Wesley came out shortly after, took the time to carefully explain everything, and provided top-tier service with patience and professionalism. We told him we wanted to shop around, and he was incredibly understanding -- gave us a fair quote and told us to call if we needed anything. Towards the end of the window on Monday for them to show they called and said they wouldn't be able to make it because they were dealing with so many peoples frozen pipes and they rescheduled for Tuesday. Jeremy arrived a little after 5pm on Tuesday. The quote to replace a pressure valve was $846....a job that probably took all of 20 minutes. I'm inpatient and really didn't want to mess around with calling other plumbers to get quotes so we just had Jeremy do the work. He did a great job and was very nice and respectful of our home. That said I believe what we were charged was ridiculous so I will not be using Duane Blanton again.

Over phone I was told about service call fee. Understandable. Showed Johnny the issues then he said there's a diagnostic fee. Diagnosing what? I told him what the issues are. Upfront pricing was vague, just given a range of "$100-200" for one fix. Pricing should be clear. Biggest issue is he said kitchen faucet handle needed to be replaced as supply hoses were bad. He wanted me to buy new faucet through them. Faucet is still under warranty so I contacted Delta and replacement handle being sent. Johnny quoted $800 to replace handle. WHAT??? That's a 20 minute job. Unhook supply hoses, pull up handle, connect hoses of new handle. Here's the kicker, Johnny was going to do anything to current handle but I asked him to pull it up to see if he could see the hoses and if they actually were leaking. When he put it back he tightened it and that was actually the fix. No more leak. But he didn't know that and ultimately left diagnosing the issue as needing new handle which he was going to charge me $800 to install. I'm happy that my little fixes were done but damn I'm glad I didn't fall for the unnecessary repair at insanely high price. Won't use them again as I hate dishonest contractors.

I called Anderson Plumbing, after normal business hours and told them my problem. I had to unplug the sump pump and storms were predicted for last night. Believe it or not, Joe was at the house within the hour! He was prompt, professional, and respectful. Since my husband's stroke, he cannot climb stairs so Joe actually took a picture of how he fixed it to show him. I thought that was way above the normal service! I still cannot get over the owner's call to say that since bad weather was predicted he knew it was important to get it fixed. Great company to do business with! Give Joe a raise!!
