I contacted Paola from Zapata Catering via text as I had year's prior. And she quickly responded to my text with a detailed description of their menu offerings and with prices of her services. Throughout the process of determining how many people would attend our event, Paola was totally responsive to our texts and would promptly address any concerns we might have had. I really appreciated that. Additionally, I also truly appreciated her warm personality, the friendliness with our guests, her professionalism (arriving on time, the excellent service and cleanup) and kindness as well as the delicious Mexican food for my guests. Everyone enjoyed her service, the quality and serving size of food and the flexibility in making quesadillas, bacon wrapped hotdogs with grilled onions etc. She was assisted by her adult son who demonstrated the same professionalism. Her prices are fair and her "all you can eat" menu based on the number of guests make for an obvious choice for a great backyard event in which someone else does the preparation, cooking and clean up. And she was on time, her set up and meal preparation was about 45-50 minutes, and they both served our guests for 2 hours. And all the comments from our guests were extremely positive.
