It was a Sunday afternoon, and luckily, they were open. There were just a few people, but as they day progressed, more trickled in. Michelle, the beertender, at the time was great. She suggested all sorts of beers based on my taste and let me sample them all. One suggestion she had was to mix the Mango with the Blood Orange. It was really good. The two that I ended up drinking were the Duck River Dunkel and the ISB English Ale. I also liked that they had pretzels and popcorn as bar snacks. We met some really nice people and talked for a while. It reminded me of the old summer days when everyone would just sit and talk and enjoy life. Still a relatively new brewery, so still getting going with regard to their own specialty drafts, but they feature other local flavors, so there are good options. The brewery itself is pretty spacious. Love the area that has a couple love seats next to a fire place and a bunch of board games that are there to help pass the time. Pool table in the back of the brewery and three tv's all playing college football games. Prices are good, and they had a couple things we liked. The person at the bar had cooked game day treats and shared his smoked pork belly with us (so good!).
