The food is Clean, wholesome, healthy and the bakery family owned, it's the only place we buy bread and bake goods for our family. they make food the way it was intended to be made, the old-fashioned, clean and honest way. It's worth the trip every single time and I cannot give them a more positive review. The staff is awesome and kind and knowledgeable. It's simply a tremendous resource for our community. and the prices are very reasonable as well! Treat yourselves and your family and come here. You will not be disappointed! It looks like they had run out of quite a bit of their prepped foods too. Within 5 min someone helped me out. I got two veg samosas and a kebab. I was asked if I wanted them heated, which would take 5 min, and I said no. I paid and was able to walk out. This is a grocery store, so no place to sit and eat here. I left, heated up the food on my own. And it was great! Best samosa I've had in a while (filled with potato and standard samosa filling) and well flavored. The kebab was also great, well spiced and flavorful. It may have been a touch dry but frankly didn't detract for me. Good food, reasonably priced, and close to where I work so glad I decided to stop by!

The prices were average for most of the items that I am familiar with. I thought some of the spices were reasonably priced and the variety was expansive. Staff helped me in finding what i wanted. It remains a small, independently owned store with a surprisingly full stock, lots of fresh meats, deli items, produce, a large beer cooler with all the local and foreign brands you night desire, and a very friendly and helpful staff. We're especially fond of the nice folks behind the deli counter. Our complaints are about the same: the prices hover on the high side. The prices are generally quite a bit higher than the nearby Stop and Shop, but honestly, the quality of their locally produced items is far higher. Still, if you're buying some basics like soup or milk, you'll pay more here, and some prices can be really way up there. Sometimes we're frustrated by that, other times we're grateful to find some delicious fresh fish or prepared salads. Bantam is not our first market of choice, but we're here regularly for some things we like and want.

They also sell cheese and more; I bought their award winning and delicious cheese, Europa. The ice cream was also amazing. There was a line but it moved quick. I got the butter pecan, wow amazing. I stopped in the first entrance which was not correct; it's on the Locust road entrance. For a small basket, it was $15. Parking was ample and NBC news was even there the day I went. There was a booth and friendly people working there. The field was large. I went the first week it opened and there were plenty of strawberries. The strawberries were so good, almost like candy. It was super fresh; I don't want to buy strawberries from a grocery store anymore! The kids enjoyed picking them and so did I. Definitely worth a visit!

It is always sweet and the kernels perfectly poppy on every single one. From week to week and year to year, they always have the best corn. Extra points for the consistency! The ears they put out are always nice. No need to do the half shuck to see if it's nasty or weird on the inside. They take a lot of pride in what they put out and it shows. They had Frankie's and a bounce house there that day as well. Always check to see what cool events or music they have going on at the top! They have a playground for the kids I forgot to grab pics of, and have a farm store. Which of course is a bonus as well, we grabbed some pops and treats. If you don't want to have a pre picked pumpkin they do offer hay rides to the field for pick your own there too!
