    25. Gorditas / 25. Gorditas Plate (2)

We had a few issues with translation. Our waitress did not speak English very well and I have a severe tomato allergy to fresh tomatoes. It took a bit of moving and changing but once my plate was right, it was solid. We ordered the queso for the table and ended up adding that to our food bc the flavor was really good. For a tiny place tucked in a corner, this a quiet neighborhood spot that does a good job. Everyone was very kind and the place was super clean. The staff was very attentive. The prices were a bit high but it seems like that everywhere these days. The spouses gorditas were also solid. I would say they lacked flavor more than anything but also still very good.

The first time coming to this restaurant. It was not too busy. I wanted to try their chilaquiles. I went inside to order food to go. There is outdoor sitting as well if the weather is not too cold or not too hot it would be perfect. There is plenty of space inside for seating as well (spacious)

Food is always good here. One of the more authentic spots in stone oak. Loveeee the green salsa and Mexican coke. They're kind servers here. Wish they had a drive thru.

This place is just as delicious as the original. I was surprised it wasnt as busy. The service was great and the place was super clean. They had a nice outdoor seating area too. Just wish they had a drink menu

YELP brought me here on a Thursday after a visit to the park. Tacos are always on my mind so I placed a to-go order on the phone for a couple breakfast tacos (chorizo & egg, chilaquiles), barbacoa, beef fajita, and crispy tripa taco. There wsa a bit of mix-up on the phone placing my order but we got that sorted out regarding quantity. After stopping in and picking up my tacos, I got back to the hotel to grub. The crispy tripa was probably my favorite; great crunch and grease with the tripa and squeezing the lime while adding the pico gave some killer flavor to it. I found the barbacoa and fajita to be ok, they lacked some seasoning and the corn tortillas were falling apart while eating it. For the breakfast tacos, both are large and stuffed with items. The chorizo & egg was tasty. Chilaquiles was messy and stuffed more than they should be. Flavor-wise, it's alright. Probably wouldn't order that again. This is the #4 location for T-Data Point. While there's plenty of other taco options, I'd be open to trying other things; but maybe at a different location.

These tacos are fabulous! The shredded chicken was absolutely delicious, and their corn tortillas are perfect. They have great specials for breakfast tacos before 11am. The dining area is super clean and the wait staff is super friendly but they barely speak English, que bueno que hablo español! This is close to home so we order from here pretty regularly. I haven't tried their lunch it but I can't wait to!

They have a huge menu! Which is good, we went on a Sunday morning, pretty busy that day. They did take awhile to come to us and take our order but we weren't worried about it cause they actually were zooming back and fourth. The ladies were very nice! The food was okay, just eh but it was still good enough to satisfy my boyfriend and I. My piccadillo meat had corn in it , it threw me off. The agua de melon is DELICIOUS. They actually make it fresh there. It's an okay spot yall.

Tortillas are home made and salsa which was a 10/10 for those. In my opinion I feel the carne guisada needed a bit more flavor. Service was okay nothing special about it.

This location is #4 and is not a big place, nice and comfortable. The waitress very attentive and pleasant, great service her name is Dayana my friends and I enjoyed the food everything had really good flavor and well presented. I ordered a asada torta flavorful. My friend ordered asada plate also flavorful and his wife ordered chicken fajitas platter and fajitas flambé delicious. Comfortable atmosphere! Worth checking place out

Taqueria Data Point has made it to Stone Oak! We've been there a few times now, and they're definitely a welcome addition to the area. They've done a great job converting it from the old Li's and added some nice touches to the bench seats and booth tables. Service is friendly although it helps if you speak Spanish or are at least familiar with the foods on the menu. We've had great breakfast tacos and breakfast plates, the burrito Asada, and enchiladas. Today I found a new favorite- chilaquiles Mexicana with chicken! I always order my eggs over-medium and, most of the time at other places, they never come out that way... but these were perfect. The breakfast potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the beans were just ok... dip your tortillas in there and everything tastes even better. The tortillas are excellent. I noticed they do menudo and pozole, and fideo loco, so I'll be trying those at some point. Check out their website- they're open LATE so you can satisfy your craving even after 9pm (Stone Oak restaurants, take note!)

All three pastries seemed a bit dry to me and didn't live up to the hype. I also tried their brunch offerings, which were good but nothing particularly memorable. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The ambiance was casual and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to visit overall.

Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing, which is why I'm giving 3 stars. I ordered the veal Schnitzel with mushroom gravy (Jägerschnitzel) and red cabbage. The gravy had a strange gelatin-like consistency and lacked the rich flavor you'd expect from a proper Jäger sauce. The veal was extremely chewy and honestly made me feel ill afterward. The red cabbage was also very undercooked and completely lacked flavor. Overall, I personally did not find the food authentic or representative of true German cooking. What truly saved this experience was the outstanding customer service. Our server, Joseph, was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the meal. I also greatly appreciated Mr. Adam, the kitchen manager, who personally came out to discuss my concerns. He handled the constructive criticism with professionalism and openness, and I truly respected the fact that he listened carefully and considered my feedback regarding the sauce. Although I wouldn't personally return for the food, Joseph and Mr. Adam turned what could have been a terrible experience into one where I still felt valued as a customer.
