They're super filling and can easily be a meal, but part of me thinks they're supposed to be snack-food, if that makes any sense. I also tried the little potato balls, but they're not as good as the rice balls. The portion of cream cheese felt balanced in the Oysi Roll but was a bit much in the spicy salmon, which also wasn't very spicy. That said, I loved how vibrant and fresh the scallions were on the spicy salmon and the fish in both rolls tasted fresh. There are two small tables outside the food truck, but this is definitely more of a to go spot. I'd recommend ordering ahead by text since there's usually a wait.
