All nestled in top of a freshly made corn tortilla. I found out it was still hot when I tried to pick it up. No matter, I moved a bit of the nestled tapa topping to let the steam escape. In the second attempt, success led to an amazing combination of crunch, cheese, tender pulled meat with diced onions, cilantro, lime and red salsa... Twilight Zone experience.
