I am glad to see that this place has good business during lunch since there aren't that many choices for dim sum in Walnut Creek and I want them to stay in business. The green beans arrived about 5-7 minutes before the orange chicken, and the white rice came out after that, so I ended up eating quite a few green beans while waiting for the rest of my meal! That said, everything tasted great and was clearly made fresh. The person who served me was really nice, and the restaurant itself was cool and comfortable, which was especially appreciated on such a hot day. The hostess had such an air of sincere hospitality. The floor-plan in the space has been completely redesigned, and now there is a ton of indoor seating for diners. Overall, it was a very satisfying dish! We also tried their new shaved ice dessert. It wasn't like the Hawaiian style shaved ice which is based on frozen water, but more like Korean style Bingsoo with a milky shaved ice base. The flavor and texture were both good, but I thought it was missing the toppings.
