We came in just looking for a spot to have lunch with our dog, and they were so kind to turn the heaters on outside and open up the patio even though no one else was outside. The servers were lovely and very nice. The food was okay.... But it hit the spot.

Stopped by on Friday late afternoon The place was pretty empty Tapas: boom boom shrimp (it was good , the slice was nice) Philly egg roll (2 different dipping sauce was good) Grilled octopus (it was chewy , didn't taste fresh , little slimy) French dip sliders (no flavor ) Cheeseburger sliders (so so) Drink : aperol spritz (no bubbles , iced down ) house sangria (too much sugar , watered down) The waitress was sweet and nice Probably would not return

It's been a while since I've visited this restaurant, as I came the first time when they first opened. Decided to dine here this evening for dinner.,The menu has changed drastically as it's more of a small plate tapas kind of place. Overall, the food was good. Appetizer: Steak eggroll that was literally 1 eggroll in half. Could have at least been two. Food:burger sliders, pepperoni flatbread, and truffle fries. All was good. I wish they had more of a menu to select from like they did previously that's not tapas. Our waiter was really nice.

Wedge salad chefs kiss! The PHILLY EGG ROLL not so much.

I had the pleasure of dining here for Mother's Day and returned because our first time was awesome. The following up visit was as enjoyable the food lacked flavor. The revisit left me wondering what happened? Perhaps there was a new chef.

Had a solid wing special on Monday. Definitely a cocktail bar vibe but I ended up just getting a beer. For the most part clean, although the sanitation grade could be a bit better. Wait staff was friendly.

I loved the decor. It was dark and moody. My drink ess refreshing. I didn't order food since they only had late night menu options. My husband enjoyed his wings. Waitress was nice but smelled like something was burning in the kitchen. There is cute patio seating available. I also noticed the 91 sanitation grade which isn't great

First time at this location & it left a lot to be desired. We had a reservation to come an hour before seeing a film at the regal next door. First red flag was them not having a table ready for 5 people even though we had a reservation. I'm not sure if our server forgot to place our order (she didn't say) but it took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive & even then only 1/5 orders came. Everything else was staggered 5-10 minutes a part (i.e. one pizza - 10 minutes later - a side of mashed potato's - 5 minutes later a pasta, etc.). Plates will be hot & extra steamy (bc the AC is on), however our hot food was always room temp/cold. One order was even wrong. We had to get the food boxed to go & paid quickly only to notice that after over an hour of waiting our french fries never came. We chased our server down to bring the food we had now ordered & paid for. Before leaving, we decided to check them only to find out they were COVERED in large salt crystals and inedible (maybe the top wasn't on the container or they used the wrong setting?). Overall, this place could clearly use some management in the kitchen & staff. We wouldn't recommend for those going to a film at the Regal / on a time crunch, any family of 5 or more, anyone thirsty (the non-water cups are less than half the size of the water ones), or anyone who knows what a 91 sanitation score means....

Very disappointed because the meal was great - but the experience during Queen's City Feast was horrendous. The way they do the bill is a scam and if this is how they did it for us a lot of other people must get overcharged and don't even notice. We had 3 people do the $45 prefix menu for restaurant week and then got two $6 sangrias. Our bill thus should have been $147 then tax and tip added after. Instead the way they do the bill they line item the choices you make instead of charging 45x3 on the receipt. We were overcharged $21 for the food, thus charged more for tax and then more for tip. We went back to the restaurant because we didn't realize this until we left and when we tried to call they said they were too busy to help. After 30+ mins of waiting and explaining we finally got the $21 back but still we paid more for tax and tip but couldn't bother with it at this point. Plus the time and headache of having to drive there and back again. This is a sign to pay attention to your bill when you go there!!!

The food is over the moon delicious with plenty of options and reasonable serving sizes. Even with the slightly high price point, it is well worth every penny. And they take allergies SO seriously! Literally went through a bunch of ingredients to find what would and wouldn't be dairy-allergy safe. Atmosphere is fun but cozy, too. 100% recommend! In-depth: Postino has quickly become one of my favorite places in the CLT area after my 10/10 experience here. To start, the food. My word, it's amazing! Everything my friend and I tried was delicious. The bruschetta is 100% worth trying (the spinach artichoke one is my favorite), and the west coaster panini + romaine salad was tasty at every bite. Their wine is also good quality, with a decent-sized portion poured. Allergy safety is a major thing for them, too. Our server (Lee = the best waitress!) and her manager looked through their bread and ingredients for about 30 minutes to confirm what was and wasn't dairy safe (I asked how dairy allergies are handled for when I bring my husband next time). They also had quite a few gluten-free options, too. The manager explained that she wants people to be able to just come in and relax for a few hours without worrying if they'll get sick, which I truly, truly appreciate. Lee shared a similar sentiment, which was amazing. Now price... Yes, it is a *bit* pricey, but it is well worth it. Nothing felt lacking as far as flavor goes, and the allergy safety is a huge thing. This is one of the few places I felt my sandwich and salad were worth every penny, even if it was $17. Also, their rewards program is great. I got a free bruschetta board, and they offer several other perks. Make sure to sign up before or while dining there to get some good deals! In addition to their sincere care for allergy safety, the service is fantastic all around. They do group service, meaning you'll have several servers, and they encourage you to grab anyone if you have questions. This takes the pressure off of waiting for one server to walk by and really helped me relax. And the atmosphere? I could stay there all day! It's a really fun vibe, but the lighting and seating are very cozy. Overall, I've already recommended this place to 5+ people and will be returning soon

It currently offers free parking for 3 hours and incremental of 1- 2 hours paid parking after. My wife and I came here on a date night. While her original visit left more than be desired management invited us to give them a second try and I'm so glad we did. We had an amazing time from start to finish. The staff was amazing and I was astounded by their dedication to their craft. The best part was the food. We started with the chefs board which had an array of cheeses and spreads. The most memorable was the whipped feta. OMG. The Ambiance was the only thing I feel could use some tuning as there's not enough sound deadening to make the music out? It sounds like a heart beat and makes it hard to make out conversations. Major shout out to Leigh for taking care of us all night and making it a memorable night. Also big thanks to Odhie for the tickets to the concert. This was definitely a night to remember. Thank you Postinos Staff!

I was hoping to see Albert(a) Wine-Stein aka, Amanda and she did not disappoint! So happy to catch up with her after almost 4 years. I know, I should get out more! They have a great opportunity to select from 50% of wine bottles so Michelle and I selected a Franciscan CabSav from San Miguel, Ca just south of Napa near the Paso Robles area. Just an EXCELLENT choice we concluded, you will NOT be disappointed with this selection with hints of black cherry, carmel and coconut. We settled into one of their many rooms and selected a table where we could order from their menu with a nice selection of appetizers, salads, hand helds and small bites. We shared the Crab Rangoon app & each had the Harvest Salad. All together is was an excellent combination. It was a warm pre-spring evening and just a perfect finish for memorable outing.
