I have dietary restrictions and she was very enthusiastic and willing to swap out the BBQ trays multiple times as needed. I never once felt like it was a bother. It was my loved one's birthday, and when we told Kasey, she completely understood the assignment. She made sure that we were having a wonderful time, was ninja-like in making sure our unused dishes were out of the way, she made wonderful, positive conversation that helped make our entire table feel welcomed + relaxed like we were old friends, and she had the most excellent timing with bringing out a surprise birthday treat at the end of our visit! I have never felt like a staff member at any place of business, no matter how wonderful they were otherwise, was as sincerely invested in making our experience unforgettable as Kasey was. at Kpot. Kpot is incredibly fortunate to have found such a warm, bright human being to work there. We went on a Saturday, and when any of us ever return in the future, we will absolutely be sure to come on Saturday again in hopes of having Kasey as our host again! That way you don't have to pay a premium... Tonight, I ordered from their large "all day special" menu. An egg roll, your choice of soup, your choice of rice, and your choice of entrée from their large list, all for only $14.95, plus tax. That's an amazing price!
