My sons stomach went south and he needed a rest room fast! We ran into this Target store and were told the restrooms were being remodeled and to use these what looked like portable offices and or one (1) Andy Gump out front in the parking lot. How in the hell do these people allow their temporary rest rooms to become so discussing. This tells me that the Target employees have a clean restroom to use while the general public uses restroom the employees NEVER go near! We are going to turn them into the health dept. We go to customer service to report the urine, fesses and deplorable stench to management and they send this heavy set Hispanic teenager with long shoulder length curly hair and wearing bright red space looking high top tennis shoes posing as a manager. I questioned him right away and he admits he's not a manager but claims he's a team lead? I've NEVER been to a Target store and seen a employee looking and dressed like this guy and we shop Target a lot. After being told that a "Executive Manager" was coming up to speak with us we notice the really poor conditions of the store with loose items all around, carts full of merchandise and trash on the floor and long check out lines with a few employee huddling in front ignoring the long lines while chit chatting we realized after close to 10 minutes that this was going to be the old retail management game "Hide and Seek" meaning the manager on duty was going to either lock themselves in an office and pray we just go away or have fun watching us on the camera system until we left. Fortunately McDonald's across the lot had GREAT employees and allowed my son to use their CLEAN restroom. These people made my boy suffer and that's bullshit. Target should find out who was on duty Sunday evening April 18 2018 and fire all members of management. Let see what the Health Dept has to say! read more

This is definitely not one of my favorite Target locations to visit. Not sure if it was just because the holiday season was over and the after Christmas sales were going on but being that it was late in the evening, this place truly was a mess. I didn't get to see enough workers walking around or in their particular locations (we went over by the electronics/books/cameras section and no one was there). This Target also has a section with some groceries. Not sure if its the way that this one is organized but everything seems to be all over the place and it doesn't give you the Target feel, it might just be because I am used to other locations though. Sadly this Target did not make me spend all my money, maybe that's a good thing. One thing that stood out in particular of this location was our cashier. Even though it was almost 9pm, she was friendly, talked to us about the holidays and we even had a small conversation about wine. She was really nice and made sure we took all our bags while still processing our transaction in a correct and timely manner. read more

I enjoy coming here. It's easy to find what you want and things are usually in stock. Check out lines are quick and the cashiers are friendly. Lights are bright and aisles are clean. Lots of happy families. I especially love coming here when they have clearance deals. Unfortunately the clearance items here don't drop in price as fast as some other locations, and when they do drop in price, they get swiped up faster than other locations. That is just,y observation. But all in all, this is a great place to go to just get what you need and get out hassle free. read more

I rarely shop at Target cause the parking sucks, and items aren't really deals! I bought a couple of items on my way to my friend's place. The cashier was not too bright. She asked me my age for buying soda pop and candy. They hire people that aren't very smart. Then, she threw my items in my cart cause I didn't need a bag, or credit card. I think she was distracted because she kept trying to have a conversation with the clerk behind her about when she is getting off work. The name of the cashier that was obviously lacking in work ethics, and customer service skills is Jordan. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

Disabled people be warned....without fail, this store NEVER has electric carts that work or are charged. Doesn't matter if it's 10AM or 6PM. The managers could care less when approached about this issue. Clearly, violating the ADA is okay in their book. Sad. read more

I went to buy some laundry detergent and hair products. I couldn't find the Suave item I was looking for so I had to go to a different store. This location is always very clean and tidy. It's sort of hard to find associates that'll help though. read more

About Target. First of all, the reason i use to shop there for the coupons. They they decided, that on every shopping trip you can use only 4 coupons. i have a daycare. now today one of my Mothers went to get formula, buy 3 and get a $10 coupon, so she bought more, and then they told her they only give $10 for one. Also they raised the price to 29 95, what normal the cost $26.99. So you save nothing. i am so tired of being scerwed by them. We checked Amazon, the sale it for $26.99. never going to shop there again. read more

3 stars for finding what we wanted for a wedding gift. -2 stars for the not so bright employee at check out.. We were purchasing ice cube trays that just happened to NOT have the price stickers on them. The lady asked how much they were.. "1.26" I said, remembering the exact amount. *pats self on the back* "What is the price for these?" She asked again, apparently being hard of hearing now.. "ONE TWENTY SIX" I repeated in a slightly higher tone, thinking this would help. It didn't. She asked again, looking more disgusted. This time my husband spoke up. "One dollar and twenty six cents" He said. OMG she finally understood. "Really?" Her face then got all scrunched up like an English bulldog, obviously not happy with the price we had told her.. Too much of that pastic Beatles flashback London freaky floral print that looks way fake and passe. Target is so bullseye American, and yet, we can't help asking when the Gauthier collection is coming in. The garden center is closed, and I won't miss the overpriced plants that struggled in the dark. Their garden environment was so Walmart! If it weren't for the store's employees who weren't robots, and the fact it is a slower Target which offers more opportunities for a wider selection of sale goodies, I would be spending more time hunting for things at 20 plus stores within the Glendora Village, my favorite place. read more

I saw something on the ad that I wanted to purchase. According to the web site, it was available in the Duarte store. When I got there, none was available. I asked a couple of employees to check to see if it was in stock and they told me that "if it's not out there, we don't have it". The web site still says it's in stock. What's there to say about Target, it's a better version of Walmart. This location is one of the nicer ones. The employees all seem rather happy working there and they have always been helpful. This location always seem to be clean, with shelves always organized and fully stocked. The prices are good, even better on many items than other grocery stores. They have lots of variety of items. The only things they are really lacking on is variety and quality of produce and dairy products. The parking lot is big and easy to find parking. read more

