I expected more based on the reviews. First, the tacos were too greasy even for me. It was tasty, but falling apart from the heavy oil. I was excited to try their bean and cheese, but it was so bland. I don't know if it was even beans. I can usually power through it with enough salsa, but I was not given any except for the two small containers that came with my chips and salsa. Yes, I requested for some when I placed my order. I should have double checked. The chips and salsa...not worth the money. I did like the person who took my order. He was friendly. I also liked that they had a "beeper" so that I can sit in my car while I wait for the food. I may give this place another try. read more

First time trying this place. We had chicken, carne asada tacos. Pork burrito. Chips & Salsa. Rice. Tacos were good but the salsa is kinda strange. Orange color. When ordering chips and salsa was expecting it to have some sorta of chunky salsa in larger cup to dip chips in. Just received this super tiny cups of the orange stuff which is really hot. I think the only thing that was good was the beans and maybe the hot sauce. Tacos were way too greasy and the tortilla hardly held. The tripa had a stale attempt of crispy, and the inside was not milky at all. It didn't taste like it was good quality. The crane asada was also disappointing. Omg this food truck is a hidden treasure. It's across from the new Circle K gas station on Temescal Canyon Rd and Cajalco Rd. We've tried them twice now and both times were amazing. The beans and rice are bomb! The beans was full of flavor. The Carne Asada quesadilla was really greasy but had great flavor and was packed with tons of meat. The Al Pastor taco is full of flavor. Carne Asada tacos is good but I think it could have a little more flavor in it. The chicken taco is the best with the avocado salsa. The carne asada tacos taste like they have been cooked too long or reheated too long in tripa (intestine) grease. The al pastor tacos tasted similar to the carne asada. No al pastor flavor. Tried this spot out and was unfortunately disappointed. We ordered tacos, one burrito, mulitas, and nachos. The only good thing were the mulitas. I got a chicaron and carne asada one and they were basically a corn tortilla quesadilla, and it's hard to mess that up. Delicious and would come back for those. Apart from that the nachos had stale chips and bean and rice that did not taste good. Taco meat was not that good quality. The burrito has those same beans, rice and meat so they have the same downfall. Might come back for a late night mulitas snack, but not planning on ordering any of the other things again. This is by far my favorite Mexican food in town. I was introduced to the world of mulitas at this taco truck and it was like love at first bite. The cook and cashier are so nice and they make it so welcoming. The food...is just the best. So flavorful. The Salsas are bomb. The green one has great taste and the red/orange one will light a fire in your mouth. Burritos are big and worth every penny! I can't wait to go back and try other menu items and grab a mulita to go. My husband and I have been having Taquero mucho for dinner every Friday the past few weeks. This spot is great as it is convenient for us , we live close by, and the food never disappoints. We've had the tacos, quesadillas and mulitas which all taste great. The meats are seasoned well and never tough or hard to chew. The service is also great. Came for our second time tonight. Wasn't satisfied like our first time. The first time we had a lot of meat in our tacos making the $1.75 for each taco worth it. Tonight our tacos were not worth the $1.75!! The carne asada tacos have very good flavor. They do accept cash and credit/debit cards. We will go back hopefully they are more consistent with the amount of meat they put in their tacos. If not then you should lower the prices. read more

Way over priced, low quality meat, long wait time (there was only a few people ahead of us), disappointing in all aspects. Ordered some burritos, tacos, quesadillas with carne asada, al pastor, and chicken; hardly any meat in any of them and it all tasted bland. The other reviews have mentioned the funny tasting beans and rice, so you have been forewarned, I just wish I could have checked yelp before setting foot before this place.
