I like this target a lot. Mostly because they have good parking all the time, its definitely worth it to go to this one. They usually are a bit short on staff, so make sure to get here, and expect nothing really from the staff, although that is not a big deal. Their 1$ section was turned into a $1 to $3 section which is interesting now, but no big deal. This section is allllways wrecked at most places, but when I go into this store it actually looks pretty nice. Food Section: Their produce is just weird. I mean, I get that they are doing it, but it's like walking into a Mexican market, not that much and its just kinda awkward all the time. Clean: This place is always clean. I like that. today i went in to exchange a xbox for an nintendo i went to the back instead of customer service because i thought since it's coming from the back and it's a locked up item it just made sense, a tall tattooed lady came up and said very loud and rudely "we don't do returns back here go to the front and they'll give you a merch card" so i proceed to the front to tell the customer service girl i want to do an exchange she asked what did i want to exchange it for and i told her then she says well we don't do exchanges and it's better to go back on a card i thought she meant gift card not the card it was paid for when she returned it i asked how was i supposed to go pay for the nintendo if she put it back on the original card and it doesn't go back for 2-3 business days. all i wanted was for the money to go back on a gift card so i could go purchase something else and she didn't do it for me but i watched as she did it for a lady who was behind me because it was blatantly discrimination, so after they finished i asked to speak to a manager who proceed to say the same thing without listening to the fact that one employee told me to get a "merch card" and come back and the other completely disregarded what her coworker told me to come get. very unprofessional and poor customer service. read more

Target, one of my favorite stores in high school back when I didn't know fashion. lol jk jk Target still has somewhat of a nice selection of clothes. But the reason for my review is how big and clean this Target was. Everything was neatly placed on the shelves. The place was so spacious that I wanted to run laps around the store. My husband works at Target so I know how their employees are supposed to act. I don't like that not a single person asks if I need help while I'm wandering around. Granted, I usually don't need help, but they are trained to be customer service oriented. Otherwise, their store is HUGE and very clean. Probably the biggest Target I've ever been in. read more

Hate this store. Specifically this store. Other targets seem to be ok but this one has annoying security. Honestly, almost every time there's someone following me. The last time I went I had an employee keep asking if she could help me. After I kept saying no thanks I'm fine she still stayed and followed me through the rest of my shopping trip. Then once I paid I was basically escorted out. I walked past the security office and two ladies walked out right in front of me and two officers right behind me. Coincidence? I don't think so. I felt harassed and uncomfortable the whole time. Like they kept thinking I'd steal something, racism at it's worst! read more

I wish I could rate a zero. I guess I'll give the star to the helpful manager that I finally received help from. This store was a wreck, and it always is. I work in retail management and I would never accept a store be left in this condition. Never! I can never find help, what I need, etc without having to dig through rubble. The alert was sounding for twenty minutes that someone needed help in furniture. I don't recommend this store, drive the extra 5 min to the benwhite location. Three days ago I bought several bottles of Bai drinks and just now realized that multiple ones are expired, one of which is 3 months expired. Unfortunately I realized this after I drank one of them. The other thing I have noticed, since I often arrive at the store on weekends right when they open at 8 AM is that the employees are all parking in the spaces closest to the building. Customers first, right? If you're shopping shortly after the store opens, be prepared to have to maneuver around carts piled with merchandise, since they stock shelves during store hours. I cannot count how many times I have almost been run over by an employee with said cart, since they either are not paying attention or just don't care that they could potentially injure a customer. If it's not too inconvenient location-wise, just go to the Kyle store. I've never had these problems there. read more

Wal-whaaat? I doubt the business is hurting, but we pretty much abandoned that company all together. My money goes to the heavenly retail shopping center aka Target. This place is constantly marking down products I need or..... at least products I think I need. Never-the-less, I think I alone could keep Target in the profit zone. I have never been let down by this location, but then again how many of you (including myself) can walk out without purchasing at least one item if not MULTIPLE! The customer service is top-notch here, I visit at least 3 times a week and each time I have friendly cashiers and associates offering to help throughout the store. Black Friday shopping wasn't too chaotic as most Target's are, I didn't wait in the crazy line and still managed to get the items I wanted. This location is fairly clean, although from time-to-time the snack bar area looks as if someone dropped their entire bag of addictingly-delicious popcorn on the ground. And lets not forget this location has a Starbucks inside, can we say winning combinations?! I did have a bad experience buying baseball t's from this location (not that I blame them, but more so the manufacturer), I purchased two, both had to be returned. One was missing pieces entirely the other broke immediately. But aside from that I think they still deserve 5-stars. read more

I mean, they do have "sales" & "good deals" here and there, but I always find myself saying the same thing, "honey, let's grab that at blah blah blah, it's cheaper." Nobody ever comments on great service any more. So we felt it absolutely needed to get done. Short story. We went in scrambling for stools for our new table/bar top. Sarah came through for us and went out of her way to check on multiple products for us. After picking out what we wanted and finding in the store it was a simple transaction. Would love to love this store, as it is very convenient for me; however, they're produce dept. has a lot to be desired. Starbucks, sucks! Baristas are top notch, mixed drinks are probably fine. Regular coffee in a carafe?! WTF?! I was in here last summer with a friend. Waited forever for all the mixed drink people then they did my order, and it was cold. Had to wait for them to brew fresh coffee. Went in yesterday for Christmas shopping, really needed my caffeine, I got stale cold carafe coffee, again. They started a new batch, finally, I got my money back, couldn't wait anymore. As I said, the baristas were cool, they are probably only following orders, with the carafe situation, but seriously? Go to Jason's Deli nearby, always hot plus you get free ice cream! read more

