Target is clean and has a variety of items you need. Food section is good yet there could be more fresh fruit and vegetables. More fresh meat also as chicken, shrimp, steak, ground turkey, ground chicken, lobster, crab, hamburger, whole turkey and whole or half hams. A deli would also bring an added plus with different salads, ready made sandwiches, puddings etc also a bakery would be appreciated. Clothing of women's and men's could be more to, from sizes 5 to 5x for our plus size frames as well as bras and lingerie. And for those bargain shoppers more clearance racks. I'm not knocking target at all as customer service is fabulous however to stay on top of the competition it would be great to see changes. read more

Everytime I come here in the morning the self check outs are closed. They had 2 cashiers this morning with 20 people in line each. Most of the items I bought were mislabeled on the shelf and significantly more expensive than the label suggested. I visited target last night for a return. The person that helped me was fairly new when scanning the bar code on my phone she couldn't find my return. In the past more experience staff members would trouble shoot the problem and eventually find my return she gave up too soon. I believe it was due to lack of experience and lack of advanced training. This Target is amazing! The workers are amazing, but the main one who stood out to me was, I believe, Elijah. He was ringing me up, and I don't know if he's new or I just never saw him before, but he was amazing. His personality was just fantastic, and he made me laugh so much while he rang me up. My father's credit card was stolen next door outside 24 hours fitness. Within minutes we were getting text messages that they were using the credit card at target. we personally went to target, told the manager what was happening. While we are telling the manager what's going on (we are literally standing in front of the registers), we are getting more and more text messages from the bank. We are literally feet from the person who stole the credit card, and management DID NOTHING. we asked for the people working at target to just check ID cards to make sure the names match the name on the credit cards, and we were told they could not. We were so close to catching the person that broke into my dad's car, but target let us down. My dad's car wasn't the only one that got broken into, and they never found the person who broke into the cars. But target could've totally helped. Instead, we were just told "there's nothing we can do" while the person was literally at one of the registers super close to us! Unacceptable! read more

I'll start off by saying I would generally give this target a 3 or 4 based on cleanliness and stock. Today, however, I would give it a zero solely based on the profiling. I used the self checkout to purchase my items. The older female worker immediately counted my items to make sure I had 10 (I had less) and proceeded to walk away without saying anything. No big deal. I scan my items and ask if she can remove the security box from two items. She asks if I scanned the items. I did and pointed to the screen. They were the last two items to be scanned. I proceed to pay and she refuses to give me my items until I show her my receipt. I already paid for the items, they're mine, and not only that, she didn't ask anyone else for their receipt at any point during their transaction. Fine I give her my receipt. She proceeds to spend 5 min, without success, looking at my receipt and she cannot find the items. Now I'm annoyed. I paid for them. Target has cameras everywhere. They're mine and this point she is refusing to give me my items. I literally have to walk over to her and point to my two $12 items I purchased that she is refusing to hand over. I know I look exhausted. I work full time and am 20 weeks pregnant, but come on. I never thought I be profiled as a thief at my own target that I've been visiting for years. Maybe this target needs to provide better anti- discrimination training. Not all Hispanics are thief's. If target cares, it was the older woman scheduled to work self checkout at 9:00pm 9/14. SAD SAD DAY... I've been coming to this Target for decades. Unfortunately, the customer service has been going down thru time but last week it hit an all time low. I made an online purchase at Target.com for a Playstation 4 on 9/14/22. I received the product on 9/22/22. On 9/24/22, I decided to return the unopened shipping box here. I brought the box over to customer service where the employee opened the shipping box. Inside there was a plain brown box. The employee opened that as well. Inside there was a PS4 console wrapped in bubble wrap. There were no PS controllers, cables, or original PS box. 2 other employees saw the unboxing of the product and verified that there was only a bubble wrapped console in the box. I told the employee it's a good thing that you opened the box here in the store and not me opening the box at home because people would think that I was crazy trying to return a console by itself. I said now I definitely want to return this.  The employee turned to one of the other employees who was watching who happened to be a supervisor. He said he needed to make some calls. The supervisor came back later noticeably nervous and told me he didn't know what to do and that he would have to get his "boss". Later the boss came over and told me that because I did not have the original box to the console, there was nothing that she could do. I said but your employees opened the shipping box and saw that there was nothing in there. She said she was sorry and that there is nothing that she could do. The look on her face was sarcastic and the tone she was using was as if she was scolding me. I looked at the employee who originally opened the Playstation box but she wouldn't make eye contact with me. I said to the boss so I'm out $500? She said there was nothing she could do. I was trying my best to remain calm. Clearly all the other employees knew that I wasn't pulling a scam. They saw with their own eyes what had happened. I said can I get a written statement from the employees on what happened or the security camera footage proving that when the shipping box was opened that that's all that was inside? She said no. I said is there a number that I can call for Target then? I'm not going to pay $500 for some bogus product. I said $10 or $20 i will let it go but $500 is a lot of money. She finally gave me the Target 800 number for me to call.  I waited around another 10 min so that I could thank the original employee or helping me. She was with another customer. While I was waiting, I observed the "boss" helping another customer. She was using the same condescending tone with another customer who was there with her young children. The other customer was not having it and fired back. LOL. At least I knew it wasn't just me then. Hahaha. Before I left l, I went to the original employee and said thanks for all your help and I'm so glad that you opened the box here in the store instead of me doing it at home. Called to speak to someone about a pick up order I had placed the night prior (12+ hours) and a boy named Jeremiah had answered with a terrible attitude from the start. I just wanted some info and he was very rude. Tbh I am very patient and understanding as I have myself worked in customer service for many years and understand the dynamic. This very immature young man was the opposite of great customer service, he was rude and snarky. I politely asked to speak with a manager to see if they could possibly resolve my issue (just wanted to get my swimsuit picked up). After a moment and some loud snickers in the background (clearly from the staff) the "manager" Lauren hopped on the phone with a similar snarky attitude. I am very turned off from the overall unprofessional service and immature management and staff. It's a shame how it just keeps getting worse as the years pass. read more

