Dominick asked us to send a couple photos so he could assess the issue, then dispatched Milton, who literally showed up within the hour. Seriously a lifesaver! What could have turned into a $1,200 wall-opening repair ended up costing a couple hundred thanks to Milton's skill and patience. I called on a Thursday for a shut off valve issue with my toilet. In short, I wasn't getting any…read morewater flow from the valve into the tank, so I assumed there was a clog. And if not, this was surely an issue far beyond my level of expertise. Their earliest availability was the following Monday (4 days) later, which was sooner than I expected. They kept me on stand by for the following day (Friday), but no such luck. My service window was 9 AM - 12 PM and two technicians showed up directly to my door around 9:30. Also sooner than I expected. I was impressed not only by the timing but also their sense of direction. Getting to my condo unit can be confusing with the various gate entrances, but these guys clearly knew what they were doing. Most people get lost. Not these guys. This job required a water main shut off in my HOA and they knew exactly where to go. They were friendly and professional and in and out in under 1 hour 30 minutes. The only reason I am at 4 stars is because I was quoted $225 for the job, but was charged $325. That seems a bit off, but the job was done swiftly and so I didn't bother challenging them.

I got an appointment set up within a few days (on July 4th, too!) to get a quote. Ian came out, checked for parts, and immediately got to work. He was super friendly and answered all of my questions, and even gave recommendations for upkeep and maintenance. Even though he had to cut out the old flange and glue in the new one, the work was super quick, maybe 1 hour tops between him arriving and him completing the work.
