The only thing I like about this target is that it's clean. I honestly can't think of anything else. They have at least 25 checkstands and the most they ever have open are 6 . Therefore lines are always ridiculously long ! I created my baby registry at this target and my baby is now 5 months . With that said, I have still been unable to pick up their baby registry gift because they are ALWAYS out of stock. Half of their parking lot is closed because of remodeling making it impossible to simply run in and out of the store, and to make it worse, they have just rearranged the store and almost NONE of the employees know where things are anymore making every single trip take twice as long. On top of that, I am a college student and know how to appropriately deal with customers but all of their employees are young with attitudes . You will NEVER be able to find a manager here read more

Target oh Target, how I truly do love theee. Unfortunately I do not love this particular location :(. I like you but sadly, its not love. Like many of the reviews say: "Parking sucks." Its strange that with as big of a lot they have, that its such a nightmare! Saturdays are definitely the worst, for the parking and the craze that takes place inside. Another weird thing I've noticed is that this location always seems to be less stocked than others. Thankfully, [almost] like Starbucks, theres always a Target around the corner (in Targets case, its more like down the freeway but I'm sure you catch my drift ;). But I happen to frequent this target because its so conveniently located off the freeway and makes stopping by after work easy. Stay away from this Target!! The WORST customer service ever. The store manager Jon was a complete jerk. My boyfriend and I went to this location to get a PS4 with a promo we saw online. The girl who was originally helping us wasn't too sure about the promo so she called the manager Jon. He walked up my boyfriend said "hi Jon." No response, just had an attitude. A minute later someone passed by said "hi Jon" he responded "hi, how are you doing doing" with a huge smile then continued with us with the worst attitude ever. He would not listen to us at all, would not let us finish our sentence. He treated us like the worst people in the world. As a store manager you should have better customer skills to set an example for the other employees there. On tuesday,3/24/20,i had a problem with my Consumer Cellular android phone that i had purchased at this Target a few months back. Chris the phone technician at this Target diagnosed the problem immediately and stated the phone was defective; Consumer Cellular's customer service rep would not agree to an even exchange on the spot;they wanted to mail me a new phone in 3-5 business days! I'm 75 years old and not feeling well;there's no way i would agree to those terms. At that point,i spoke with Roy Banares in Target's customer service. This was my first experience with rude customer service at a Target store. Whoever put "Myrna" in Guest Services may want to reconsider that move and assign her to a position in the back, where she doesn't interact with customers. I brought a few online items in for return that i was not happy with- I was interrogated about each item I was returning and basically called a liar when I said I was returning an item because i believed it was previously opened & there were marks on it. Another item, she asked me if it was used and then when i said no, she made a comment insinuating i wasn't telling the truth. It was a baby carrier that arrived yesterday lady, & was in the orig packaging! I was so stunned, I was all but speechless and left in shock. read more

This used to be a great Target. I loved coming to it. Unfortunately, it has been "remodeled", which for some reason included reducing the selection of products while simultaneously cramming 2X as much stuff into the store. The aisles have been narrowed so much that two carts can't clear passage. And don't even think about trying to take a cart through the clothing areas--it is a tight fit even without one. There is a very small section of toothbrushes hanging on the shelving unit and if you can't find one there, the rest have been thrown into a bin below it. Literally, a bin that you have to crouch down and dig through to try and find one you want out of hundreds. Shopping in this store is so frustrating now. The cherry on top is that when you go to check out, the area where the lines form now has free-standing impulse-buy-racks dotted throughout. You can't see around them, and again, shopping carts can't pass each other. I can't imagine why Target made the decision to make their store so unfriendly to shoppers, especially when their prices are not as great they used to be either. If I wanted this experience I would have gone to Walmart or Kmart. read more

I've been here many times and i don't expect much with other customers but i'd expect better from the employees. i always do self check out because theres never a line and its just so much faster for me but a couple days ago i went and since i was purchasing alcohol i had to go to a cashier/register. The lady asked for my ID like they should and i handed it to her and smiled and the whole time she was very serious and was just talking to the lady behind me which was an employee in like waiting to buy something. she didn't have any manners and gave me a horrible look while looking at my ID. It can be a zoo on weekends, but during non-peak hours, this is the place to be in Burbank. Very clean and well-organized. They have almost all the groceries you need, along with all the great, inexpensive Target merchandise you expect to find. The only weird thing is that sometimes there's a guy who directs traffic, so to speak, at the checkout stands. Every time, when I've been in a hurry, he's directed me to a slower lane. Even if I'm not in a hurry, this is annoying. Sometimes I even WANT to spend a few extra minutes in line, if I'm killing time before going to a store that opens later, or just to read the crazy tabloid headlines! I just think I should be able to stand in the line I want to stand in, but being generally compliant and obedient I do what the guy asks me to do. But that's the only annoying thing I have to report about this otherwise excellent Target. read more

