    Scrambled egg

The service was great but I wish I could say the same about the food. The size of tacos were small and the overall quality in what looks like scrambled eggs were near burnt. How does someone mess up making scrambled eggs is beyond me but there is always a first for everything..... I guess. Let alone the price did not match what the plate or tacos were being served. I do not recommend this to anyone. Stay at home and cook your own food.

Caldo de pescado y Cameron with a piece of beef in it

Service was ok , food wise the serving of the fish stew was bad , 2 very small pieces of tilapia , 8 shrimp , a lot of broth and almost no vegetables in it . while eating it I also encountered a piece of beef in the caldo de pescado. The ambiance itself was very dead . 10/10 I do not recommend.

Delicious authentic Mexican! Had the barbacoa tostada which was delicious! A little bit too greasy for my preference but it was still tasty. The environment is homey and cozy, staff was sweet, service was good! I tried menudo for the first time with my boyfriend and it was surprisingly good! Although I'm not an expert on menudo, my bf told me it was one of the better ones he's had in dfw. They served a lot and was worth it for the price. The bread that came with it was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend this place if you're looking for authentic Mexican

We ate breakfast here before we headed back to San Antonio, so that being said we were in a bit of a rush so excuse me not taking pics but let me tell you that this place is one of a kind/whole in the wall/diamond in the rough. We just needed to eat breakfast before we came back home and not to mention the kids were already hungry and boy we landed here! On arrival the place looks like it needed remodeling but the food was what I was there for right. Once inside I noticed that on the Yelp pics of the tables inside are old because now they have new tables and chairs so our seats were very comfortable,,, Free chips and salsa were upon seating so I was like great! Drinks, we got to pick out from a huge fridge a wide variety of drinks from regular sodas to.mexican sodas to juices. Our waitress was very welcoming by the way so on we went with our order- My wife had the breakfast plate huevos rancheros, she said that was the bomb. I had the large menudo and oh my god that hit the spot for me. And aside we had one taco each, me of fajita and her of barbacoa which were very very good. My kids both wanted bean and cheese tacos and they loved it, and my 9month old had one scrambled egg! Eating these tacos took me back to Mexico because the tortillas were small like my family makes in Mexico so having that back home feeling was very warming and delightful for me ppl. So I will definitely be coming back here next time I'm back here in Arlington,Tx. Oh my god! That menudo was the bomb! P.S-I got a small flyer with there menu so I'll take a pic of it and post it.

    Menudo !

We love this authentic street tacos! Soooo good. My daughter enjoys the shrimp tostada. The service is fast and friendly. We have been coming here for years. Love it!

We wanted to try a new taco place so stopped here. Customer service was not so good but the food made up for it. This place is the definition of whole in the wall place so be prepared for that. I had a torta mexicana and my husband had tacos... Torta was DELICIOUS! Husband said Tacos were "good". Agua de Melon was on point and will definitely return to try more things!

    Huge portions!

I can't believe that I've never before visited Mariano's Hacienda Ranch. I've been missing out on some great Tex-Mex! I knew I was going to have a great meal when I got out of the car and smelled the Mesquite smoke from the grill that Mariano's uses. The food was awesome and delicious. My Margarita was tasty, with a very generous pour of Tequila. The two salsas, traditional and warm chipotle, were fresh, with vibrant flavors of tomatoes, chilies, onions, cilantro. The guacamole was the perfect combination of avacado, lime, salt, cilantro, and onion. Our queso came with dollops of sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and Picadillo ground beef. My lovely Wife had 3 Shrimp en Brochette with a Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada. She was overjoyed with her flavorful Mariano's Hacienda Ranch Tex-Mex dinner! I was so very happy with my delicious Beef Fajitas (they used tender outside skirt steak) with onions and peppers, all grilled over Mesquite coals. The flavors of Mesquite permeated my fajitas with smoky, sweet goodness, while the marinated meat was grilled perfectly over high heat, to yield juicy, seared, melt-in-your-mouth, beef flavor. Service was friendly and professional. Our meal was relatively inexpensive, offering great value for the high quality of the very tasty Tex-Mex cuisine. I have a new favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in Arlington/North Texas. I offer my highest recommendation of Mariano's Hacienda Ranch in Arlington, Texas, at Hwy 360 & Majesty Drive. I can't wait to go back (especially for the Mesquite grilled Tex-Mex meals).

Everything starts with the fire-roasted salsa. That stuff is ridiculous. I'd pour it over a 2x4 and eat it. Smoky, fresh, and addictive. I have to stop myself from filling up on chips before the food arrives. The fajitas are the star of the show. Tender, flavorful, and consistently excellent every single time. This is one of those places where you don't need to study the menu. Just order the fajitas and thank me later. The service is always good too. The staff is friendly, attentive, and keeps everything moving without hovering over your table. If Mariano's ever changes their fajita recipe, I'm prepared to testify before Congress. Until then, this place gets an easy five stars from me.