I'm not sure who manages the shoes/swimsuits/bras & underwear section of the store, but they are almost never organized. I go to this store a few times a week for random things, and every single time I go in I spend much more time searching through piles of stuff trying to find what I want rather than actually finding it and moving on. I usually do not have to interact with management or clerks here at this Target. But recently I had to and my concerns were virtually ignored. Last night my Target credit card was declined. Our balance is always paid off every month. The clerk yelled out that my card had been declined and with two other customers in line, it was embarrassing. I asked if I could run the card through again and she spoke even louder that it had been declined. So I went to speak to the manager, but he offered no help either. He told me to call the number on the back of the Target card. Once I called I was told that they did not show that I was declined and that I had no balance or problem with my card. They suggested that I should go back to the store and talk to the manager that maybe their card reader was not working right. So that is what I did today. I was once again met with indifference and no explanation as to why this happened at their store. The manager did say that my card should have been run through again. I will now shop at another Target, since I have been a long time customer of Targets. But not at this one at Lakeline. read more

If you have a disability, this may not be the place to come. I love target, I mean, who doesn't love shopping here. They have everything you need and always have great customer service unlike Walmart, but this particular target disappoints me with every visit. As a person with a disability, it is extremely frustrating that the parking designated to those with handicap placards/license plates is located particularly far away from the building. Most of the spots located in front of the building are not handicap, and there is mainly one particular row that consists of seven spots that are for those such as myself that cannot walk too far. That's right folks, seven spots, and if you happen to get the last one in the back, you will have to struggle to reach the building rendering your handicap placard useless. Target, why aren't your very front spaces reserved for those with handicap placards instead? The benefit of having handicap parking in the very front of a business is so customers with disabilities do not have to struggle to reach the building. In the 110 degree weather, I, for one, am too tired to shop before even reaching the building and I find that ridiculous. They do provide motor carts, but there is a chance they are not clean, charged, or available. Target, please fix your parking situation. read more

This store use to be cleaner, and friendlier. It maybe because of seasonal help, but the cashiers have not been friendly at all. The one today did not tell me my amount and when I handed her cash, she barely could count back 1.51. She didn't say thank you at all. It's always disappointing when you feel like your a bother rather than " thank you for shopping here so I have a job". I'll continue to visit target just other locations. read more

If you are a couponer, then DO NOT go to this Target! I had a horrible experience with a cashier named Cici. She read every single coupon that came through and of course they were all valid but I felt as if she were trying to find something wrong with each and every one of them. Then she gets the manager involved because it seemed as if she couldn't make any decisions without him. So I have all my items and my coupons ready and it took approx. 35 minutes to check out 15 items because of my coupons. The majority of the coupons she was having trouble with was Targets OWN coupon from their website! They made me feel as if I were doing something wrong when I was perfectly legit in my transactions and coupons. I am a couponer and have a coupon blog, the last thing I want to do is to do something inappropriate with coupons at any store because it hurts us all yet I feel they were trying to "catch me out" on something! I explained to them that couponing is not a crime and they are getting reimbursed for the full amount of the coupon so I don't understand why they're acting like I'm taking money out of their pocket! I even had to explain to her and the manager one of Targets specials with a coupon printed from the Target website! I enjoy Target, but I think I'll save my gas and stay with my local Target and never step foot in Target at South Park Meadows again! read more

I love Target stores in general but this location I am not sure why but the groceries are priced way higher than the one in Pflugerville. The staff is usually rude and every time I go to this location (since I'm already at Hobby Lobby) I just wish I would've driven the extra 6 miles to "my Target" in PF. So many times prices are wrong on items- and I mean by several $$. I only go here when I am desperate otherwise I stick to back tracking to my favorite Target. read more

Something was way off with this Target. Ran in to get a quick rotisserie chicken and was shocked to see a rotten tomato splattered across the floor (I don't mean slight soft, I mean ROTTEN, visible black and white mold growing on chunks). No chickens at 6:20 pm, none in the oven, and deli staff carefully avoiding all customers (I imagine they deal with frustrated customers every time they run out of chickens). I wander off to peruse other options, going up and down each aisle trying to replan my meal. I did every aisle and everything I would have done would have required cooking/dishes and been more expensive. The only person who came up to me while I looked was some random jerk in a black suit trying to shove pamphlets in my hand. I usually go to Target when I DON'T want to deal with nonsense. I took that soliciting as a sign it was time to go, and was very surprised to see rotten tomato still splattered across the floor (there's no way the deli staff couldn't see it) as I left 15 minutes after arriving. I have been with Target for 3 yrs and made payments by cash NEVER BEEN LATE-and decided to setup payment ONLINE on their site -apparently they took my bank details online-but NOT take the payment from my account and did not notify me. When I called- They said my account account did not exist- RIGHT! They charged me a late fee and I called them with proof from my bank that I had money in the bank and and that they never requested payment. To my surprise they said it was USER error. Their supervisor then Refused take off late fees, etc. credit on my card and said if he did it for me he would have to do it with all customers that were USER ERROR mistakes. That is the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life!!!. I immediately Cancelled my card and will NEVER buy there again. My Daughter heard of this and her friend and they both cancelled their cards as well-all because of their Refusal on a balance of less than $15.00. UNHEARD EVER!!!!!!!
