It did fall off, but if you held tightly, you could get a great bite of both the breading and the moist chicken beneath. They served three sauces with it which were all complimentary and offered a choice for everyone. The mashed potatoes were reminiscent of those we've had at a few fine dining establishments such as Joel Robuchon, (although these fell short of that, they were quite tasty and deserved of their own accolades). The shaved broccoli salad was the hit of the meal. It delivered on all taste elements. The ambiance reminded us of a cozy Bavarian restaurant. There was lots of wood, cozy tables and chalet-style decor. All that was missing may be a cheese fondue. I wouldn't be surprised if they offered that in the winter season. The prices were very reasonable and could fit almost any dining budget depending upon the menu selection. A rare find anywhere, but especially in such a small town.
