Yeah, the lady I rent from was drinking night before last and her sister stayed overnight. That night I had come home and just went up to my room. I may have put the keys down on the counter to pet the dog, but after a 1/2 hour nap and exhaustive search, no keys in my room, car, path, anywhere in my drawers, etc. Some time during all that, up in my room, I heard "Oh, I found my spare keys!" And the sister had left to go home while I napped, taking everything on the counter. Val came out at 9 pm and helped me get a car key made and programmed. Yeah, this morning no original key, and I closed the closet door and went to work. This evening, my closet door was open, some of the drawers were messed with, and the original key is on the floor of the closet. Things had moved since I went to work. I chose Tapia Locksmith because it had a 5 star rating on yelp, with ALL but one review being 5 stars. To me, that's pretty impressive. I called Tapia at 9:45 a.m. on a Thursday, and Val answered immediately and he said he could come by 10:30 a.m. as he was still finishing a job. He and his friendly father Jesus showed up at 10:20 a.m. and did an amazing job at changing some locks for me. I also needed my Infiniti key fob reprogrammed, but he stated he wouldn't be able to do this until 3:30 p.m. which was fine for me as my schedule was open for the day. Val and Jesus showed up just a few minutes after 3:30, but he called me in advance to let me know he was running a little late. Most people wouldn't even bother calling if they were running a few minutes late. Once they showed up, the task was completed, and Jesus even helped me with another small lock problem and didn't even charge me for that service. I read so many other reviews of Tapia Locksmith and how people would give them 10 stars if they could, and I couldn't agree with them more.
