Almost made a huge mistake not calling Hanna Plumbing when I had a couple sinks that were leaking. I first called a big corporate plumbing company who were not one bit interested in fixing the leaks, but insisted I needed the entire faucet fixtures replaced, that they can't be fixed only replaced. Cost greater than $3000, not includiing angle stops or removing one of the sinks to access the plumbing. So I called Hanna Plumbing, they fixed both sinks, cost: $316. The technician they sent was great, and knew his stuff. I will always call Hanna first! read more

Super easy to schedule, and communication was great from confirming the appointment to letting me know when the technician would be arriving. I had water that would pool under the kitchen sink when the dishwasher was being used and needed it repaired Edgar came on time, quickly assessed the issue, reviewed the repair options and took care of the problem in about an hour. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I think the price is a little high and I was charged for one hour 15 minutes when he was at the home for a little less than an hour, but I think I would use them again because of how seamless it process was. read more

First of all Greg, you sound pretty cocky for a business owner but I guess that's your job. Second of all your company took advantage of a Vietnam Vet who is Bedridden and his dumb blonde daughter who hired you all. I highly recommend that you don't use this company. What turned out to be a toilet installation turned out to be a nightmare with more damage to my ill father's home. I paid more to install my toilet than what I purchased the toilet for. Second of all make sure you get a quote up front, I never signed anything telling me how much it would be and I don't even think I was given a copy of my receipt to even argue the time billed. This took two days to install with two men. They left holes in my walls and not worth the 1600.00 I paid. Keep looking for someone more reliable and cost-effective. Maybe for before making the holes in the walls your people should've told me they weren't gonna repair them. Now I am left with all these holes in the wall. Inside and outside of the bathroom. Apparently nobody's ever seen or worked on a toilet such as the one in this picture and it was such a pain in the ass to install it. But on your website, it says you all have experience with high-quality fixtures. It costed my ill father 1600.00!!!! The toilet itself was 400. I could've probably returned the darn toilet for $1600. Definitely not worth it. read more

My water heater stopped working on a Friday. I was able to call them and have a schedule installation by Monday. I have used Hanna plumbing before; their customer service, communication, timely responses, and a very accurate timeline as to when they becoming how long the project would take was on point. Usually when they're here, they always answer unrelated questions. They are trustworthy and always give good advice and point out anything new about the water heater that they just installed. We were so worried because we had a leak from our upstairs bathroom coming through the ceiling. I called after hours and left a message explaining the situation. Hanna Plumbing called me at 7:30 the next morning and scheduled a plumber to come out later that day. Plumber Chris notified us when he was on his way and showed up on time. He identified our problem right away and we were so relieved that our leak through the ceiling could be easily repaired once the part came in. After the part arrived, Hanna Plumbing called me and scheduled an appt with Chris the same day. Chris made the repair and the leak stopped. All this was accomplished in less than a week.
