This location does not have enough staff for the returns/exchanges/pickup desk. There is only one team member serving 2 different queues: return/exchange and order pickup/registry. They filter people into two line queues and do not handle first-come, first-served with only the one team member behind the desk. All pickups are handled first; I was waiting quite a while for my exchange (which, on account of the wait, I turned into a return-only) despite my arrival before a long line of customers picking up orders. I would not advise returning or exchanging goods at this particular location; find another Target store and save yourself some time. read more

Haha This Target stands for everything Target is not. Come here expecting the same experience you have when visiting Wal-Mart. Customer service is GOLDEN. IF you're looking for associates who have a stick up their ass, this is most definitely the place to go. It's not convenient at all.. Target usually gets pretty busy, but this place never fails to waste your time. They'll be 20+ people lined up to check-out and only two registers open. I'm almost sure they don't have any management because you NEVER see any. I'd skip this and just drive a couple miles more to the Target in West Covina. I HATE this Target so much I did those surveys they ask you about in the bottom of the receipts. Yes, I know... that's a bit much.. It makes me completely ridiculous that in the back in electronics they do not want to charge you and the lines in front are completely full, it is assumed that at this time what they must do is get people out as fast as possible to that one is not crowded. read more

This evening I went here to return a couple items and pick up toilet paper and washing detergent. Now I am paying for my items and security is standing at door not 10 feet away. It wasn't busy and he made eye contact with me while I finished transactions. There was a female walking out ahead of me and he said nothing. I am approaching the door and he wants to check my receipt. I asked him why is he checking me when he didn't check the one in front of me, nor the one walking out behind me. He states that if you don't have your items in a bag, they check you. You just saw me in the checkout lane, but I am suspect? I don't take my business (or money) anywhere I am treated indifferently. It isn't a Greatland Target to i won't give it a 5 star rating, but it's always had what i've been looking for in terms of household goods, and I love their brand of anything! I needed to buy some supplies one day and so i came to target (since i live pretty close) BAD DECISION! I should have just went to Walmart instead. The workers didn't know anything and when i asked where the disposable glovse were the worker directed me the wrong way. When i finally found the location of the gloves BY MYSELF they were out. It's pretty big parking lot first of all didn't have to fight for parking clean inside good size inside. there's other stores and that same plaza as target in case you need to do last minute running around Party City OfficeMax Food 4 less Supercuts T Mobile Chevron gas station inside the parking lot and in that gas station is a McDonalds right across from it is Taco Bell. Anywho back to my review I got a lot of stuff there and I liked my experience overall good customer service. read more

This has got to be The Worst Target Store on Earth. They seem to have a difficult time stocking their shelves. If you needed to buy five or six items, you would be lucky if they had half of them. The snack bar is gone and has been replaced by a Starbucks. This store doesn't even have a pharmacy. Seriously? Don't even waste your time here and find the next closest Target store. I love Target. I shop at Targets all-the-time. I love the giant Pasadena Target and I used to shop at the Target on La Cienega in Los Angeles that is currently undergoing renovations (and still isn't as terrible as this Target.) But oh my God, this Target sucks. It's disorganized, constantly messy (without even remodeling as a reason) and the customer service is dreadful. If you ask a question, just one, someone will stare at you for a full two minutes before answering. It's absurd. But maybe I got them at a bad time, as the sign on the door does say they are hiring. (All I asked was whether or not they carried the Go International stuff by Rogan at this Target, which incidentally, they do not.) I feel passionately about this, as Target is my favorite store, pretty much ever. But this location is just not a very good one. read more

This is regarding the online pickup. I had placed an order on October 14th and was scheduled to pick it up on the 20th. When I went to TRY to pick it up they said that the item is in the store just hasn't been scanned. And I work in a OMNI (online pickup) and I understand that some places might have a delay so I let it go. I called the target.com the next day and they said to go see if it's available. It Still was not available because it wasn't scanned again I let it go. It is now October 24 which was the last day sched for pickup. And it still wasn't scanned!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!. I couldn't even cancel it there at the store because it had to be SCANNED to cancel in store. Their excuse was the normal person that scans the packages hasnt been in a while. So you mean you guys have pallets of online orders back there from other customers that haven't been scanned in the past 10 days??? That's just wrong! I've very disappointed.... read more

Found a price match for a screen protector shipped and sold by amazon for $14 in stock, even scanned it myself in front of Jacob, he would not honor it, said the price is $31. Even the target app was showing $20.99. Not sure what he was trying to pull, but would never come to this location again. Guess he rather save some margin then make a sale go thru. read more

They are closed on Easter. There is no reason for them to be closed today. This is not a federal holiday.