I am very disappointed with this Target location. Last night while we were shopping, we decided to checkout in self checkout. All the registers were being used, so we waited our turn. Once a register opened up, we needed to pass by two other people checking out, only their shopping carts were blocking the way. One couple moved their cart as close to their register as possible, however the other inconsiderate guy left his shopping cart blocking our way (and yes he saw me there trying to pass by), so rather than be impatient, I waited a minute for him to finish up, all the while Target's employee, Courtney, stood there watching me not be able to get through, & I even said to her I'm not able to pass through. Anyways, the inconsiderate guy eventually walked away from his cart that was still blocking the way, so I went over & moved it closer to his register so I could pass through. Courtney then had the audacity to tell me, "People won't know to move if you just stare at them." Seriously, that's what you tell a customer?! She saw the dilemma with me trying to pass through, she could have a) asked the gentleman if he could please move his cart just a little so I could pass through, b) move his cart just a little bit in so that I could pass through, or c) keep her comments to herself & definitely not make such a sarcastic comment to a customer. After I told her, "Really you're going to make a smart-ass comment like that to me?", she just walked away. As my husband finished ringing up our items, I went to the Guest Services desk & asked to speak to a manager. Apparently the manager was with a customer, so instead of asking me if I wanted to wait, the gentleman there asked me what had happened, apologized & said he would relay the message to the manager. As we were loading the items in our car, my husband told me that Courtney was completely ignoring them...They had used coupons & needed approval, & Courtney was apparently completely ignoring them. This was completely unacceptable customer service on her part & I wanted to make sure the manager was aware of the situation in her store, & heard it from me first hand, so I called the store & spoke to her...I also called corporate to make them aware of the situation. read more

This Target is becoming more and more stylish. Sometimes they have designs from real designers (like MISSONI). That makes shopping there really fun and nice experience. However, usually with designer pieces the stock runs out fast so you need to go early. Good prices, good quality and good selection of makeups and sleeping wear. read more

The people are nice enough. But after ordering online pickup 5 separate times for 5 separate items within the last week and then told that all those items were no longer available, I'm pretty annoyed. I even went down there to talk to someone about it and even though they were nice enough to listen, they did nothing to help the situation. They didn't seem to even sympathize. They just wanted to go back to their business and that would be that. Look, I get it, I work in Customer service too, and sometimes things don't go right. But when a customer comes all the way down to your store to tell you how frustrated they are, something is not working, and you should do everything in your power to maintain that customer relationship, even if it is "I totally understand where you're coming from, and I would be frustrated too. Here's a $5 Starbucks card for you to use at our Starbucks here in the store. I know it doesn't make up for it, but please have a coffee on us." They did nothing like that. Then I walked over to the area where the most recent product I ordered was. There were 3 sitting on the shelf. Not in the right location, but if they took an extra 5 seconds, they would have seen it like I did. Will go out of my way now to not shop here. read more

I normally shop here all the time, in general I really like target. They are however over priced for some things...but that isn't what brings me to my review. So Saturday afternoon we go shopping for my sons birthday. We decide to buy him a Jeep (power wheels one), now they only have a little paper that you take to someone to go back and grab them because they are bigger. We make our selection and walk over to electronics since that was the only thing we were buying. The cashier says he will call someone over to get it, someone comes out about 4 minutes later and says he will for get it, it will just a be a minute. No problem. We go sit down after about 5 minutes. We start playing on our phones while waiting and it's taking forever, I finally look at the time and tell my boyfriend it's been over 20 minutes since we sat down. He goes and tells the cashier and the cashier gets on the Walkie talkie and they say this guy went on his lunch break. Like legit went on his lunch break and didn't say anything to anyone. So the cashier apologizes and calls for the manager to bring it out, that takes about 8 more minutes and he brings it. My boyfriend thanks him and says I just want to let you know what your guys did because we've been sitting here for over a half an hour by now and nothing, my boyfriend tells him what happened and he says give them 10% off, which was very nice but no apology, nothing. He didn't really even acknowledge how rude this was. And then he just walked away. As a manager as well, that was really unprofessional and shows the customer that you don't care at all. The cashier was very nice and apologized again. So he seemed to understand it more than the manager. It was all very annoying. read more

It's typically clean, organized, staff is helpful and friendly, and they are always assisting to shorten the lines... What more can I say. As a Burbank local.. This Target is so organized and always clean. I love their grocery section too and if it wasn't a one stop shop before, it's definitely got it all now. The lines are short about 90% of the time. They always have the lanes open and ready to ring. Their Starbucks inside is also pretty good, the baristas make great drinks. It's so convenient to have a Target nearby. read more

Went to target in burbank and wanted to price match costco.com which is listed as a price match competitor. The manager or supervisor Celene said she was not able to price match. She said if she can't see the price without login she couldn't match, really? Why does target offer price match if they won't honor it? Either way to shop at costco you need membership which i have. I just wanted to personally praise and thank an employee, Heidi in the photo department at this Target. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of on a day where I thought I'd sent in photos online to print, then realized later I hadn't completed the order and needed to resend it. She was very caring and friendly, and called to update me on the status of my order at two different times to make sure I knew what was happening before making the trip again. It was her communication that helped me realize I hadn't sent the order so I could do so in time, and then let me know when it was ready so I could get it ASAP. By the time I came to get them it was someone else's shift, but I wanted to make sure she knew how much I appreciated her excellent customer service, it meant a lot to me! :) read more

You know, I have an overall love/hate relationship with this store. I mean, where else can you buy deodorant and dog food and a DVD and several ribbed tanks, all within the same four walls? However, it is so convenient and so inexpensive, that I walk in for 5 items and usually leave with somewhere around 30. Suddenly, my receipt shows $91 and yet I don't want to return a single item, because everything on its own is so affordable. Ahh, Target, my sometimes-forbidden love.