Even thought most Targets are roughly about the same layout/concept, I love this Target because is the nearest to my house and I really like the personality of this store. Their staff are always friendly and extremely helpful, specially when trying to find that hard to find item or gift for special occasion Since is nearest to my house I have been here countless of times, shopping for everything and every one in my family, toys for birthdays parties or the toy drive you name it! They have got it all at this location. They have a really nice housewares section, a stationary section located by the card section where they have cards for any occasion. They have a books section where they have trending and summer reads books, how about the electronic section bought a few electronic calculators when my kids were in school also, we have bought countless of video games. I like the active wear they are perfect for the Zumba and yoga classes, they're comfy to wear for long week drives. They have baby section which again have made my share of purchases for a few baby showers and gifts. This is a fun section with all the tiny little outfits. (co-worker baby) They have other departments and sections let's just agree that Target is the everything store Target has something that people love and its easy to grab and go perfect for a quick stop. Target is the 100 dollar store. Go there for and item and come out with a basket full of stuff that we may need and sometimes must have even thought we don't need. They have a Pizza Hut and a Starbucks on site which is always busy. FYI- Just in case you need to return or exchange an item always keep the receipt to get the full value of item or they trace by the cc used to pay for item. They are open early 8AM and close late at 11PM they have their own Target Red card which gives 5 percent discount every time we pay with the Red Target card. Parking is huge and is never a problem... Well I went Target to pick up over the counter medicines. I went early in the morning during the week. What a mistake. Just when i thought the service couldn't get any worse, this Target proved me wrong. First, they ate having a lot of trouble maintaining minimal inventory levels. I see lots of employees restocking the shelves, but inventory selection is very spotty at best. Trying to pay for items has become a NiGHTMARE. Seems they have closed off the self checkout, And they have FAILED to properly staff the employees at the check out counter, so the lines to checkout are massive. Target has managed to make what was once a pleasant shopping experience into a horrendous annoyance and test of patience. NO THANKs, will move all my business elsewhere. read more
