The service is always great, although it seems as if there are always "new" employees there that need some mentoring on the cash register. The ambiance depends on the day, but it's kid friendly, senior friendly and has a great selection of coffee and muffins as well. There's even a cute boutique nextdoor that you can wander into after you devour your delicious meal. The bathrooms are always clean and employees come out to wash the tables way more often than I have seen at competitors in the metro area. I cannot describe the deliciousness of the breakfast sandwiches here. If I lived closer, I would be a daily customer. One of my favorite bagel places in the whole country and I go a lot of places :) Their bagels ARE THE BEST: soft, chewy, always perfectly toasted!! This is my first time trying a sandwich (Santa Fe) and of course it's fantastic (do wish the bagel was toasted but I should have asked)... Favorite thing is their selection of great cream cheese and bagels baked fresh every day! A great place for grab and go or if you're planning a party - cream cheese by the tub! Their space is amazing for remote work and I always grab a coffee (they have an awesome rotating selection). Staff is always friendly!!

We were tired of basic fast food... Even tired of Starbucks and we're basic b's who love Starbucks! Found this place on Yelp and gave it a shot. Sippet got the job done and did it well. Our bagels were delicious. Our coffees were perfect. We were in and out of the drive thru QUICK and it didn't cost a fortune. The staff inside were also very friendly and competent, despite having a busy morning themselves. Very happy with our choice. Would love to come here again sometime.
