II wanted the cookies to arrive as a surprise. I left without ordering. Honestly, it doesn't pay me to subscribe to their $50 free delivery plan if they never have any delivery slots available. This is the third time I had this experience with this store. I've also tried calling in and going online to order. By phone, I was told that unless you ordered before noon you won't get delivery same day. The negative review is not about policy, it's about severe driver understaffing to the point of not living up to their company slogan "Cookie Delivery". I've never had this experience with any other Tiff's location, including last hour orders. They either need more drivers or another store in Georgetown if they're that busy since they're turning away business. And I won't be renewing my subscription. Forget you Tiff's. You've turned a long time customer into a hater. And that's the way the cookie Crumbles.
