I've been to several Tartinery locations in the city and this has one of the best views. It's right next to the gorgeous St. Patrick's Cathedral, with high ceilings and glass windows. It's located on the 1st floor of a building and does have a bit of office / mall cafe feel, but it's a nice, open space. They have table service (it's not a cafeteria) but there were food crumbs left on the seats, so I'm not sure how well they clean them... I ordered the Smashed Avocado Petite Tartine with a soft-boiled egg ($14.25+). It is pricey for what you get, but the egg was boiled perfectly and nicely presented--and it was tasty, too. If you're looking for a brunch place in the area and enjoy spectacular views, I'd recommend stopping by.

Came here for a quick lunch after some shopping on 5th Ave. It's inside the Olympic Tower. They have a few different flavors of spritzes which was fun. I prefer sweet drinks and the blood orange spritz was my favorite, it was very refreshing. I got a quinoa bowl which was a solid healthy salad. It was decent but nothing special.

Great, relaxing brunch / lunch in the bustling heart of 5th Ave. In the Olympic Tower across from St Patrick, it feels like an office lobby but is a nice energetic buzz. Not a full, fancy sit down but sit down service without the takeaway feel. Got the Croque Madame without ham, and my friend got an omelette. Nice staff and service too!

Tartinery was such a delicious and memorable stop during our NYC adventure. We ordered the Croque Monsieur, Croque Madame, and the Warm Rice Bowl--and every dish was absolutely satisfying. Perfectly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service was top-notch and impressively fast, which made the experience feel effortless, even in the heart of the city. But what truly set it apart was the view--looking out at the majestic St. Patrick's Cathedral while enjoying a relaxed, elevated meal felt almost surreal. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a casual-yet-chic meal with a little bit of magic in the backdrop.

Yummy food perfect lunch portion size. Service a bit slow but good ambiance. Very healthy options! Reasonably priced considering its New York

Nice little place on fifth ave to grab brunch bites in a pinch with nice seating. They offer sit down service or take out, which is great! My favorite was the burrata tomato tartine. I will say it was a little expensive for what it was, around $17 for a single toast-- our bill came out to be $70 for 3 toasts and a coffee T--T

Espresso macchiato not very good taste or presentation.

As far as the coffee or my espresso macchiato, it had poor presentation and poor flavor. Very weak like dish water. They do make a Chia pudding that's amazing. And the hot tea is good because there's not much tea. Service was average. The atmosphere is amazing and pretty quiet.

Nice service. The coffee and pastries were really good. Went there multiple times while on vacation.

BUT, my husband and I recently took a trip to Paris and I also love pain aux raisins. To our delight, Cafe Bilboquet has those too, so my friend and I each had a small coffee and a pain aux raisins. The pastry was as good as any that my husband and I had in Paris! I've also had lunch here with a couple of other friends in recent months. They have a good variety of pretty authentic French sandwiches and some quiches, eggs, etc. Not inexpensive, but the food is top-notch. You order at the counter, then move up to the cashier, tell them what your order is and pay for it. If you're lucky, as we were around 9:45 this morning, you'll get one of the little round tables where you can sit and chat and relax; in good weather there are some tables outside as well; a lovely boulangerie or patisserie experience!

Upon getting closer to the door, I learned it's part of Le Bilboquet restaurant on the same block. It wasn't too crowded when I visited on a Tuesday mid-afternoon. Every table except 1 was full, but most people were heading outside on such a beautiful day with their drinks and pastries. The cafe is very cute and French. They have so many pastries I couldn't decide, so I ordered a pain au chocolat and tea. They serve Harney & Sons teas. This is a lovely spot, and I'll return to try more.

I'd been meaning to stop by this place after always passing it on my way to work, and i'm glad I…read moredid! I got the almond croissant which was an absolute BANGER!! I always get almond croissants from coffee shops but wow this one has to be one of my favorites. The crunchy (sugar?) top coating and the filling were delectable. I got one of the seasonal spring drinks, called "Karl" which is a banana cold brew with cold foam. I don't even like cold brews since they tend to be super strong and pretty bitter, and banana can be a hit or miss, but I enjoyed the hell out of this drink. It was a bit sweet, which I like, and the cold brew itself had a banana flavor when I had just expected it to come from the cold foam. I didn't sit or stay inside as I had to go to work, but there are a few (maybe 5 I think?) chairs along a bar counter on the side. Plants in the window too which I love. The barista was nice and made the drinks quickly despite being there by herself early in the morning (or at least I didn't see another employee). I recommended this place to my coworkers and can't wait to go back and try the other drink options!

Theres a shared bar table along one wall with high top chairs and menu options at the counter + a chalkboard with seasonal drinks. I left with a Balthazar Bakery box with 4 items. The 2 Everything pastries were filled with what looked like spinach and cheese. Incredible when reheated, but I wish they were served warm. The cinnamon roll was good, but not standout. The pain au chocolat was tender and flaky. Some of the seasonal drinks, like the Grinch, looked really good and I'd come back to try one, but I likely wouldn't swing for a pastry this time.
