terrible experience. group of 7. 5 meals came out after a lengthy wait then almost an hour later the final 2 arrived. we asked waiter what was happening and he was non-responsive. he steered clear of our table. we asked hostess for final 2 meals to go since 5 were finished eating, but waiter brought the 2 on plates. this was enough to ruin experience. asked hostess for manager on our way out. young man came over. stated he was not manager but owners son and in charge. apologized for bad service and promised a refund on 2 meals. we never received it. so the service was awful, food was ok - not great, drinks were fun and tasty. but the refund lie was the worst. cannot recommend. read more

I just moved to the area and am so thrilled to support this business a block off of Kelly square. The atmosphere is cozy. Really love the bossa nova playing. Then the food is fantastic and honestly blew me away. Best food ive had in Worcester yet. I had the Vegan Style, Protein Bowl, pancakes, two types of juice, and two types of coffee. Service: We walked in the door confused about how (and if) to pay for street parking. (The restaurant has its own free lot, but we had already passed it.) The owner/maître d' seated us instead, insisting he would take care of our parking. He went outside, attempted to pay for our street parking, and returned to tell us the meter wouldn't take his payment because it was a holiday. How gracious a welcome that was, and there was more like that to come. Ambiance: This restaurant is family-run, and it felt like it. We received personal, custom attention from the father (maitre d'), teenage son (server), and mother (chef). And our primary server, we were told, "is not family, but we treat her like family." She couldn't have been more solicitous. Food: The food was distinctive, unique in our experience. Clean, fresh, original, healthy creations, artistically presented. Oversized and delicious fruit and veggie smoothies. No bargains here, but everything was special -- the quality, service, and presentation. For dessert, I chose something off the menu -- a new concoction of whole grain bread slathered with Nutella, covered with strawberries and avocado that the chef just happened to try out this morning on her husband. A little crazy, but wonderful! (See picture.) Final Impressions: This is a new restaurant (open 60 days, we were told) that merits attention. Food: The food is very asthetically pleasing on their reviews and social media. We had the omlet w/ steak, brazil experience and pankcakes. The smoothies were so delicious and refreshing to have a nice hot day, I got the mango w/ lemon. The omlet does does not have too much of a taste/flavor on its own which the steak helps but it was alittle bit well done. The pancakes were fluffy and stood beautfully, but it was slightly undercook as the center/inside was more wet than moist. Lots of gold glitter to make it pretty. Service: The waitress was kind, just needs practice on providing attentive service. They have really cute uniforms and are dressed in accordance to the resturant. Staff is relatively new and young so please be patient with them. Ambiance: It brings out such a warm tone with modern design, plenty of space to enjoy for bruch. It's really cute inside and again asethically pleasing to post on social media. Location accommodation: It's right on harding street next to the worcester public market. Horrible experience. We walked in and sat down and waited at least 20 minutes before a server came over. The people that sat after us, were greeted, water brought and food out before we even got water on our table. We ordered the juice tower & it took an hour for it to come out. Then the food came before our drinks even were on the table. We had to ask multiple times for water before we finally got some. Then after only 3 of our foods came, my boyfriend sat and watched us eat and never got his food. We sat there waiting and waiting and then we finished eating and asked for a box and he still didn't get his food. I'd understand if it was super busy but it wasn't, and everyone else around us was getting great and fast service. Finally we ask for the check and they bring out his pizza bagel and we just ask them to box it up cause we've already sat there for over an hour and a half waiting around and then we were done. Didn't ask to comp it, didn't ask if everything was fine. Everyone else had great service a food and drinks fast, we were the only table with horrible service and no one bringing us water or anything unless asked for multiple times. This wasn't just well done. It was too dry to even consume without water in my mouth to get it down. The double cheeseburger I got was almost too dry to even consume. I actually had to drink water with every bite. The fries were so dry it felt like they were cooked the night before and then reheated. For $50 for the two burgers and fries. It was so dry that it was almost inedible. One of the worst meals I have had in some time. I rarely eat out but it was a special occasion, and was looking forward to this and was so disappointed that I ate half and threw the rest away. If it had not been closed at 3. I would have returned it asked them to try and a gotten a refund. I had my brother drive an hour to visit me and this - he also said to me this might be the worst burger I've ever had, he also only ate half before giving up. I am slotting one star because 0 isn't an option. I had planned to call when they reopen tonight, but would really appreciate the owner or manager doing so and making this right. We tried this place today for brunch and I loved it. I ordered a mocha with almond milk , my daughter got a hot chocolate and my husband tried a fruit smoothie. I ordered the protein bowl which was excellent. My husband enjoyed the tofu appetiser and daughter tried the cheese bread. Our waitress went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially my moody teen -who initially wouldn't try anything.
