Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. This summer we noticed that every time the A/C came on, people sneezed. Finally we figured out that…read morethere was dust in the ducts (duh!), and looked around for a highly-rated duct cleaning service. When I contacted them for an appointment, I discovered that it is the same company as Chim Chiminey Sweep, who cleaned our chimney last year and did a great job. So we figured we couldn't go wrong by hiring them to clean our ducts and vents. They came today and did the cleaning. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were utterly professional. I can't easily look inside the ducts to see how clean they are, but I watched them work and I'm sure it all got very clean. They brought a big red machine labeled "Rotobrush"; it looked like a combination vacuum cleaner and spinning brush. The brush loosened the dirt and the machine sucked it all in, so that none of it came out into the air or the room. They worked efficiently and finished when they predicted that they would. They reported that one of our 16 ducts was damaged and suggested that we call a heating/cooling company to have it repaired. The final invoice was for exactly the estimated amount. I couldn't be happier. I asked them how often we should do this cleaning, and they said "about every 5 years". We have lived in this house for 3 years, but I suspect that the ducts hadn't been cleaned for 20 years. No more sneezing here.

I just wanted to mention some highlights of working with LAP Demolition: 1) Luis came out the same day I called him to give me a quote and sent me the estimate right when he said he would. 2) The quote was significantly cheaper than any of the other quotes we had gotten, and the quote was written very clearly so we could see exactly what we were paying for. 3) Luis was very helpful and friendly and pointed out helpful details, such as suggesting we leave the support boards on the house until we could get stucco work to repair the exterior. He was also very flexible about the date of the demo as we wanted to schedule it for two weeks out, rather than doing it immediately. 4) Luis and his crew arrived right on time the day of and completed everything within about 4.5 hours. They brought their own portable toilet and were very efficient and tidy. They even swept up any sawdust left over and hauled everything away. We really appreciate the high-quality work that Luis and his crew did and we now have a blank slate for our future house projects. We highly recommend Luis and his team for any demolition projects in the area.

On Thursday, June 1st our home had a water line break. Initially, my wife and I did not realize it. Approximately, four hours we discovered a lot of water and the leak underneath our home. Because of the time of night we called Hanna Plumbing and left a message requesting service in the morning. We filled our buckets with water and turned off the main line, waiting for the morning. Needless to say expecting the worst. First thing in the morning I called Hanna and explained our predicament to Karina. She informed me that because of staffing issues in would be Monday before we could get service. I made an appointment, turned the water back on briefly and refilled buckets, expecting it to be a long weekend. Within ten minutes Karina called back and said help would be on the way. A very short time later Domingo, and Lazaro arrived. They immediately went to work and in a few short hours fixed our problem. It was wet, muddy and hot underneath the house and it did not stop or slow them down. I'm writing this because your staff literally saved what we felt was going to be a long weekend. The entire time Karina, Domingo and Lazaro were courteous, caring and professional. They were positive and true ambassadors of Hanna Plumbing and what "Great Community Service" should look like. After turning the water off of my toilet so the water turning on and off would not keep me awake, I called Hanna this morning for some help. He said the generic flapper I installed was not made for my Kohler toilet and that I needed to install Kohler for a better fit. He told me the model number was stamped on the inside wall of the tank and I read it to him so he would know if he had the exact flapper in stock and he did. When I drove over there this morning to pick it up, he told me if I had any problem installing it, here is the 800 number of Kohler and they will walk you through your installation. I did have a problem as the new flappers are quite different. The operator was quite patient with me while I was having a melt down trying to fish around with my hands in the tank and with many tries the lady helped me finish the job on the phone. How caring Jim was to anticipate my need for help to give me a phone number for Kohl and let me know they would walk me through it. How many stores would care that much and as a result I installed those flappers on BOTH toilets before going to work. How happy I was to get the job done and now have perfectly operating toilets that work amazingly and quiet. They will be my plumbers forever!!! i am so impressed as Hanna cares so much about their customers and go above and beyond selling a part. Thank you Hanna for providing expert help!!!! Hanna Plumbing re-piped our whole house (hot/cold) and installed a new main water line from the street. I am very happy with the job that they did. I got four bids for this project and although Hanna plumbing wasn't the lowest bid (very close to the lowest) they still got the contract because I really felt like I could trust them. Ed Jr. Nelson really set them apart for me in the quoting department. Ed is very knowledgeable, very Professional, And, I didn't get the feeling that he was looking at me with dollar signs in his eyes like some of the people that were quoting. After I signed the quote We got right on the schedule. