I was quite surprised when I found that a Tasty Pot was opening here in Colorado! I have been quite a fan of it back in California. If you never heard of Tasty Pot but been to the other chain hot pot restaurant, Boiling Point, and loved it, this is the place for you! There is a variety of hot pot options you can check out! I typically love eating lamb so I get the Lamb Hot Pot Soup. They have other flavors like kimchi, tomato, beef and many more! You can, of course, adjust the spicy level in most flavors. As for your sides/starches, you get to choose between rice and vermicelli but for and extra $1.50 you can get ramen and udon! The hot pot will come in a mini wok filled to the brim still on top of a fire (it is very safe!!!). However if you want more food, you can always order more items such as beef, quail eggs, etc. The price is very reasonable, ranging from 18.99 to 20-something! If you want an appetizer to start, I highly recommend getting the Spicy Five Spice Popcorn Chicken! It is a typical snack/street food that is found in Taiwan and packs quite a bit of flavor and lightness compared to the American popcorn chicken. read more

I love that if we don't finish we can take it home What i wished: the meat got dried out very quickly because it is already cooked when the pot came out. The variety of dipping sauces only three on the table, hot oil, soy sauce, and soybean sauce. The fire that kept the hot pots warm disappeared within about 10 minutes, if that happens they will relight for you. This place is great for people who can't choose what ingredients they want. I got the Thai hot pot at the highest spice level. I felt like it was slightly spicy, but not intolerable. If you like spicy, get the flaming hot. It was good, but just overwhelming salty. I'm glad they're not skimping on the seasoning , but if you're not tolerance of salt, maybe ask for more broth on the side. Ingredients were fresh. The meat was good quality. Overall, I still enjoyed it. I also go the sweet milk boba on the side. It was a milk with caramel sauce. It was super sweet, but comparable to a stand-alone boba shop! I am so glad there's now a hot pot place close to me, no longer will I have to drive 20 minutes for hot pot! I love the broth and all of the individual parts, despite my distaste for a pre-made hot pots (sorry Boiling Pot). And the best part of this experience? The boba that you can also order on the side. I loved how carmel-y the tiger milk tea was, I loved the rose matcha latte with boba. I would go here single-handedly for the boba. However, the stand that the hot pot was placed in kept emitting a distinct gas smell. It was hard for me to enjoy myself because my nose was telling me one thing, but my tastebuds were telling me another. If it wasn't for that, this meal would've been perfect. I ordered a strawberry smoothie and a Sweet Soy Garlic Beef Sizzling rice dish. Oh my goodness!! The dish was delicious! The beef was generously filled on my plate with a raw egg plus other ingredients. Mixed them all together, I had an amazing time eating this yummy dish. The majority of the group had their hot pot items, and they all enjoyed their meal. Not only was the food delicious, the staff here were very accommodating, which makes this restaurant a 5 stars for me. I was craving hot pot on a chilly Colorado day and this place kind of hit the spot. This style of hot pot is slightly different than what I'm used to. The pots are pre-assembled with meat already cooked. Tasty pot is a popular chain that originated in Taiwan so I wanted to try it out. When walking in, the smell of hot pot definitely gets your appetite going. The space isn't huge and was about half full on a weekday evening. The decor is adorable and the environment is really clean. We got the #1 beef hot soup and #9 Taiwanese supreme hot soup to share. We definitely preferred #9 because the #1 tasted similar to what we'd make at home, #9 was more unique and delicious. Each entree also comes with rice, ramen or vermicelli on the side. My go to is ramen. There are a few sauces for you to mix but I wish there was more. My favorite part was the drinks, not the drink itself but the cup, which is cute and reusable! I took mine home for sure. The service was attentive despite the shortage of workers in the current environment. Plenty of the parking in the plaza it's located it.
