Jeremy arrived a little after 5pm on Tuesday. The quote to replace a pressure valve was $846....a job that probably took all of 20 minutes. I'm inpatient and really didn't want to mess around with calling other plumbers to get quotes so we just had Jeremy do the work. He did a great job and was very nice and respectful of our home. That said I believe what we were charged was ridiculous so I will not be using Duane Blanton again.

I called Anderson Plumbing, after normal business hours and told them my problem. I had to unplug the sump pump and storms were predicted for last night. Believe it or not, Joe was at the house within the hour! He was prompt, professional, and respectful. Since my husband's stroke, he cannot climb stairs so Joe actually took a picture of how he fixed it to show him. I thought that was way above the normal service! I still cannot get over the owner's call to say that since bad weather was predicted he knew it was important to get it fixed. Great company to do business with! Give Joe a raise!!