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dale, Mike, and Delphino. These gentlemen did a fantastic job of re-piping my house. The quality of their work is evident. They never left a mess, and they kept me informed at all times. They were professional and hard working. I had one issue with an irrigation line getting disconnected during the main line work, but Ed had a guy out there the next day and fixed the problem before I knew it. To summarize, Hanna plumbing is large enough to handle any job, but small enough to still care about their customers. They were honest, Hardworking, and professional. Hanna has been serving our plumbing needs for many years and they are the best to be found in San Diego County. Latest example is today. Jarad and new Hanna plumber, Steven arrived right on time this morning to look at and repair a number of items including Pop-up Hardware on Master-bath Lavs, Under-sink Drain ABS Pipe, and Hot-Cold Chicago Faucet stems in Guest House. We had called Hanna Parts Dept earlier asking them to place a replacement Everpure Drinking Water Filter Cartridge on Jarad's truck. We were advised they no longer sold Everpure filters because they no longer met "lead removal" codes. Jarad brought the one that does meet all codes. (How many plumbing companies would advise a customer of this problem?) The work they did this morning was excellent, all completed in just over two hours, all the parts were available on the their truck. Hanna Plumbing is just a great company, with very nice, friendly, competent plumbers. Jose came to replace the corroded shutoff valve and to check the regulator. He said that the regulator should be checked regularly or there will be problems. He said water pressure should not be over 75. I I told him to replace it too The regulator was corroded and parts inside crumbled as he was removing it. The shutoff valve will be too close to the wall so he asked if I want him to just open the wall or do an extension. i told him whatever was easier for him because it was very hot at the time he was working. Jose did a wonderful job replacing the shutoff valve and regulator. He is very knowledgeable. I am glad he didn't tear the wall and just did an extension because it looks so much better. I had a irrigation line break in the back corner of my yard. This line has no shut off at the house. so you have to shut the entire house off. I called Hanna, at 8 am, they had a plumber out to my house in 2 hours. It took another 2 hours for the guy to dig a 3 to 4 foot deep hole to replace a rusted out iron pipe that they used for the vertical riser to the sprinklers The plumber was courteous and fast worker, he left the ticket open just in case I had any problems when I turned the water on after waiting for the glue to dry. The customer service person that took my call was professional, called me right back as he said he would after contacting the plumber in the field. He immediately diagnosed our problem and fixed it and made sure it was working. He was on time, professional and willing to answer our questions. I am happy to have found a new plumbing service and am a happy customer! We have had some unfortunate experiences with other companies who either overcharged us, didn't fix our problems and failed to show up for scheduled appointments. While Hanna's initial service rate of $180 to show up is a bit higher than we had previously experienced, it is worth it to have professions who know what they are doing. Hanna Plumbing is the best. I live in a '50's granny house. After having a "bubba" experience, a neighbor recommended I call Hanna. Seth came to the rescue to solve an on-going issue. I have never looked back. Seth was efficient, professional, courteous, and even gave me some advice on an ongoing kitchen project. Also, Jim in parts, has been patient in answering my questions, I never felt rushed. He recommended where to get the best quality in plumbing parts. I've used these guys twice now. Don't normally leave Yelp reviews but these guys deserve one. I've dealt with plumbers and I'm always relieved at the responsiveness and follow up diligence from Hanna. Needed my tankless heater serviced yesterday. Error code 11. Another company came, had no idea what to do snd decided to change my house water pressure meter. Did nothing and was totally unnecessary... Called Hanna. They came prepared to flush, descale and clean the igniter heads as service required. Next day, couldn't get hot water but a courtesy phone call helped me fix the issue with the circulation timer. Easy. Would recommend these guys. Definitely priced accordingly to time spent too. A+++. read more

I had, unfortunately, contacted another "well-known" plumbing company regarding a significant kitchen sink backup and leak. After they advised me I needed a new faucet, which I was fine with, they told me they would install one I provided for $450. I was a bit shocked, as they also said there was no clogged drain. I then decided to call Hanna, to schedule a visit to check for the drain problem and install a new faucet I had purchased. Ryan arrived on time, the next day, listened to my tale of whoa and then proceeded to install the new faucet AND clear my definitely clogged drain (2x)! And the cost was 1/2 of the previous quote. Just bought an old house & I've had them out several times for several diff. kinds of jobs- leaks, gas lines, clogged pipes, new fixture installation. What I like is that their guys show up on time, get straight to work, they come prepared, & get the job done, even if it requires some improvising. Very professional. He cleared out the grease and grim and did a test to make sure we were up and running again. My parents had used Hanna Plumbing long before I became a homeowner and now I know why. They are honest, trustworthy, professional and competitively priced. Fred was out on a Saturday for an emergency water leak, he did all he could on a weekend and explained everything to