The product is the same as always. Average and cheap. Nothing special - and is fine - but this location kept dropping our calls. The customer service desk hung up on us (after hearing them in the background) and all other departments wouldn't even pick up the phone. Already not a huge fan of target, but this location is another reassurance that it's better to just save the extra dollars going to Walmart. They at least pick up their phones. However they did have swim diapers when no one else did. Even though they were hiding in the corner and the packaging was in terrible shape.. they had it. So I guess that's a small win. read more

Never thought I'd review a Target but here I am. Went in looking for a specific item that the site said the store had and the section it was supposed to be in didn't have it. Went in line at the electronics section where employee 1 was ringing a customer and employee 2 was behind him looking in my direction but didn't acknowledge me before walking away. I assumed employee 1 was responsible for the area but as soon as he finished ringing up he started walking away to his cart and muttered "he will help you" and pointed at employee 2 who was standing behind an aisle 20+ feet away. Bruh, I get this area might not be your responsibility but you seriously going to make me fetch this guy instead of taking 2 mins to help me? Didn't want to start anything I so went to employee 2. He looked up the item for me and when I told him the section didn't have it he said "it might be at the front." The item was a 5 year old vinyl record. I've have never seen a Target front area sell an old record before in my life and his tone wasn't convincing in the slightest. I checked the front just to make sure and of course there was nothing there but long lines. I walked near the electronics section and saw employee 2 but resisted the urge to chew him out since he honestly looked 18-20 and I didn't want to make a kid cry but man those two child employees suck. I approached a third employee who looked it up and politely told me that if it wasn't on a shelf in the section then it was sold out since none are in the back. Was that so hard? I love Target pretty much anywhere, but what makes this Target EXTRA special is they have Disney stuff for great prices! I stopped by here before my trip to Disneyland to get a few things so I wouldn't have to worry about buying the more expensive stuff at the park. The selection is decent, you have plenty of options though some sizes were limited. They have clothes, things for your home, key chains, trinkets, masks, mugs, all kinds of things. I was able to buy 3 cute hats for the same price or less than one would cost on the park! Remember if you have a red debit or credit card you save 5%. That goes for Disney gift cards too. If you want to use cash to budget spending at Disneyland, gift cards are the way to go. Pro-Tip: If you're on vacation and you need to get snacks, groceries, toiletries and such for your trip, do a drive up order through the Target app the morning of your arrival. I would give them at least 2 hours (sometimes more) to prepare your order. Then you don't have to worry about shopping or packing a bunch of stuff with kids. Just drive up, get your stuff, and be on your way to your rental. :) I highly recommend stopping here if you're planning a trip to Disney. This is a decent Target in terms of size, feeling safe while shopping, selection, etc, but there's a couple great things going for this SoCal tourist. First, it has a great location, not far at all off the freeway, Second, it's been our go-to place when we arrive in Anaheim for our Disneyland trips- not just to stock up on water, snacks, etc, but also because they have a nice selection of Disney merchandise at much cheaper prices than if you bought them inside the park! Mickey/Minnie ears, autograph books, keychains, postcards, mugs, that sort of stuff. Definitely recommend you stop by for that before you go into the park, it could be a great moneysaver for you! read more

Just came on to update my review, wishing there was a zero star option. Nothing has changed. This store has only gotten worse with an insane amount of homeless outside and shoplifting inside. To protect assets many stores have added locked shelves, but with the issues trying to find a member in the first place it has only gotten worse. The go-back cart is often left overflowing day by day and the shelves are never stocked. Don't bother asking a member. I've seen food go backs sit for hours (milk, creamer, lunchables). Would not recommend ever getting groceries here. Don't bother with drive up or pick up because you'll wait 20 minutes easily. This store has got to go, and so do the careless employees. My friends and I stopped by this Target since we were in the plaza eating at Raising Cane. We needed to get some supplies for our San Diego trip so it was convenient for us. The store is nicely organized, the layout is basically just like all the other stores layout so everything was easy to find. The employees are nice and you can find them throughout the store wearing a red Target shirt. They also have tons of parking spaces so you won't have any issues finding a spot. read more

I would give this Target a one star review if it weren't for their pharmacy staff, which is excellent. However, the store itself, the staffing levels, the cleanliness (or lack thereof), and inability to move people in and out of the store is wild. Don't even think about doing a pickup at this location, no one is present at that station. Employees that do work here will hide in departments and not assist with checkout stations. I think this is all on management, because everything is disorganized. I would never shop at this location if it wasn't so close to my house. Avoid unless it's for the pharmacy, which again is staffed by wonderful people who are all great at their jobs. read more

Worst Target ever. Always long lines, they shut down my lane after we all waited forever and had to move to another without even an apology from the manager who made us move. Placing orders on the app isn't much better. Takes over 4 hours to process an order and they'll tell you to just cancel it and go get the items yourself since they are too busy. read more

I understand that the whole world is shortstaffed right now, but man this target looks like I'll Ross but to be honest, I have been to cleaner Ross stores in the past this target is just a freaking mess. The management needs to either step it up or target needs to find a new management for this specific store. It is disgusting and you can tell that the employees are over at they are overwhelmed. They need to hire more people at this store. The lines are ridiculously long all the time it does not matter when you come the lines are always long. This store is an embarrassment to Anaheim. I came in here an hour before closing on a Sunday and the lines was ridiculously long. There were only 2 registers open besides the self check out registers. The self check out registers lines were just as bad. I gotta say that the manager on duty, Pilar, was looking real stressed out because you can feel the frustration from everyone standing in line. She did her best but this one star goes out to the head management at target ( the people that sit in the office pretending to work... yeah you) particularly this one in Anaheim. This target is always dirty and all the cabinets that are supposed to have locked up items are all broken which makes the store look tacky. There was a family that I assume were here on vacation because of their Disneyland button that stated "1st visit" , could you imagine coming from another state/country and experiencing this type of ghettoness. I've heard of target stores closing because of the "economy " or what not and if I had to pick a target to close, it definitely should be this one. This target is a disgrace to the target brand. I visited this store yesterday for a purchase. I wasn't as surprised that the store was under stocked because I get it (COVID) but I was surprised that their women's restroom was filthy.
