The receptionist pulled into the parking lot after the massage therapist did at 10:00. I waited in my car a few minutes when they both finally got out. It was now 10:05. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and took to the back to change and put my things in a locker. By the time I met the massage therapist and my massage began it was 10:20. Remind you my appointment was sit for 10! The massage was not the best I have had and it was definitely not an hour long that I was charged for. I was done and out of the spa by 11:05.
