I visit this Ding Tea location periodically when I am in the area. It is located in a small strip mall and parking is never a problem, although the parking lot has a bit of a strange configuration. The interior is a bit dated and worn, but the drinks are solid. I always get the kumquat lemon green tea with slight sweetness, slight ice, golden and crystal boba. This drink is always refreshing with a nice tartness and a light sweetness. This location also includes a fresh kumquat in the drink, which gives it an extra layer of flavor and sourness. The staff is friendly, and drinks always come out quickly. They use the Five Stars loyalty program, so be sure to enter your phone number each time to collect points towards discounts. I've been here twice so far and overall it's a nice spot! First visit I tried the kumquat lemon iced tea (extra ice, level 3 sweet) and it was really good. It was super refreshing and I loved the salted plum in it. Second time I ordered the wintermelon green iced tea (same sweetness/ice). It was okay, a little on the bitter side, but still refreshing. I also tried a few food items: French fries - regular, no seasoning, decent. Popcorn chicken - flavorful but a bit too salty for me. Wings (5 pieces) - these were really good! Measurements seem off... The menu is the same as all of their other locations, but our drinks didn't have the exact sweetness level that we asked for. Mine was so sweet that I had to water it down in the car and my mom's was so bitter that it felt like they added no sweetness nor flavor at all. * Lychee Green Tea: 8/10 - tasted like 100% sweetness when I asked for 50% * Matcha Milk Tea: 4/10 - super bitter and way too much matcha powder * Passionfruit Green Tea: 9/10 - good level of tartness The workers were nice and weren't upset when we asked them to remake one of the drinks, but there wasn't really a difference in flavor. Therefore, we just assumed that it's this certain location's measurements and just the way they make their drinks. The interior is quite nice and bright which we enjoyed. They have a decent amount of seating and we didn't have to wait too long for our drinks. The shop is located in a small plaza, but it's usually quite empty so you should be able to find a parking spot easily. This is one of the best, or maybe the only Ding Tea location with the best matcha items on the menu!!! I love their Matcha Eisnpanner and matcha latte. Both comes with matcha foam on top and it is so so good!!!! I usually get mine with oat milk and the way the matcha drinks come out here, it is perfection! The matcha is strong, and with the minimal sugar level, both their matcha and oat milk just blend perfectly! You can really taste the top quality matcha that they use here and I really appreciate that. It is not watered down at all like other places. It's the local tea spot and it's similar to the other spots. The Hokkaido is good. Their house ice coffee is good as well. When it gets busy, the time it takes to get orders out could take a little longer than anticipated. The inside has ample seating and tables but there are no cushions on the seats along the wall. The staff is always friendly. read more

Ding Tea Westminster has been a savior for me over the last 5 years. Whether it's a quick stop for boba after lunch or a tag-up after a long day of work, this Wm location is always poppin'! The staff is always working hard while still welcoming and friendly to the incoming guests! My personal favorite (although off-menu) is the *ICED* Ginger Milk Tea, with Egg Pudding, which goes for just under $6, which isn't terrible given the $1.50 in upgrades for size and topping. I love this particular Ding Tea shop!! They have one of best matcha slush drinks. It's creamy, sweet, and not that bitter. It's pretty consistent every time I order it, and the consistency is perfect. I hate it when they blend the drink and it's still super icy. I've had matcha slushes from other Ding Tea shops and it does not compare to this place. Also, I think prices are a little cheaper here too. Sign up for their rewards program because I think they offer free upgrades all day, every Wed & Thurs. It doesn't apply to all drinks tho. I know it doesn't for the slush or smoothie drinks cuz those already only come in large sizes. The drinks are consistently good and I appreciate that I've yet to go to a Ding Tea that wasn't as good as any other one I've been to. I realize it's a franchise but I appreciate that fact. I also like that this location has popcorn chicken!!! No better pairing than boba and popcorn chicken. I dare someone to fight me on that haha I also appreciated the customer service here.
