The food here is soo good! We got the stir-fried noodles, chicken rice noodles, and lamb dumplings. The noodle dishes were so flavorful and the noodle texture is sooo good because they are hand-pulled. The dumplings are fried so well and the inside is so juicy! I will definitely be back.

Came here with friends on a Saturday night. It was pretty packed when we got here, with lots of people coming in to eat. We waited about 30 minutes for a table for 5 to open up. I'd expect to wait if you come here with a big party. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side. When we sat down, the waitress gave us a kettle of tea. We ordered everything from our phones. We settled on the big beef plate, lamb skewers, stir fried noodles, beef rice noodles, lamb dumplings, and cold black fungus mushrooms. The stand outs were definitely the lamb skewers, lamb dumplings, and the big beef plate. The lamb was crispy with good flavor and the perfect amount of fat. They are definitely a little pricey but very worth it. The big beef plate had tender meat, soft hand pulled noodles, potato, and bell pepper. The broth was very flavorful, but we weren't given bowls so we couldn't drink it properly. The lamb dumplings were chewy and not too gamey. I don't see a lot of lamb dumplings, so I enjoyed this. The next best dish was the stir fried noodles. They had good Szechuan flavor and chewy noodles. The beef rice noodles were really saucy and herbal. I still liked them, but they weren't my favorite. I liked the black fungus mushrooms because it was a nice contrast with the other dishes. Overall, I really enjoyed this place. I'd HIGHLY recommend the lamb skewers and big beef plate!

Today, I'm in Silicon Valley. I'm here at Tarim Garden Xinjiang Cuisine in Santa Clara this evening. Xinjiang is a region very close to Mongolia, and Kazakhstan. And I'm here for the Stir-fried Spicy Beef Rice Noodles, that's what they're known for. The Noodles were out of this World. The Noodles arrived scorching Hot straight from the Wok, I really like how the Sauce is bright Red, it was cooked Al dente, I like how the strands were thick and reminded me of Udon, it was packed with flavor, and had some Heat to it, kinda Spicy. It was one of the best Noodles I've ever had, it really was. It taste authentic. I was thinking this was going to be a 3.9-4.3 stars, but I give this 4.4 stars out of 5 stars. It was Fire. It was Smack.

Got the Stir Fried Noodles to go. Good, garlicky, spicy, umami, with hint of sesame. Well seasoned slices of beef. Like that they did not skimp on the beef slices. Generous amount of green onions. They no longer serve udon noodles so this dish had hand pulled noodles which was good, al dente and very well coated with chili oil and garlicky. May seem pricey at $26, including tax, but they were generous with the beef slices and other ingredients. Waited about 15 min for the food. Staff were nice. Small dining room but felt relaxed and cozy.

The Xinjiang rice noodles are absolutely delicious, and the lamb is one of their signature dishes. Both are highly recommended if you're visiting for the first time.

Too expensive for portions. Not sure if I'd come back. Food was generally quite salty. Although the noodles have good texture/chew, I wish the portions were a little bigger for the $25 price. I guess it's fair when compared to small Italian dishes, but the ambiance also isn't there if the dishes aren't bigger imo. Good spicy oils, nice garlic and onions.

Most of the items on their menu is yummy but really greasy. But if greasiness is not an issue for you, I recommend the cumin lamb with naans, really flavorful with crunchy croutons type of naans. The beef noodles is also flavorful with simple ingredients like garlic onions and bell peppers, but again the oil in it can be a bit too much for some people.

A popular spot for Xinjiang cuisine. Be prepared to wait, even if you get there at 8 PM on a Saturday. Besides the traditional big plate chicken and laghman, they also offer their own unique takes on the cuisine. We got the spicy beef rice noodle and cumin lamb with naan. The rice noodle was moderately spicy and pretty tasty, though more vegetables would make it even better. The fried naan is really special: golden-brown crispy croutons made of naan, stir-fried in a delicious cumin sauce with tender lamb.

I saw recommendations from both Apple Maps' guide & XHS/Little red note about Tarim Garden and I really want to try their Big Plate Chicken so we picked a weekend evening to come here check it out, and I am glad we did! We ordered Big Plate Chicken and Cumin Lamb with Naan, both dishes were amazing! the restaurant is a bit small so it gets crowded quickly. But judging by the traffic, it seems like this place has a long history of attracting loyal customers, which is a great sign!

The food is delicious! This is definitely a spot I'd recommend if you're looking for comfort food.

The food here is absolutely amazing--everything we tried was delicious! Every single dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care. We will definitely be coming back again next time. The cuisine is very authentic, truly capturing the rich and unique taste of Xinjiang dishes. I especially loved the suan cai laghman (pickled cabbage hand-pulled noodles)--it was incredibly satisfying, with the perfect balance of tangy and savory flavors. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine and memorable Xinjiang food!