me. I had a new washer delivered and they said they could not hook it up until I had new faucets installed in the wall. I called Hanna on Monday morning and was told Weds. I took whatever they had. That afternoon the office called and said they has a cancellation could they come right over. I was beside my self with glee. Had been without a washer for two weeks and really needed it hooked up. We're new to the area and asked a trusted friend for a plumber recommendation. She didn't hesitate and told us to call Hannah. These guys are true professionals. I emailed them photos of our out of manufacture shower valve and they identified it and ordered the necessary parts. Hanna Plumbing & Supply employs the most competent and trustworthy plumbers in San Diego County... and they stand behind their work too. Their services are priced fairly and reasonably. They never try to up sell, because they respect the fact that you invited them into the privacy of your home for a specific purpose, which did not include being subjected to an infomercial. He said unfortunately it couldn't be repaired, and that he could install the same type tank water heater for us. But he explained, without any sales pressure, that instead of the same type outdated water heater (I had explained to him our problem of losing hot water after just a few minutes with the tank water heater). installing a tankless water heater would take up much less space, look more attractive, and actually raise the value of our home because of its high efficiency. And that it was also way more cost efficient and would pay for itself in a few years. And with no sales pressure, he explained the tankless version was about double the price of the tank version. With no sales pressure gave us a choice of which version to go with after laying out the pros and cons of each. The thought of having on demand never ending hot water throughout the house, and adding to the house value was hard to resist. We had long suffered from losing hot water after just a few minutes and having squabbles about who would bathe or shower first. We figured now all of us could have immediate on demand unlimited hot water all at once! And regain harmony among us! So we had Xavier installed a waterless tankless water heater for our house at a very reasonable price. And he did it in the same day! It looks so high tech and sleek! Just check out the attached photos. XAVIER WAS THE MOST HONEST COORDIAL PERSON to deal with and finished the installation the next day! We were most pleased with the installation and Xavier's most professional service. UPDATE A couple of days later we smelled a slight gas odor coming from the exhaust pipe he had installed over the front porch overhang by the front door. He told us the slight smell was a normal occurrence with tankless water heaters and the odor was harmless. But, he admitted that the front porch exhaust odor could be annoying since we keep our front door open all day for our dogs. So Xavier came out the next day and figured out a way to rearrange the gas exhaust pipe to the opposite side of the house through the garage. He fixed it perfectly today and now my neighbors can enjoy the gas whiff. LOL (it is a normal occurrence for a tankless heater to emit a slight, harmless gas odor, ONLY while the hot water is on). Xavier finished the pipe adjustment all in an hour and a half! He did everything correctly and promptly and troubleshot the issues on the fly. So now we are most happy with the product and the great service we received! He is a credit to his Company and to all talented honest hardworking individuals. We would not hesitate to call Mr Rogers for any and all of our plumbing heating and A/C issues in the future. And to recommend Xavier and Mr Rogers to all our neighbors friends and families!!!

Home Depot took my order, schedule my appointment and sent out PLUMB365 Plumbing company to replace my water heater. Plumb365 sent out to of the best plumbers. Both Ramon and Andy were fantastic. They came in got right to work.. They answered my questions and explained things when questioned.. Both Ramon and Andy were neat and thorough.. They were highly detailed and paid careful attention to every possible part of the install. After the water heater was installed they cleaned up and hauled away the water heater and old parts.... I'm located in south Carlsbad near Aviara Parkway, and timing and budget were important to me. Dominic responded incredibly fast, letting me know he could have someone out within an hour for a free quote. I had already received two other estimates, and Trusty Plumbing came in about $50 less, which immediately stood out. After inspecting the situation, they made a thoughtful and honest recommendation: since this was a double-sink bathroom with 40+ year-old faucets, it would be smarter to replace both faucets so they matched--rather than repairing just one (even though the second faucet was still working fine). That made perfect sense, and I appreciated the transparency. Once work began, they discovered that both angle stops were rusted in the "on" position and needed replacement. While this was unforeseen, Dominic was very understanding of my limited budget and reduced the overall price to help offset the additional cost. After waiting what felt like forever, installation day was here. It looked absolutely beautiful... until we realized it stuck out almost 7 inches from the wall because of the existing gas line. Excitement instantly turned into, "Well... now what?" After making a few phone calls, SwiftFlow absolutely saved the day. They somehow managed to squeeze me into their schedule just a couple of hours after I called, and the price was very reasonable--especially for such a last-minute request. Mike showed up right on time, was incredibly friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. What I thought was going to turn into a major headache didn't faze him one bit.
