The staff is really nice. The shop has both indoor and outdoor seating. Drinks and food are prepared quickly. I ordered the Peach Me Sweet Tea (75% sweet) and would rate it 5/5. I've tried many fruit teas here, and all of them were delicious and fresh. Highly recommend!

I have gone to several Tastea locations and the Santa Ana is the BEST one I've been to for several reasons!! Number 1: The boba drinks are always consistently good. I recommend the winter melon milk tea & peach lychee!! Number 2: The workers are friendly and it doesn't take long for your drinks to be ready. Number 3: There are small tables on the side and outdoor seating available. Overall, I LOVE this place. My favorite boba shop not gonna lie... whoever manages this place needs a raise. They gave out FREE drinks to everyone in my school last year and their rewards system is awesome. Looking forward to continue coming here for my usual boba drinks

Santa Ana Location: McFadden & Harbor. Tastea has been around for forever! Definitely bring back some old memories of being young again! LOL. You can also order through Tastea app and earn rewards. Mango smoothie - it was refreshing. It came pretty quick. It goes with karate chicken. Karate chicken/pop corn chicken - I probably would not order it again. It was okay but did not have the Thai Basil and flavorful marination. I prefer Thai Basil to fry together with the chicken not green as shown in picture. My first time ever order chicken snacks from here. I usually do not come around here much at night but I was in town tonight so I thought I would drop by and try my childhood boba places. The inside looked well kept and clean. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Drink/food came out fast. There are seatings inside and outside. Parking - there are plenty of parking since it is inside a shopping plaza but it gets busy with cars coming in and out.

I ordered fries on Tuesday and I asked for level 2 medium kick but it looks like they gave me level 5. I was a little upset because I didn't want that much spice and it made it 10x saltier

Food/Drink: 8/10 -Tastea is one of my go to spots when looking for boba. I got the Lychee Peachee, and it hits the spot. A bit of fruity flavor and that lychee taste. With the addition of boba... YUMMM! Service: 10/10 -I went when it was not busy, and the workers were really nice. Ambiance: 10/10 -It's a small dainty tastea in the Santa Ana area. I like the music they were playing inside. It was clean and quick.

I was so excited to find out a new Tastea location had opened up near my workplace! I was able to come in, order, and leave within 5 minutes compared to other places. I know once people find out about this new location that might change haha I ordered my go to 20 oz Peach Me Sweetea and a 32 oz Lychee Peachee both with Honey Boba. Taste just as good! The only problem with this location is that there is no food which sucks because I did come thinking I could order the Karate Chicken as well :// Christie helped me out with my order today and was so helpful! I'd say don't come to this location for now if you want food. Hope that changes in the future. Don't forget to check in for 15% off your order!!

Bootea shaker replace black jelly with lychee jelly

Ordered and was about to sit down and our drinks were already ready. I love how efficient they are. The only drink I get from Tastea is their Bootea Shaker replace black jelly with either boba or lychee jelly. It's mango, peach and pineapple tea which isn't too sweet and the combo of mango and peach is amazing. We were feeling snacky and decided to order the medium spice Buttload'a fries and medium spice Kartate chicken. Both were super yummy and had a kick of spice. The portion size for the chicken was small and I wish the pieces were bigger. The sweet chili sauce pairs well with the two. We went around 8:00pm and the parking lot was hella sus but they had a lot of seating both in and outside and were playing bops. I would just go to my local tastea.

Had the opportunity to go to Tastea's Grand Opening last weekend and had a great time! Drinks: + Strawberry Milk Tea with peach bits + Peachme Sweet Tea What I love about Tastea is that their drinks are consistently quality and fresh. My all-time favorite is the strawberry milk tea which is the right balance of sweet and sugar. I love how the drink has strawberry extract that makes it outright delicious and I wasn't disappointed by today's visit! I added some peach bits for a nice chewy texture and I actually preferred it better than regular honey boba (although their signature green boba is delicious.) Next time, I'll plan to try the crystal boba. As part of the grand opening, I also received a Peachme Sweet Tea for my brother, which was a drink mixed with lychee, peaches, and sweet tea. It was a little too sweet for my taste but I can see why it's one of the more popular drinks. Service: 5/5 Parking is easy to find and locate. Service is quick and efficient - we got our drinks on 5 minutes! In addition, there's plenty of outside seating (2 tables with four chairs each) and fun, pop/hiphop music to match the ambience. It's a great spot to catch up with classmates/friends. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for a coupon. Would come here again!

Absolutely shocked by the level of service! Wow Thank you Ben & staff at tastea :) you really made my day, being so kind and welcoming. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by everyone The menu was vibrant and fresh, they have their own specialty boba (honey boba) soft and delicious (they let me try) also a crystal boba that is similar to a cross between boba and jelly (amazing!) Ordered avocado smoothie w crystal jelly 10/10 Ben asked how I heard of Tastea and told him a Friend recommended and her favorite drink was the peachme tea (best seller) so he Offered to make me one on the house so that I could try it, wow! Left with two delicious drinks and a smile on my face. Can't wait for them to expand into BREA, hopefully lol Drinks 10/10 Service 12/10 Thank you !!!

