Usually great and my "go to" spot. However, I was super unsatisfied with my last visit. The quality of my nails were average but the service was terrible. None of my concerns were taken into consideration, I got multiple eye rolls despite voicing my concerns politely, and she was rough and rushing my nails despite there being no one else in the shop. I had told the lady multiple times that I did not want acrylic nails and preferred them short. I requested gel but she had said that the gel breaks easily so I said that I would do acrylics but prefer them shorter. She kept them longer than my preference so I politely asked for them shorter, she scoffed and cut them basically to my natural length - so there was no point in the acrylics... rather than asking for what I want or cutting it bit by bit. then she refused to make the edges rounded because "they're short and the shape won't show." Lastly, I had picked a color but she got the number mixed up. She brushed on the wrong color, said "it's cute right?," I said "yeah, but...," and then she cut me off and quickly started painting the nails the wrong color. At this point, I was so disappointed and annoyed to even correct her so I just let it be. I like to give places second chances but this was the second chance. With this same lady, I've had this issue in the past. She wanted to do long nails with designs, I politely declined and explained that my job in healthcare does not allow me to, and she rolled her eyes and attended to my request very rough. They still came out cute and not bumpy... just completely NOT what I asked for.

I love coming here because they always make my nails look so good! Really easy to book appointments with them, all you have to do is call and ask for availability. Everyone here was super nice! 100/10 recommend

Susan for acrylics and Le for pedicure is the best!! I love them! They absolutely care about their customers. I highly recommend coming to this shop to get your nails done.

I was placed over in the back by the restroom and supply room, they definitely should keep it a little more cleaner. Floor, walls and different surfaces appear to not have been cleaned in awhile, but I definitely was told to sanitize my hands lol There was also a lot of gnats that I seen which made me feel digested. I would like to have seen the tools to come out a sterilized sealed bag but I'm not sure if they were even sterilized. Majority of the chair buttons didn't work and there chair was pretty hard and uncomfortable, I was really hoping I could relax but the chair definitely made that a little hard to do. The nail technician was nice but I could definitely tell she was fairly new. The prices are fair even tho for the $45 Deluxe Spa treatment they apply lotion to your leg but no leg massage, I added on a callus removal but I still have calluses... Its safe to say this is a nail salon I'd never return to.

I've been going here for years and I'm never disappointed! My go to are Sandy and Lucy. I highly recommend getting a pedicure from Sandy because they're best pedicures I've ever had-- makes my feet so soft and pretty. Make sure to make an appointment and also, Sandy doesn't work on Thursdays!

    Individual lash extensions for $20.

I don't come here often but when I do I'm always happy with the outcome of my mani/pedi. They also do lash extensions for $20. They use the individual lashes and it took about 30-40 minutes to apply on both eyes. They're perfect for a weekend getaway and not having to deal with putting on lashes each time you do your makeup and saves time too!

Mom gave me a gift card for a mani/pedi. The facility is nice and clean (that's a huge+). Initially, I had negative thoughts because the lady/manager was not very friendly and was kinda snappy when I asked questions. However, I decided that I was going to make her talk to me. So I started complimenting the facility and asking questions about how long they've been at that location, and soon she began laughing and talking in a friendlier manner (everyone is entitled to a bad morning). The lady who actually worked on me (Sandy) was very nice, friendly, and conversated willingly. She did a good job and I liked her. It wasn't the best mani/pedi I've ever had, but that just means I'll tell her what I want next time. The massage chairs were good (not like some where you can barely feel it). I will definitely go back.

$25 full set .. $10 for gel and design .. $35 total and I'm soooo happy and pleased. Nails by Diane & design by Ben.

First time coming and I'm in love My nail technician was Diane she was so sweet and knew exactly what I wanted when I told her.. She was gentle and was making sure she didn't hurt me (I had just removed some stubborn acrylics) she took her time and made sure I was pleased with the shape of my nails... I showed them the design I wanted, was told it was going to be $10 extra for gel, fine by me.. Ben did my design. He was very careful about how he polished and made sure I put my hand carefully under the UV. He also explained why my gel would wrinkle at other locations which I wish I would have known before.... Total for set: $25 design+gel $10 total was $35 Well worth it ! From the quality to the experience . I will now come here from now on!

