We have eaten here twice and it is fantastic. Tiny little place that used to be a Starbucks but it is a nice space. The service is always great. There is a great variety for everyone. I am a big fan of the bean tostada and the cheese dip. My husband loves the massive burrito. The enchilada sauce is quite tasty. Prices are very fair. read more

Clean, warm chips, friendly and efficient staff, salsa is semi spicy and just enough. Bloody Mary very tasty and Jack and Pepsi not over strong, not weak . Quesadilla Sampler was DELICIOUS! My only suggestion is a bigger and more colorful sign! This place would get a way more business if there is a better sign! We will be back ! read more

Tapatios is a very welcome addition to the Ottawa area. Serving authentic Mexican foods at reasonable prices. :) The service was quick. The decor is a modern-mexi take on a pub. with both bar and booth seating indoors and patio seating outside. I had the Tres Marias and it was just what I was hoping for. The three enchiladas with different fillings and covered in three different delicious sauces, were served piping hot. The included side of seasoned rice and a small helping of shredded lettuce with tomatoes and sour cream to use as you liked. I will definitely be returning and I hope to bring my friends. read more

We had tacos, and horchata, the Ruben fries and the chorizo-chicken. This is a brand new place in Ottawa and it's really good. The food isn't greasy like some other places in town and they have comparable and I would argue better versions of your favorite dishes around town as well as others that you'll need to try. They also have some big margaritas and you can get them strong based on menu selections available. Unlike some others in town that have sugar water. Be sure to try this place out it's across the street from Starbucks/culvers and right next to thirties. read more

Fresh..fast..flavorful...delicious!!! let's be real y'all know I'm a cheese sauce fiend and theirs is headed to the top of my list...creamy not too thick not too thin fresh chips...now the entrees...first go round I tried the cheesesteak fabulous!!! great balance of flavors,perfect crisp where it should be, and of course smothered in cheesy goodness! This time around...I went full alambre and I don't regret it! Do it! do it now!! This place is not authentic Mexican food and the service is absolutely horrible! Waited for an hour and 15 minutes before my drink was even brought to me, wait staff was rude and dismissive when I made multiple requests for my drink. I ordered pastor tacos with extra meat and they came out with barely any meat and the pastor was bland and under seasoned. I've never been to a restaurant that puts seasoned ground beef on top of their tamales that already have meat in them. Tamales are very soft and flavorful, and don't get me started on the molcajete! This is now our third time, and I'm beyond happy. Staff is friendly and helpful, and good margaritas. Wife and I have found our new Mexican food spot. read more
