that was probably my worst experience eating one. Next time I get my car serviced, I'm going next door to sushi. This place is not it. read more

He's more of a pancake guy, but we went waffle this day with bananas and a side of whipped cream. We opted out for a to-go order because we were all little tired from the early morning activities. Service at the counter was fast and friendly. They have a smaller dining room, so seating is limited and I passed on coffees because they didn't have any dairy free substitutions. We will have to come back and dine in for the full experience. Recommending offering dairy free milk substitutions; your check average would increase without trying. I'm a huge fan of the original Kafe Crepe store so I was very excited for one to open up closer to home. Tucked into the middle of a shopping center, you probably wouldn't know Tallinn is there if you weren't looking for it specifically. We arrived on a Friday night around 6 and were the only guests in the restaurant, but as we were eating, they slowly filled up and were busier than I would expect a crepe restaurant to be around dinner time. We were greeted and seated upon arrival and the waitress came and took our orders, we tried their berry lemonades to drinks and they were both very fresh and delicious, not too sweet at all. We started with vampire fries which were super crispy and garlicky and their ranch is very good. We chose to share two savory crepes, the cowboy and a chicken and pesto one with arugula and balsamic. The cowboy was good but we wished it had more bbq sauce, it was a little dry. And the chicken pesto one was super flavorful but they use a pre cooked chicken and I wish they made it from scratch. Overall the crepes were good but I think they were missing Jana's special touch. We also chose the dessert waffle and it was very flavorful but the waffle itself was chewy and hard at the same time and wasn't the best texture. I think this is still a great place to get a crepe in sparks but the quality just isn't to the high standard of Kaffe crepe for me read more

The Dracula Fries were tasty, but needed more Parmesan and garlic. I also tried my wife's Cowboy, which was good. I'd go back if somebody else wanted to go, but nothing was exceptional. We got an Old Fashioned Crepe to go, and it tased good but the strawberries were bitter. The service was fine, but we had to open our own bottles of root beer as well as the ketchup bottle my wife got for her fries. Not a problem, but not things that happen with experienced restaurant workers. The music in the restaurant sounded like an 80s chick flick. I have now been here a few times! Twice for more of a breakfast and once more for a lunch. Service is always very pleasant and we are checked on multiple times during our visits. My most recent time here they had one for "hot august nights" and I typically am a sweet crepe kind of gal, but the American Muscle sounded delicious and I was not wrong in opting for a savory crepe. It was absolutely filling with eggs, cheese, crispy potatoes, and I asked for it to be without the meat, and the owner offered to sub mushrooms. So so yummy! Our senior meetup group just tried this place and was very happy with our food. A few hiccups --first, the outside lights for the entire building of businesses were still on daylight savings and we drove around for over 20 minutes after sunset trying to find it in this confusing shopping center. So based on address, we finally stopped to call the restaurant for more precise directions only to find we had stopped in front of it, lol! Second, as it is a new, small restaurant, there is only one cook, so our crepes for our party of 12 obviously did not arrive at the same time. Not a big problem for our gregarious group, who always look forward to being able to catch up on our lives without tvs or loud music to compete with, The menu is very simple--about 15+ crepes, coffee, wine and mimosas and non alcoholic beverages. We took a while to decide which of the crepes to order, sipping on our drinks, which came very quickly. In retrospect, I could have simply pointed to crepe on the menu, and have been excited by the tasty meal I received. Came in around 2pm on a Monday. We had the place to ourselves. It's an adorable little cafe setting with a window to see where your crepes are made. The specials looked AMAZING so I treated myself to a Papas Locas Crepe, my oldest daughter had the Bird's Milk Crepe, and my youngest had the Sweet Tooth Crepe. They came out quickly and were huge!
