The menu is preset (which I don't mind) but it was very difficult to find items that I could enjoy with a dietary restriction. We started out with a butternut squash soup that was wayyyy too salty and did not have a ton of flavor. Next was a pesto pasta with burrata. Unfortunatley they did not have a switch out they could do for this dish, so I had to skip it. For our main we had brisket over butter beans. This dish was pretty tasty and well balanced. The ambiance was very intimate as it was in the main floor of a large and spacious home, and the cooks would prepare the dishes in the middle of the room which was cool to see. However, for me being able to only eat 2/3 dishes, and only enjoying 1 the price was outrageous. We paid almost 300 dollars for this meal which was NOT worth it. It is a fun experience and felt very intimate, but the price and flavor of the dishes left much to be desired.

Absolutely love this concept- only open on Thursday, reservation only, different menu every time. It makes it feel like a special event not just dinner. To start, the place is beautiful. It is nestled hidden the hidden oasis of Bohemian Gardens. Small space with just eight tables plus a few seats right at the open kitchen. We'll be trying for those spots next time! Our server was Peyton and she was on top of everything, really top notch. The menu this night started with shaved Brussels salad. Something I've never had before and probably wouldn't have typically ordered and I would have missed out. It was one of my favorites of the night. Nice texture differences throughout and the flavors all blended so well together. Next was the Tuna Crudo, a switch up from the planned Snapper Crudo. I don't know what happened with the Snapper but I'm thrilled with the change. This was the star of the night. The tuna was amazingly fresh and the gazpacho and pickled daikon brought it to a whole other level. This was followed by Chur Siu, a pork chop dish accompanied by a tamarind raisin chutney and greens of onion and mint. The pork on its own was good, but when you did it as the chef recommends with a dab of chutney and some greens all in the same bite it was a whole different flavor. Lastly was the pudding. It was not what I expected but was a fun different take on the dessert. I'm already looking forward to the next time!

With four different places to eat, everyone's pallet is quenched!…read more Don't let the construction detour you, Kamp is a must stop during these spring/summer weekdays and weekends. Nestled in the heart of the Blackstone District on a prime corner lot, you'll find a hip spot to indulge in eats AND drinks while people watching, dog watching, and more importantly... socializing! We HAD to get Taco Co. and their nacho appetizer sans cilantro and jalepenos (yes, we've already established I'm a ween when it comes to heat ). The best! Never soggy chips, doused in beans, protein (if you choose), cheese, sour cream, and so so good. Much smaller portion the Benson local and that's perfect for us. Visited Nice Rollz, and grabbed their Crab Rangoon Korean Corndog and lemme tell you... that cheese pull was REDICK, and then some. Perfect balance to the sweet and savory combo. The hotdog itself which was much appreciated (IYKYK). A must try for sure. Of course I had to order their Kamp Fire off their drink menu, and if you like those spicy/smokey drinks like me, this one with Mezcal is for YOU! Highly recommend Can't beat a one stop shop essentially, plus the foot traffic, parking (the lot just NE of Kamp actually) additions, and much more to see!

Lots of seating options with huge windows looking out to the Blackstone area. There is a big bar in the middle. We got a variety of their Korean Corn dogs. We had their Hot Cheeto, French Fry, Ramen and OG. All were soo good and cooked to perfection with loads of flavor. We'll definitely be back!

And I gave $60 tip because of the number of people. Got back home and found that they charged me a "server fee" of $25.64! Wow! Tanya, what a dishonest waitress. I'll never go back and eat there. You should ha e explained to me what the server fee was. I would still have tipped good. It now I'll never go back.

You can choose from a wide variety of seafood such as shrimp, mussels, lobster, snow crab etc. once you choose your seafood that you select your flavoring. Choices are Cajun, lemon pepper, garlic butter, or a mix of all three. Lastly, choose your spice level (mild, medium, hot, etc). We both selected the snow crab and snow boil with Cajun seasoning and mild spice. The boils also come with corn, potatoes and a hard boiled egg. Never seen the egg in a boil before. Everything comes out in a big plastic bag in a steel pan. Dump the contents out and prepare to dig in. Let me say that this is not the place to go out all dressed up. The boils are very messy. They give you an apron and plastic gloves, but still a mess. It was delicious. We also got a couple sides of hush puppies which were very tasty as well. Good portions. Staff was friendly and informative. Really great flavors in the boils. They did a real good job. Definitely worth checking out.

Tried 3 different oysters- delicious. Finally got the scallops as an entree and they were some of the best I've ever had, plated over a thick cut of pork belly. They definitely have/had some pretty high prices compared to other eateries in the area. I'm not sure if that is caused by cost of goods or location or what, but I think that did come into play when a lot of economic hardship is happening all over. Like I mentioned above, I DID like their food, but it definitely had to be a special occasion type of thing, due to the high prices. When we did go, I LOVED the Maryland Crab Dip. It reminded me of my favorite crab dip in the world, at the SweetWater Brewing Company in Atlanta. We also had the Green Bean Almandine that was on special last time we went and that was pretty good, but you have to be a green bean fan, for sure. I decided to try the sushi as my main dish last time, and had the Everything Crunch Maki, which consisted of cooked salmon, jalapeño, and cream cheese. It was pretty good, and had a little hint of spice to it from the jalapeño, which cut the heavy cream aspect. My husband had the Grilled Atlantic Salmon for his entree, and gave me a few bites. It was cooked well and the mushroom risotto below it was very flavorful and filling. The cute nautical ambiance and excellent service were always appreciated, so no complaints there either. I think if they had been in a different area with less expensive rent and cost of goods, I may have visited more often.