This place was really solid, i cant quite figure out the food but regardless it was super flavorful. I got the beef noodle which was thick noodles and the spices they added were strong but i was sharing with my friend, so I couldn't make it too spicy. The meat was tender and the sauce was addictive. I am not too sure how to describe it except savory. The lamb skewers were so good, the spices they added helped take away the gaminess of the food and makes u wanna go back for more. The food here was so good and i regret not getting the potato beef rice because that potato had so much flavor to it.

Checked out this little gem in Santa Clara featuring Xinjiang cuisine. Big thanks to my friend for the recommendation! The restaurant isn't very large. We got there around 8 p.m., and it was still packed. We ordered some of their signature dishes, and they did not disappoint. My hands-down favorite was the cumin lamb with naan -- highly, highly recommend! Their noodle and dumpling dishes were also delicious, especially with a bit of chili oil. YUM!

Best Mediterranean food I have had!!…read more And the staff was incredible!! D was the best host ever!!

Social media strikes again…read more.. I came across a reel on IG featuring Iraklis. The food looked intriguing and scrumptious...in other words FIRE! I would not have known about this place if it wasn't for the reel. I'm also not familiar with Syrian and Lebanese cuisine. Thought I'd give it a shot. Not the biggest of venues, it a bit small on the inside, they have few benches and tables outside. Parking wasn't an issue, plenty of spaces in the parking lot. The staff was very helpful and informative. This is a fast casual spot with table service. They do bring the food to you, but you can help yourself to everything else afterwards, is: water, sauces, napkins etc. #SyrianEats: WRAP: ~ SHAWARMA: Damascus style CHICKEN - 5/5 Absolutely DELISH!! Love the garlic spread that came on the side. The wrap was already tasty enough, but somehow it was even tastier with the Garlic spread. Even the fries that came with it were spectacular! That drizzle pomegranate molasses... just DELISH!! This was one of the best wraps I had Stateside. Actually the best! PLATE: ~ MANSAF - 5/5 The Lamb shank was excellent as well! Tender fall of the bone with flavor galore, and the butter sauce was amazing as well...delish! The rice that came with the Lamb shank was OK. It was probably good, but the flavor profile didn't stand up to the rest of the food. I thought it could use more flavor, but that just me nitpicking... 4.5 ***** rounded up to 5***** for me This food here is amazing. I'll be back...

Hella yummy Palestinian food in the Bay!…read more I've heard of Holyland but finally had the chance to dine there for a weekend lunch. These days it's always at the front of my mind that food spots that call themselves "Middle Eastern" or "Mediterranean" truly divulge who is the owner and chefs are. I'm talking about only eating from restaurants that can name the country their food comes from be it Falasteen, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, the list goes on. Holyland is located in the industrial part of Santa Clara, and they boast lots of interior seating (great for large parties and group meals) and also run a catering service. So there's loads of parking and plenty of space. My friend and I were hungry, so I got the lamb kofta and he had the beef plates. We were SO happy. It comes with a light tangy salad, delicious hummus with a kick of spice, a bed of delicious yellow rice and slender pita bread. They also have serve-yourself hot cardamom tea which is so delicious and perfect. They also serve a bunch of other refrigerated drinks like Salaam Cola and kefir. The mezze plate with x4 different dips looks so yummy, I would get that next time with a large group to share. Will definitely head back with a larger group. We saw other diners from couples, to solo to large families eating. The interior could use some sprucing up, but the quality of the food, staff, and authenticity of the place is #1. Delicious. We microwaved for 30seconds and it was fine, still super juicy. The hummus it comes with has a spice added in the center of it - moussaka with meat: very flavorful, has eggplants, peppers, onions, ground beef - kenafeh: soft, sweet, without being overly drenched in syrup My partner really liked the moussaka. Everything is thoroughly cooked in it and flavored really well, and the rice pairs great. I went on a Thursday afternoon before 5pm and it was empty, food was brought out pretty quickly and they were friendly. There's plenty of parking, it's tucked behind some other buildings.

I wish they gave more than 5 pieces in the order though.. next time we'll just order two. The kopoglu was pretty good too and paired very nicely with their house made bread, which btw is perfectly fluffy and amazing for dipping. For the main I had the Adana kebap which was amazing and the highlight of the meal for me! Everything from the meat to the veggies down to the rice was incredibly well seasoned. The lamb was tender and very juicy. BF ordered Çemenli tavuk which was also super tasty. It had this great smoky flavor and very tender too. We were excited to take the leftovers home. They have interesting dishes with paneer and chicken as well. We ordered two dishes- Leela lasun keema - This dish was intriguing, with cheese, grated egg, and a rich, spicy gravy. The portion size was generous; a single person won't be able to finish it with just three breads. It was very filling, we took back home the leftover and enjoyed it later with some rotis. They have another version of this- "kachu" with runny eggs instead of grated eggs.. well thought option! Volcano egg biryani- The dish is as interesting as its name suggests. The base is an omelette, and the rice is flavorful with bell peppers, finely chopped veggies, and aromatic spices. The center is with a tomato-based curry. The cheese on the side was amazing, and I loved it. The spicy guava drink is super refreshing with a playful mix of spice, salt, sourness, and the sweetness of guava. I really enjoyed it!
