I've always loved going to target until the security guard there started watching me and following me around like I was a shoplifter, he even sat there and stared at me while I was paying for my stuff at self check out, I felt extremely uncomfortable. I've never felt welcome there and then one day I was in the middle of buying a soda waiting for my cousins to finish shopping and he got in my face and started yelling at me to get out, I asked for an explanation but all he said was "exactly, leave!!". I've never felt so humiliated and threatened, never going back to target again. If I could give zero stars I would. I did not deserve to be treated like that and to be put under that kind of stress especially for being pregnant. read more

By far the best Target around. It's always clean, the employees are friendly, competent and eager to help you out and even go far out of their ways to find items for you. The store itself is very big and offers anything you may think of (compared to others in the area). Overall, I will always want to come back. read more

Nice store, well organized, clean bathrooms and it was nice to find a Starbucks here. Went in at about 12 pm and there are a lot of staff at this location, many were friendly and eager to help me find what I was looking for. I usually shop at the Bellingham location (Canadian here) and it was really nice to be able to walk around this location without a hoard of people running around bumping into me or my children, Also have to point out how huge the parking spots are, we have a van and have never had so much space on either side (no we were not parked in the handicapped spot). If I travel down to Marysville again, I'll skip the bellingham Target and just come here. read more

Today I involved in a tragic accident at this target. I originally went in for a teething toy for my infant son. While I was attempting to pay my credit card flew out of my hand and proceeded to ring up multiple charges. Obviously I was distraught as I had now charged hundreds of dollars at target due to a gravitational incident.. To make up for this, the wonderful employees took it upon themselves to give me multiple free items. And that's how I ended up with so many charges on my card and a trunk full of freaking adorable stuff. Kinda. read more

I ran in here to grab some Atkins low-carb bars and was shocked to see the markup! I can get them for close to $5-$6 at Fred Meyer, Winco, and Walmart. So $8 I think it a little over priced. When going through checkout the lady did not say hi to me or aknowledge that I was really there. Yeah I'm probably not going to be going back here for a while. read more

I don't write reviews often, but after being treated so poorly at their customer service I felt it was necessary. First of all, the store is extremely small compared to other Target's and the restrooms were tiny and dirty. I came here to return an item that I bought 35 days ago at a Target while I was on a trip to Montana. I assumed that I would have no problem returning at a different target since they're connected and I had no problem doing this with an item from Walmart. When I approached the return register the woman scanned my item (which was a GE antenna that we bought to use with our RV that didn't work what so ever) and then she scanned my receipt. At that time she pushed my item back to me and said this isn't the right receipt. I looked at the receipt, confirmed that it did show the same item (I rarely go to target so I knew there was no other receipts) so I tried explaining that and the woman acted as if I was trying to "get one by on her" or something and demanded that it was not the right item and told me sorry she could do nothing. I asked for a manager who came and corrected the woman saying that it was the right receipt, but that since they didn't carry that item there, there was nothing they could do. And that even if I went all the way to Montana to return it, it was some special item that needed to be returned in 30 days. They were both rude and short. The least they could have done was been a little sympathetic that I had literally thrown away $50 on a piece of plastic from their company. I just moved near by and was planning on shopping there regularly , but after the incident I didn't feel right even shopping there once. read more

I have never been treated with such poor customer service as I have experienced tonight at your Marysville, WA target location!!! This is the first of many reviews I will be writing tonight about said experience. It has yet to be resolved and yet there was a simple solution I even suggested to the store manager. Since Black Friday, my fiancé and I have spent over $700.00 on gifts at your stores. We received a 20% off your next purchase between December 1st and 7th. On Saturday we made some big purchases totaling $521.00 and forgot to use the coupon. We opened the items tonight and set them up (one being a 42in television and another being a baby bouncer). The baby bouncer isn't working properly so I took the time to call and deal with both problems at once. I even searched online and read the terms on the receipt Saturday night and saw NOTHING stating I had to go back in that night to take care of the problem. By calling tonight, the customer service gal told me there was nothing they could do, so I asked to speak to the manager who basically said the same thing. She was completely rude. There was no such thing about a "missed coupon policy" she kept talking about anywhere online. Nothing. So why can I not "return" then repurchase the items with the coupon? She told me I have to put everything BACK IN THE BOX and bring it in to even do so. That is outrageous. We will be closing our REDcard as well, I would rather shop somewhere that values their customers. read more

I got the 5 for 20$ on the underwear and that was all, and it ended up being $30 something. (It wasn't ringing up correctly) so I went to customer service and it was a big deal, and they didn't know how to give me my 10 dollars back, so they were going to give the money back to me on a gift card. I payed with cash? Why would I want a gift card. They were rude and not very helpful nor friendly. They were frustrated with me for wanting to be charged correctly?!?!?! Odd staff. They always glare at me like they're looking through me or think I'm a shoplifter or something. The first couple of times I was treated this way here, I thought it was due to my clothes (I'd just come from the gym). However, this was not the case, because the past few times I've stopped by - I have worn business casual and they still look at me oddly. I purchased an item online today "Black Friday" I did so because I was not sure the store would still have the item I needed by the time I got there. Well they did, so I purchased it in store and then came home to cancel the online order. When I called Customer Service I was told I could Not cancel my order, it was already processing. It had not shipped but was being processed. I was told I would have to return the item to the store but I would not get the shipping refunded until after the item is received and returned and I would then have to call back customer service. There was nothing on the website stating that I would not be able to Cancel my Order. Really Target I'd say your a bit out of date in your Technology Abilities read more

Let me start by saying that I WAS Target's number one fan,advocate and consumer. We even registered our wedding with them. They have everything, I would shop there for snacks, stylish t-shirts, make-up, detergent and even books and movies. the ambiance is good and you the overall shopping experience even in the parking lot is pleasant. However I recently had to return a dvd set that had been unopened(sealed in wrap) with my original receipt and they refused to do the return for full price (it was 10 days past what they have establised as an expiration date on the receipt). The customer service department called some loyalty line or something and they could have cared less. Now here is the kicker...they spent 45 minutes with three different staff members and resolved that my husband and I were not worth it to them to make us happy. Target needs to change. We have gift cards left over from our wedding in July and we would rather burn them then ever shop with target again. read more

I have had bad experiences with returns before but this one takes the cake. I had purchased a gift for a baby shower but the day of the shower I had a 15k I was running so when i left the house for my race I forgot the gift. After my race I swang by another Target and bought the gift again. About a week later I went to return the first gift. My debit card had been stolen therefore I cancelled it. I was told they could only refund to my debit card. Ummm, I don't have the card it was stolen. I asked for cash back since it was my debit card and was denied. I asked if they could put it on my new card or my husbands card and was told no. I asked for a manager and was told by her that I could get a gift card and that was the only option. After asking for the customer service number and standing in the middle of the return area on my cell phone magically they were able to do the return and give me cash back so I could hang up the phone. Not happening, I stayed on the phone and filed my complaint while they continued to try to get me off the phone. I have told everyone I know not to shop here and will continue to not shop here again, and I shopped here a lot! read more
