When I walked up, the lady taking orders was on her phone and didn't really acknowledge me -- no greeting, just handed me a menu. When I started ordering, she seemed a little annoyed and told the person on the phone to "hang on," which made things feel a bit awkward. I also asked a couple of simple questions, like how long the brisket was smoked, but she didn't know. As for the food -- it was kind of a mixed bag: * Brisket: Tender, but didn't have much smoke flavor or a smoke ring. * Pulled Pork: A bit on the dry side. * Smoked Turkey & Sausage: My favorites! The turkey was super moist and the sausage had a great snap with a nice little kick to it. * Ribs: Went with the baby backs since they didn't have spare ribs. They were okay but a bit tough. I've seen the owner in videos and he seems super friendly and really into what he does. I wish he had been there when I stopped by -- a few of my friends went when he was around and said he was awesome to talk to and really knew his stuff. They also mentioned their pulled pork was a little dry too, so maybe that's just something they're still dialing in. Why? cause the asada burrito was so good that I wanted to whole thing. I didn't want to share after the first bite. The meat was tender and very flavorful. The tortillas was nice and soft. The size of the burrito is what one expects for the price. Last but not least the green sauce was just the cherry on top. The guys work the truck were inviting and quick with the food.
