The man who took our order at the register was nice and polite. Let us know the wait time ahead of time. Also the portions were very generous. Now to the bad .. the food was very sloppy and not appetizing. We did not finish. The only nice thing was that they offered free chips and salsa. The other staff made us uncomfortable walking around my girlfriend and checking her out right in front of me. The ambience was very dreary. I would never go back. We go here at least once a month. Our favorites are the nachos and they're simple bean cheese and rice burrito. Service is friendly and super fastlove their chip and salsa bar. We tried this place not too long ago simply because it's so close to our house and damn convenient. The other Yelp review about the screw in the food was kinda scary but we took a risk. The food here is quite decent. The beans, if you don't specify, is refried. Just FYI. Today I tried the mojarra frita because I thought fish sounded good. Oh Lordy I had no idea I was getting an entire fish, head, tail and all with the skin on it. The meat I "fished" out (LOL) was tasty but I don't like to work so hard to eat my food so I won't be ordering it again. In case anyone else is considering this dish and does not know that you will get a whole entire fish with skin, head and all, I wanted to warn others. I did search for a picture of the dish but did not see one. If I wasn't so grossed out that I had my husband cut the head and tail off before I started eating it, I would have posted it. Terrible experience again. Cook doesn't know the menu. Cheeseburgers are terrible and the idiots didn't even know they had to put lettuce tomato and onion on it just like a regular hamburger plus add two pieces of cheese for the cheeseburger. Had lunch at this location and the tacos were really good! The salsa gave the tacos a good kick. I ordered the grilled chicken ones, and the chicken was really nicely grilled. I had no hard pieces (as other locations) and really enjoyed them with limes, rabanos (radishes), and a coke zero. They offer chips, other salsas, agua frescos and other available drinks. Decided to check out this restaurant after driving past them a few times and I'm so glad we stopped in. With ample parking and indoor seating with great music, we dined in and decided to order a super Asada burrito and asada torta. Food came out within minutes and we appreciated their kind and efficient service. The carne asada was the perfect not too crispy but not too soft, and the serving was so filling, we had leftovers. Have had breakfast burritos from here a few times. They are great. I recommend the ham or bacon burritos. Their salsas are also delicious.

We were craving wet burritos and wanted to find a small business restaurant to support, long story short - so pleased we picked this place! 10/10 for our door dash experience. For one burrito I added special instructions to not top with cheese (red sauce only). A super nice lady from the restaurant called to double check if this applied to the second burrito just in case. I thought this was so nice and embodies the care they have for their customers. I find many times with door dashing delivery, restaurants may not stress the importance of special instructions or needs of the customer so this was so great. This place is a little gem! Always great service and food when I come in. There are many options for you to pick from. They even have a taco Tuesday where you can come and pick from the options of meat. There is a bar of condiments and toppings for you to pick from. They also have a fresh warm chips that you can take a bowl of or when Togo a bag of. I got the vegetarian burrito. This was one of the best burritos I have had! It is a large burrito so need need to worry about the quantity here. I was not even able to finish mine! Yumm the rice and lettuce and beans yum yum I could dream about this burrito and waiting to come back again. The best sauce is the green one. Just a tad spicy and it is creamy and flavorful. I came here after finding our closer to home Mexican restaurant was closed again. I walked in to find a, great hard working and friendly staff, HUGE menu, and a cool salsa bar (with roasted jalapeños...my favorite)! I used to speak Spanish, and look like I should, so it was fun to try to understand what they were saying to me in Spanish...and me responding in English with a smile. Let me just get straight to the point. Customer service was terrible, I tried calling multiple times and nobody would answer the phone. After calling back minutes later they finally answered the phone, I thought perhaps they were busy, I made my order,went to pick it up, and the young woman in the front had a terrible attitude. There was nobody in the restaurant so I'm not sure why they didn't answer the phone right away. They had dirty rags (used for cleaning) near the salsa bar and their register looked unorganized and dirty. I ordered a burrito, it was poorly wrapped as soon as I went to bite into it all the ingredients fell out. My drink was over halfway full of ice. They do all of this and have the nerve to ask for a tip when you pay. Absolutely disgusting I will never be returning here again. read more

So... one question, is this a chain? Cuz there's a lot of these over the Bay Area... but truth is, who cares. Food is great! I was starving so I get a jumbo burrito, street taco, and a crunch taco. Pretty typical Taqueria, but hey, its always good. The only thing that really stood out to me was the street taco with carnitas, which was pretty typical but it was good. Food comes out quick and there's a TON of salsas and sauce to use and chips which seemed super fresh, you could see the grease under the light! hahaha. Only thing I didn't really find appealing was the crunchy taco, that wasn't really desirable... they don't really cut up the tomato or the lettuce and put it in the taco, they put it on the side.