I'm an avid Tastea enjoyer so I was happy that this location was on my way to work. I'm not sure if the staff on duty is new or the lunch rush, but they were visibly overwhelmed. Not only did we wait a long time in line but once we order we're told that they don't accept bills larger than $20. I'm used to seeing this during late hours of service and such but maybe put a sign that's visible that states that before someone wastes their time waiting. I'll be back with an accepted form of payment to see if the quality stands to the great quality I've come to expect from Tastea. read more

Woot woot! They have food now! I do wish they kept the original recipe for the fries... this goes for all Tastea... the batter isn't there anymore. But overall, drinks remain consistent. Place is clean and quick with the drinks. Also doesn't run out of items. I just need to make sure I order food at least an hour before closing. read more

Love the quality of the drinks here which offers organic milk teas, thick tasty smoothies and unique blended iced teas with real fruit bits. It's my first time trying Tasteas and I have no regrets! I ordered a 32oz Strawberry Milk Tea (Full Sweet) and it was amazing. It felt like drinking strawberry milk but different texture. The strawberry bits they put was also good. I've had strawberry inclusions before and usually they are chunky and makes your drink sour over time. But this drink remained sweet and delicious. I also got the Medium Kick Buttloads Fries and the flavor just melts on your tongue. It is the perfect crunchiness and tenderness. The spice is both sweet and spicy. Its perfect for someone who wants both spice but can't handle spice. The packaging is cute too! read more

I think most Tastea locations are pretty consistent with their menu. My favorite drink is their cantaloupe crush, but unfortunately, this drink has been discontinued. They do a good job at getting your order to you relatively quick and the staff is quite friendly here as well. I know a lot of people like the lychee peachee, but I personally think that one tastes a bit sweet. read more

Stopped by for a quick fix of something sweet cooling drink on a hot SoCal day and this hit the spot. Got the Cantaloupe crush since it's a limited seasonal fruit. My first time here. Supervisor was very friendly and showed me the menu. The PeachMe Tea was delicious!!! I also tried the calamari but it wasn't for me. Probably shouldn't have gotten it to go for lunch, but after work I came back and let them know. Gladly I was able to try the chicken instead. The customer service alone will bring me back. ive been a big fan of tastea since high school and come to find out they opened up one across the street from my house?!?! i was like hell yeah I'm going to check it out! Lol 1st time I went and already decided to give this place 10/10. Great customer service and drinks! As soon as you walk in the staff greets you and ready to answer any questions you may have. Ever since then almost every Saturday I come by to order either a 20z or 30oz tiger milk tea with oat/regular milk, easy honey boba & crème brûlée, and easy ice. Sooo yummy not too sweet either! Oh and if you're a coffee drinker you must try their matcha coffee! I took my family friend and she loved it! So overall, this place just earned a regular customer ! read more

Great new Tastea location in Santa Ana! Plenty of parking and the store can't be any easier to find. Big, bright, and open space in the inside here. Drinks are spot on!! I'm very disappointed with the customer service at your Tastea Santa Ana location. I came out of my way specifically to redeem a free coffee drink coupon. The girl at the cashier just said "we don't have that anymore. You have to call the other locations." She didn't offer anything else instead. And I told her " I came just for this drink." Again her response "you can call the other locations" I just left because I drove out of my way, to a location that isn't my hometown just to redeem the coupon. I expected more out of your service. I would have liked to have been offered another drink in its place. The store should have anticipated higher volume of drinks if they were offering free drinks. I would have bought more drinks and your chicken if I was able to use the coupon. You need to teach your workers better service. This has left a negative thought towards your store and I've been a customer for many years. read more

I was greeted by the most friendly employees as I entered this fine establishment. My drink was well prepared and altered at my request!!! Was here at 9:00 pm on Sunday and they close at 10 pm. Really need to use the restroom however,one of the workers said it was closed. Went to this location 2-3 times during this time and workers said it was closed for maintenance. Just had a question is the Tastea closed at 9? Or is it closed at 10? Been to multiple locations and this one is the only one with this problem. If it was closed at 9:30 would be more understandable however, been there at early 9 late 8 pm. read more

On a whim, I ordered a Bahama Mama bowl... and they accidentally gave me a Bahama Mama smoothie instead. BEST. ACCIDENT. EVER. That smoothie completely changed my mind. It is now my go to order, and I've never switched it up since. I also tried their chicken Caesar salad wrap, and WOW!!!! it's genuinely one of my favorite wraps to this day. I now go out of my way just to come here for that wrap alone. I've tried a few other items like the three cheese chicken quesadilla it's okay, definitely more kid friendly. If you have an adult palate, it might feel a little underwhelming for the price. That said, all sandwiches, salads, wraps, and flatbreads come with a side (chips or fruit), which is always nice. It felt like a lame excuse and it felt so awkward; so I just tried to be as polite as possible and continued with my order. I wanted to just sit down and leave asap. It was so disorienting because she had acted in a completely different way with the girl before me. I just shrugged it off as a bad day, but when I consulted my friend about it, she said that the same girl acted in the same way towards her. The Pork Belly was spectacular. The pork was tender and flavorful and the cucumbers, cilantro, onions and jalapeños made it a flavor delight. All on a delicious roll. Just writing this makes me want another one! However, there's one thing you do not want to miss. Their newest addition is Salt Bread. These are sold 4 to a package and and are like the yummiest croissant you've ever tasted. I was sitting waiting for my order to be completed when the owner cam out with a bit of one on a fork. I was hooked. They're already baked, but the instructions are to put them in an air fryer (we used a small convection toaster oven) for 2-4 minutes at 350. I also like them split and toasted. They're fantastic! You'll want to put The Sandwich Society on your restaurant list! (And you'll want Salt Bread in your pantry too!).

The toasted buns on the pastrami melt gave a great texture and helped it from getting soggy. In contrast, the bulgogi sandwich was very wet and the bread felt more like a sponge at the end of my meal. The flavors were great but the sandwich itself was messy to eat. The service is great and they even gave us a cookie for each sandwich for free! It's a great place for a casual lunch. I'd definitely come back to try the other sandwiches.

To start I would highly recommend their strawberry ecstasy and peach me sweet tea. I think that this place has the best fruit teas and is something you have to try when coming here. They have quick service and their food is a great option too. I would say to get their drinks a at 80% sweet but other than that this place is perfect!
