They consistently thanked customers for their patience, even though no one seemed bothered by the wait because we all seemed to understand and expect it. They radiated joy and patience and never appeared stressed or short-tempered despite how busy they were. Their communication with one another was seamless, and they were just as welcoming and attentive to every customer who walked through the door. In a community that has been grieving, the environment they created tonight was truly something special.