Sometimes it's a mess here, but that's the customers they get. Some customers here are really lazy and just leave the clothes on the floor, but their workers quickly clean it up if you notify them. The bathrooms are decent, sometimes they get really dirty, but again, that's their lazy customers. The only problem I have here is trying to find stuff for my car (sun shade, car soap, etc) read more

I am a Target Lover, but this Target makes me want to consume cyanide. Its so messy, and the workers are so whatever, you cant find them and when you do they try to avoid you, and more than once I have had problems with Clearance items where the resgister doesnt show the price on the orange sticker, then I explain to them whats up, and they give me that look (like if it was 1970 and no scanners, and Im trying to screw them with 5 dollars) :( And they dont have a Starbucks inside!!!!!!!!!!!!! Target needs a better way for Guest Services to be more productive. There is only one person working this area and this is the same person that has to walk out the orders for pick up /curbside and answer phones while the customers stand in along line waiting to be helped. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this Target location. I live extremely close so I find myself here more than I would like, but if I have the extra time I will completely drive to the one on Huntington. Customer service is awful. Period. Employees are a mixed bag. Some of them are friendly like you'd expect , but others, not so much. There was this older gentleman who worked the registers for a couple years that I would go out of my way to avoid, yes he was that bad. The store isn't much different from other Targets, just a bit smaller. No Starbucks, but honestly is that a bad thing? I've never gotten a great cup of coffee from a Target Starbucks anyways. read more

I ran into this location for a few things. I go to self checkout and I'm almost done checking out. I start to scan my gift cards and this lady LUCY comes over and grabs the cards and says "oh you don't scan those here" ... she tries to get i front of me without saying "excuse me" .. she was just rude. Then I asked her "Am I going to have to wait in line for the gift cards then?" She says one 6 will help me. I go to one 6 where LAURA scans my gift cards and asked me if I wanted to join the membership I said no thanks. She then starts talking to Lucy while I'm trying to checkout and go. She puts the receipt on the counter instead of giving it to me.. she was ALSO JUST RUDE. I ask what her name is and she responds with "it's on the receipt. You can get it there"... if they have people working here like these two employees ... I will not be coming back to this location. They need some customer service training. read more

I will Always prefer Targets over WalMart. That having been said, I have a couple minor complaints. Firstly, on my last visit there were a half dozen Self-checkout stations but I had to flag down a cashier to get human service. (I have Really bad luck checking out by myself with bags or "items not in area" etc) Second, like Best Buy, they are phasing out their music cds. Its bad enough their movie selection isn't as large as it was in the past but cds too?!? read more

Please be careful and check your merchandise. I just bought a bluray disc(about 30$) and when i got home I removed the dust cover and first thing i noticed the case wasn't shrink wrapped. I opened it up and it was EMPTY!!! It was missing ALL 3 DISCS! I took the bluray back the next day and they wanted me to exchange it for a new disc. I told them I wanted my money back since I do not wish to do business with that Target. After talking to a supervisor and a long wait they finally did give me my money back. read more

I like to shop at target and I rarely write any bad reviews, but I had a horrible experience at this target today. The lady named Lucy at customer care desk had very bad attitude towards on returning items. The item I was trying to return was open box. She only looked at the box and told me it was broken without even checking the inside. It was a toy stove and had a removable handle. Without checking it, she just said the handle as broken. When I tried to return my second item, she told me she was not able to return it because it was open. I asked her without seeing what's inside, how I would know I don't like it. The manager named Jacob had no help at all. He pointed to the return policy said they have right to deny any open items and just left. The only reason they gave me was they couldn't sell the open box items. I've shopped in lots of stores including Target. I thought their return policy is for customer's satisfaction. However, it is not for this Target store. They will find an excuse to deny any items they think they cannot sell. read more

I always seem to have problems at the customer service/returns department here at this Target. Ironically, what they are lacking is the "customer service". It is ridiculous that I had to return and purchase my 3 items, 4 separate times because of an error made my the cashier register (all in the same visit). Madison was very rude and incompetent, but Anthony was helpful and tried his best to resolve the issue. read more

I love coming here. I'm always there with my son. Before we shop, we get refreshments and yummy sandwiches at Starbucks. Went a few days ago to get my son a new bed, mattress, chair, and bed set. Ask a few employees if they can help me and hold items for me In the front/ customer service while I continued shopping. Made shopping easier for me and stress free.
