These have to be some of the best tacos in Houston. They're also probably the only great breakfast taco taqueria open on Sundays at 6am! They have great service and plenty of seating. There's definitely enough parking there too. People are in and out pretty quickly. I think the dial is set on the hallmark channel. You just walk in and choose your selection on the steam table. Flew into Bush to visit family and stopped here after getting off the plane for breakfast. This place is small, unassuming, mom-and-pop style and really delicious. There was a small line out the door when we got there and we were most definitely the only non-native Spanish speakers in the building! Practice your Spanish yall! This seems like a locals' spot. You walk up and order and they make your food as you order. We ordered 4 tacos between the two of us and everything was delicious. I wish I lived near here so I could go all the time! I get up early so that I can get here at opening time sometimes during the week (and the food is already fresh and prepared). I really enjoy the tacos here. In zero of my visits here have I experienced that the food was sitting for too long or tasted cold. The Tortilla is made so well and deliciously supplements the serving you choose. It seems to be a family owned Business/Restaurant, so you can rest assured that they're excellent at making your Traditional Mexican food. The service is firm, kind, and straight to the point because you already know that all you want is the food. Demand here is rather high and the Restaurant manages to keep a great price for the Tacos. Coffee and Beverages are to the right as you walk in. The Hot Sauce is truly made to spice up your dish. Come try it out and taste the many blooming flavors.
