My family faced this situation and I contacted Quick Water Heater for help via Yelp. Within seconds (yes, seconds) Camille reached out to me (on a Sunday) and heard my dilemma. She walked me through their (very intuitive) website and explained the process for me. After agreeing to have a technician visit my home to assess the situation and provide a more accurate estimate, I waited for the next day. My appt was set for 1400 hrs but Erick contacted me asking if I could accommodate his visit earlier, which I welcomed with gusto. By 10AM he was taking a look at my dead appliance. Erick took a look and the mystery of the broken 1-yr-old water heater was resolved. My pressure modulator was dead, so the 150PSI streaming through my house killed the water heater. Erick replaced my water heater, the water pressure modulator and also replaced my main line shut-off valve, which was done as well. Through the process, Erick patiently explained not only WHAT he was doing, but WHY he was doing it. His technical knowledge was impressive and it was only matched by his affable demeanor.