I have been going to this nail shop for years, and have gone through countless of nail technicians... who unfortunately had me leaving not 100% satisfied. But today, my goodness today I left SO happy and satisfied with my nails. I never get pink nail polish, because it's a color not really for me, but Diana suggested I go with it. And I couldn't be any more happy and finally loving my nails when I walked out today! Thank you so very much Diana!!

Clearly their products are top of the line, in the past when I got gel on my nails a week tops before it started to peel. This picture is of a three week old service. Actually headed to the shop now. It only peeled in one nail and that's cause I chipped my nail. That tells me the previous shops I went to must've watered down the product to stretch. Based on the quality alone they have made a permanent customer out of me! Can't forget the music is always a vibe.

Instead of a greeting back, the first thing she said was, "Can you close the door because the air is on?" There was no "Hi, how are you?" or even a polite request. It immediately set the tone for the visit. When she finally asked how she could help me, I told her I was there for a color change. She looked around, sighed, and said, "We're not gonna have time for you today." I paused, expecting her to offer another appointment or suggest another time, but instead it just felt like, "We can't help you." I said, "No problem," and started walking out. An employee (who I believe was her assistant) ran after me and told me another customer had offered to let me go ahead since my service was something simple. I honestly hesitated because of the owner's attitude, but I wanted to give a black owned business the benefit of the doubt, so I came back. I thanked the customer who let me go ahead, but the owner never acknowledged me. Even something as simple as, "It's been really busy today, but we appreciate you and we'll be with you shortly," would have gone a long way. When it was finally my turn, I sat down and the owner asked, "You're just getting a color change, right?" I said yes, and she didn't say another word. It honestly felt like she still didn't want to service me but was doing so because I was already there. A little while later she yelled across to me, "Hey, blue shirt... what's your name?" After I told her, she said that from her angle it looked like I had my leg resting on the technician and that her client didn't want to turn around. It was awkward, but I laughed it off and once again tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, figuring maybe she was just someone who was a little rough around the edges. After my service was finished, I went to pay. The technician asked if it was my first time there. When I said yes, she then informed me there was a $10 fee because they had to remove someone else's polish. The "removal" was simply sanding off my previous color. My issue wasn't even the fee--it was that it wasn't disclosed before the service started. Any additional charges should be communicated upfront so customers can decide whether they'd like to proceed. So I ended up paying $30 for a simple color changed when I could've just waited and got a pedicure at that point. The final straw was leaving the salon without so much as a "Thank you," "Have a great day," or "We appreciate your business." The owner said absolutely nothing. While I was there, I also watched other customers come in asking for pedicures. They received the same short, dismissive responses and were simply turned away. As they walked out, the owner called after them, "Keep us in mind." Honestly, that's difficult to do when customers aren't greeted warmly, prices aren't fully explained beforehand, and there doesn't seem to be much effort to make people feel welcome. The salon itself is nice, but customer service matters just as much as the quality of the work. A little kindness, professionalism, and clear communication go a long way in building loyal customers. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this salon based on my experience. I hope this brings awareness to the owner and no one else has to go through this experience

That was around the time when the nail tech walked over to me for the first time to ask if I had chosen a color, not when my feet were in the water or when I was receiving the service, as I stated. She also walked away after the initial contact and returned a couple times, throwing supplies on her cart before proceeding. Regardless of that, my Zelle payment for tip was also confirmed at 6:54pm. So I do want to acknowledge that my time there was about an hour and a half total from my arrival/ appointment time. There was also not a "light residue" of the scrub left, there was literal exfoliating pieces/ beads and cream that I was able to scrape off my leg with my fingernail. There is no need to note my preferences as I will not be going back. If I had known that later appointments were known to be thrown off schedule, I would've just showed up late so I didn't have to wait. There was no update or follow up. While I understand it is the business owners responsibility to ensure all reviews are accurate, the repeated attempt to disprove what I stated was unnecessary when the issue still stands: my appointment time was not honored, i had literal pieces of scrub and gel on my leg, and someone used a cuticle cutter to PULL pieces of my toenail off without asking me. I understand these services are a luxury; I would not come in expecting to be waited on but I do expect basic communication and respect. The service and response were both disappointing.
