But I figured a fair evaluation is necessary I first brought my daughter MacBook Air for keyboard replacement. They sent me a text right away and said it was fixed. The keyboard had a cover on it so it's our fault for not checking that the keyboard was indeed a new one, as I paid $130 for this replacement. 2 months later the keyboard fails again and I bring to another shop and they said it's the original keyboard not a replacement. I decided to let it go as it's now fixed. Most places give you the old part as proof they replaced the new part. This place does NOT. We then had our cell phone screen crack and they did a fine job repairing it so I decided to take my daughters iPad mini in for glass repair. This was in November of 2019. They have a text system set up so they will send you a text when the item is fixed. It was the holidays and we were busy so we forgot about it. I finally called in January asking about it. He promised to call back. I finally call back upset in February of 2020 and he says he fixed it. I arrive to pick it up and he said he had a problem with the home button and he needs me to leave it for a new home button. Funny we didn't have home button issues before... Then covid 19 happened and everyone was on lock down. I called back in mid April to ask what was happening with this as he promised it would be done in a day back in February. He claimed he was shut down due to corona virus when I know he's been opened as I drive by his shop almost daily. I go to pick up the item and there is excess glue all around the edges of the iPad and the home button STILL doesn't work. I call him back to complain and he says they cannot order supplies bc of coronavirus. Please avoid this place. I was scammed not once but TWICE. Decent enough for maybe a cell phone screen repair but it's sloppy and lazy for a lot of the other stuff. I will post pics of the glue around the iPad.

He was assigned through our warranty company, he came to my house where my elderly parents live , to work on our stove (Burner related issue). He made three attempts to fix the issue and did not do a good job, he definitely does not know what he is doing. on top of that he removed the screws from inside of the stove and left them outside without screwing them back in and on top of that, left the gas open. I called the warranty company and alerted them regarding what he did. Please stay away from Eddie.