This target location is one of the bigger ones in the area and has a larger selection of items in stock. The staff was informative and friendly. They were quick to answer questions and were able to quickly help me find the items I needed. The shelves were stocked and organized for most of the aisles. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE CVS PHARMACY NOT the actual target itself. I came in on 12/28/29 to pick up a prescription for one of my foster children who had a different last name than me. I offered her paperwork showing my relation to the minor but she said it wasn't necessary. The lady, Heidi, told me that her prescription had already been picked up. I was confused, but with another foster child of mine so I did not want to argue with her. I chose to purchase one of her other medications she needed that happened to be over the counter. When I went to the desk to pay she told me I needed to go to the front to pay and she would not ring me up. Again, I chose not to argue with her and instead went to the front to pay. I called back to get clarification on who picked up her prescription and that's when Heidi told me nobody had picked it up it was sent to another pharmacy in pico Rivera. I was confused because we called Duarte target to place the order. Medi-cal may have made a mistake, but Heidi lied about somebody else picking up my child's prescription. I asked her why she did not give me the option of changing the order to the Duarte location and she became very short and hung up the phone in my face. The very serious issue here is that I have a MINOR in my custody in need of a prescription and the technician there LIED TO MY FACE about it's availability. I really hope that the manager there takes a nice long look at that employee so she realizes the severity of what she did. Lying, not remaining ethical and hanging up the phone in a customers face should not be what CVS stands for. read more

Had a miserable experience with the pharmacy at this location. I arrived at 7:02pm, two minutes after closing with one other person in line. The pharm tech preceded to close the window and told us to come back tomorrow at 9am. I was two minutes late. I'm an RN, a public health nurse. I've been so for 15 years. I've never experienced such terrible service. Think about it, what if I had needed Nitro, or coumadin, or an analgesic; luckily I only needed eye drops for my good eye because I'm blind from the other. I'm a home health nurse and I provide referrals to patients all day. I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER, refer my patients to any TARGET pharmacy... EVER!!! I'm not sure what they're policies are, but they sure are not congruent with compassionate, understanding care. TWO THUMBS WAY DOWN FOR THIS TARGET PHARMACY. I will never recommend any of my patients to these pharmacies. I don't normally write reviews, however, this experience was really disturbing. read more

We do not live close to this Target (pharmacy), but if we did, it WOULD be our regular. My wife just had surg and the doc did not want her to use generic meds. They gave us coupons and said, tell the pharmacy you don't have insurance and the RX will basically be nearly free. If they suspect you have insurance, they will not work, because the ins co will kick back the RX saying you have to use generic. (I hope that all made sense) When we got home we realized that we paid full bore for one of the 3 RXs, and we went back. The pharmacist could not have been more pleasant. We had to go back 2x's because my wife forgot her receipt the first time round. When we realized the 3rd RX does NOT come in generic form, he then re-did (such a word?) the RX via our ins, thus it cost us the $15 co pay, not $160. Thank you Target RX in Duarte. The new Liberty of London line @ Target is hands down the best I've seen so far! Went there today and almost ended up buying 1 of everything for my daughter. It's prices are really reasonable and the fabric/print on everything from clothing to bicycles just makes you smile. It's perfect for Spring and Summer. The store is pretty clean & is stocked with most everything I need whenever I shop. It was remodeled recently so I'm still getting used to where everything is though. But what is up with the employees who work here? Are they mad that they are still employed? Fortunately, there are a few good supervisors who are able to clean up after them. All it takes is one employee with attitude (usually at the register!) to ruin my last memory of the store. I come here often since I work around the corner, but I'd rather shop at the Pasadena location. You get better service there. read more

Who knew talking back to the customer was part of giving good service? Worst experience ever as my first visit there! I go in to make a purchase expecting the price to be what I saw. When it rings up otherwise, I calmly explain to her that the item in question and 6 other items are all under the expected price. She rudely repeats the "actual" price, and says, "who know what if you moved them for a cheaper buy?" Instead of walking over to see the items for proof she blamed me for their inventory and I restocking mistake and de it's the manager being present in the store. I'll rather buy my merchandise at Walmart or Dollar Tree. At least there I know the items will be at the price advertised. read more

The process went by smoothly and as quickly as can be expected. She even quickly helped or obtained assistance for other waiting customers while helping me. I really appreciated the smooth transaction because I went to the nearby Best Buy to do the same thing, had an awful experience, and left without a phone. Super frustrating. I came here yesterday and bought some Crest White strips and much to my dismay, when l got home and opened them there were only instructions, no strips. The box itself is sealed in plastic so l'm not sure how this happened, unless someone at the Crest factory decided to sneak some strips. I called the store and spoke to Dominique, and she told me she was sorry for the mistake and told me to bring in the empty box and the receipt. She was so friendly and helpful and was able to get me a new box with actual strips in it. Thank you so much Dominique for your help. read more

Love this Target!! It's close to my house so transportation is easy for me, takes about 10-15 minutes to get there. The people there wether it's guest or team members are very friendly unlike Walmart where everyone acts ghetto and is rude! I buy most of my daughters things that she needs from this store even though it's a bit pricy, it gets the job done! I call you to make sure you have the product I'm told you have the product but that you were told by management not to sell it for the sale price but when I get on the phone with a manager they don't know what I am talking about that they never said that.... and suddenly they don't have anymore of the product I want what the hell.
