Was here at 9:00 pm on Sunday and they close at 10 pm. Really need to use the restroom however,one of the workers said it was closed. Went to this location 2-3 times during this time and workers said it was closed for maintenance. Just had a question is the Tastea closed at 9? Or is it closed at 10? Been to multiple locations and this one is the only one with this problem. If it was closed at 9:30 would be more understandable however, been there at early 9 late 8 pm. read more

By far one of the best milk teas I have had in a while, I highly recommend the "Horchata Milk Tea" me personally I added some honey boba, and let me tell you I wasn't expecting much when I went to take the first sip, but I was highly impressed at how good it was, they top it off with some Cinnamon Toast Crunch, this is easily one of the top 3 milk teas I have ever tried. Walked in and ordered my drinks and food, after I paid I was told the kitchen is closed. The self service tap and card reader didn't work good. Other places let you know in advance what they're out of, not after you pay. Also the guy had to call his manager for my refund which I thought it would be on the spot. I understand there's different methods of refunds, I also thought i'd get a refund receipt. read more

The self serve kiosk DOES NOT take tap only card. The kitchen closed and the employee informed us after my card was charged, now we have to wait a couple days for a refund on food items. Very INCONVENIENT. Bad vibes from the workers, felt like they spit in my drink. read more

My kiddos wanted some Tastea and I found out this location just opened this week. You can't miss it..it's located against the sidewalk along McFadden right at Harbor across from McDonald's. We were quickly acknowledged right when we walked in. Since the kids can't finish their own drinks we usually order a 20oz and have it divided into two smaller cups. They have a nicely sized patio where you can hang out at to enjoy the drinks. I ordered the Strawberry Bonanza, Horchata Crunch, the Unknown, and the Passion Attraction. Drinks came out quick and the staff was very friendly. This is definitely one of the larger Tastea locations. I'll definitely start going to this one more often. Cheers! read more

I haven't been to Tastea in a long time... I was on my way to Dunkin and remembered they closed early -_- THEN I REMEMBERED THAT TASTEA WAS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET. BEST DECISION I MADE COMING IN AT 8:09pm. KYLE. KYLE. KYLE. he definitely meets the Team Member essential duties and responsibilities. I went to Tastea's website to view their motto and overall mission, solely because I wanted to see if Kyle met said expectations. HE GREETED ME INSTANTLY, RIGHT AS I WALKED IN. it wasn't a typical GENERIC GREETING It really felt genuine, and not the kind of "Hi Welcome" I'm typically used to hearing. There was enthusiasm in his tone, instantly my mood shifted. HE PROVIDED FIRST CLASS SERVICE. As soon as I placed my order, he asked for my rewards #, he handed me a little reward scratch dollar. Within minutes my drink was ready. I had the best experience ever, I definitely want to come in again just because the service Kyle provided was so amazing. Don't get me wrong... the Vietnamese iced coffee is bomb asf... but this is about KYLE. I drink a lot of coffee, and frequent Starbucks, Dunkin, etc. and their service is BLAND. He asked us a couple questions and then he told us if we had any questions we can ask him. After that Alexus ranged us up and she was very hospitable and was very friendly! This location just opened next to my job so I decided to give it a try and I enjoyed it. The first time I tried their Chamoy Mango Smoothie which was super tasty. The next time I was really tired so I wanted to try something that would wake me up so I went with the Vietnamese Iced Coffee and boy did it wake me up.
