I have to give this place 5 stars! The food is delicious, the salsa is spicy which I love! The tortillas are soft and flavorful. My husband ordered al pastor torta, it looked like a panini but he enjoyed it very much. Carnitas were tasty, and juicy. Asada tacos also delicious, the salsa they serve with the chips is best on tacos so darn good. The enchiladas were tasty and the green sauce had a Lil kick . Geso birria tacos had so much meat that was flavorful and with lemon, salsa and cilantro was right on! My mouth watered just now, I recommend their food and this place. I order from them via doordash alot. Mostly because they are close by. Today i ordered and asked for scrambled eggs and steak. The eggs were runny. The meat was old and like Jerry. This is our go to when we are in need of some beef caldo. We never have eaten there and always call in our order to go. The portions are plentiful. They provide a container with beef and yummy broth, and a second one with the vegetables (cabbage, potato, corn, carrots, zucchini) a third container with rice and hot corn tortillas. This is always enough for two servings and is very satisfying. Always a go to when we have a sick family member or on a cold day. Their chilaquiles are also super tasty. I have visited Taqueria Del Valle multiple times as well as recommended friends to try them. They have consistently put out very well prepared and tasty food. I would like to point out that the Carne Asada here is hands down, the best I've had, the slices of meet are the perfect consistency and cooked to perfection. Taqueria Del Valle takes something as simple as a burrito and takes the time time and detail to wrap everything in a manner that delivers the most delicious bite of meat and all the other ingredients for the first to the last. The tortas are made similarly and is grilled to a nice crispy finish. We were fortunate enough to have been served the free bean soup and it was heavenly. The sides from the grilled jalapeno to the picked carrots and the fresh radishes blends in perfectly as you are eating your main entree. They also serve fresh fruit bionicos, Hawaiianas, jugos(freshly juiced fruits), aqua frescas, etc. They really have a very extensive selection. Lastly, the service is always very fast and friendly. It's like coming home to family where there's always something good to eat! I'm very happy to have found this place a few days ago and have been back for more every day since. Sure enough, I came on time and I had to wait another 10 minutes...but I won't rate them based on their bad timing. Their carne asada torta was pretty bland...it needed the salsa verde and roja to make it flavorful. The bread was soggy as well :( The al pastor burrito was standard, nothing special there. Price is reasonable as I got it with everything (which includes avocado). I won't be craving this spot but I would skip their torta. Burritos will pass the test! read more

I had their birria- tender and juicy with no fat!!! Yum Their menudo on a hungover day hit the spot. It's the best menudo I've had in the IE, non-greasy, meat was not overcooked, good meat size, hominy, broth was good. I've tried their enchiladas, those were good too. A friend had the chilaquiles, I'm told they were great, and the Chile's rellenos were flavorful. If you want authentic mexican, this is the spot. About time something good came along! Saying it was Uber eats fault which I'm not understanding bc they're the ones who made the order. He told me they're were really busy and all I wanted to do was complain. He then proceeded to tell me that he only receives a small portion of the money being paid through Uber eats. Which I understand but at the end of the day it's not the consumers fault. This is our go to place for Mexican food. The food is always warm, great taste and large quantity. It's close to home and probably one of the only mom and pops shop around their location. Being Hispanic origin and knowing about the food, I'd have to say this place is really good if you don't want to cook and want to eat now something fresh and tasty.
